Muy mal el servicio. Pedimos un paquete de pareja y otras cosas para el niño pero uno de los refrescos lo pedimos al tiempo, incluso se lo explicamos al mesero que era por motivos de salud y lo llevaron frío y al pedir que lo cambiarán el mesero nos puso cara y si lo cambio pero lo hizo en una actitud molesta. Por eso les dejé como 5 pesos de propina. Y me di cuenta que también se enojaron cuando limpiaron la mesa cuando nos levantamos para salir y también las señoritas de la barra se molestaron.. Siempre dejo el 10% y mi cuenta fue de $750 pero por esa actitud, ( Toma chango tu Banaba 🍌!..) Espero que aprendan y lo tomen en cuenta. Un trabajo de mesero es muy respetable, pero debe ser recíproco y con amabilidad con el cliente.

The food in this place is not a great thing, the place is really good but sadly the service is really really bad, the waitrees are not enough for the people that they can have, amaizingly they have only a bank terminal i had to wait 30 minutes to pay, i definitely not go again there due to the service.

It's one of the chain's newest branches in the city. The menu isn't particularly innovative; the main items are wings, boneless wings, and burgers. Pretty much what you'd expect from a wing restaurant. The atmosphere is very comfortable and pleasant. However, the quality and flavor aren't the best compared to other wing restaurants. The prices are a bit high for what you get. The service is friendly but slow.

I don't know if it was chicken or what? In the boneless wings. 🤔 It looked like dough. I asked if I could exchange my fries for wedges or crisscut fries and offered to pay more, and they said NO. I felt like that lady in the video who doesn't want to sell all her donuts because what will she sell then? 😂

Un servicio con mucho que desear. Además de la demora, mala organización del personal. Cristalería estrellada, y no deberían de poner una promoción de buffet si no están dispuestos a atender la misma oferta que la cadena ofrece.

Fuimos un miércoles por la promoción, nos sirvieron el primero y pedimos una bebida antes de que eso pasara y tardaron bastante en traer una sola y la otra al rededor de una hora, Después de que nos llegara nuestro primer plato de Boneless, se fue la luz, iba y regresaba en intervalos pero nadie tuvo la intención de comentarnos lo que pasaba, una hora y media de espera no llegaba aun la luz nadie nos decía nada y ni mínimo se acercaban a atendernos todos estaban detrás de la barra, media hora después pregunte y solo me dijeron que no iba a llegar la luz, solo me cobraron con una hoja la promoción y las dos bebidas, pero pésima la experiencia y el servicio pesimo

NO PIDAN ENSALADAS O LO QUE LLEVE ALGUNA VERDURA, en una ocasión mi pareja y yo fuimos, ya que ibamos ocasionalmente, en la ultima visita ambos pedimos ensaladas y ambas ensaladas la lechuga estaba ¡llena de tierra!, si en sus alimentos les importa la higiene entonces no asistan a este lugar, pesima higiene y pesimo manejo de la situación por parte del personal

La mesera que te pide la orden se comporta con mala actitud. Los meseros que traen tu comida son amables. Si pides una promoción de boneless no esperes que sean atentos o se acerque para saber que necesitas.

The waiter was rude from the moment we arrived. He was probably in a bad mood and refused to serve us, even saying "wait." He cleaned the empty tables first and was last at ours. He didn't even offer the menu when we asked for it, just saying "right now." I won't be going back to that place because of the terrible service.

Beer and wings. The beer comes bottled, no argument there. Wings, pretty bad. Unfortunately, they use, like most places like this: frozen wings of pretty poor quality. The whole process is thawing and frying, then coating them in a sauce. The problem is that their flavor and texture are terrible. Some lose their flavor, even to the point of being unpleasant, which could be considered spoiled or ready to be thrown away. Chicken itself is a huge risk, and these types of products can be very dangerous. I was just eating this dish and we had to leave part of what they offered us because one wing had an unpleasant, even bitter, taste. Others simply had no flavor at all, most likely due to the time they were frozen, close to expiration date. I woke up with food poisoning. Consider visiting these types of places if you care about your health.

1 star – Terrible experience! We went on a Monday because of the promotion, but the waiter never mentioned it. We saw it on the menu, and when we tried to use it, he told us, "It's stated from the beginning." Are we the waiters? Isn't it their responsibility to inform us about the daily specials? We asked to speak to the manager, and a girl came over with a very informal attitude, chewing gum, with her hands in her pockets, saying things like, "The promotion is only for one person." It's written on the menu in tiny print that no one can read. Also, the wings were very small and tasteless, as if they had been thrown straight into the oil without any preparation. They brought them all mixed together without any indication of which sauce was which, and without utensils. Bad service, bad quality. I don't recommend it.

Very poor service. They have staff, but they spend their time chatting behind the bar. It seems like there's no manager in charge; the employees are just chatting. Additionally, a hair came out inside the chicken 🤮, which they didn't resolve. I honestly wouldn't recommend it or return.
