Usually coming to this amazing branch is delicious, however this time was just ok. I mean, it is not bad, but it doesn't seem as before. Perhaps it is because of the quarantine or I don't know.

Inedible breakfast, a crepe stuffed with thawed out potatoes! Had to wait for everything, even to pay! Not doing that again! Oh yeah, not cheap.

Worst people ever work here, all the bad reviews are right, they refused me service because I was doing pressups outside to keep fit on my long hike (it's called excersise) if you knew about it you might not be a waste, jealous of others, it was Christmas day and refused me to eat. You are getting paid for nothing. I used to get paid for cleaning up after customers 247, do your job, my friends will be back and you are going to regret being so weak and jealous.

Honestly. I had a bad experience a few years back and hadn't come back. I decided to give them second chance and honestly it was a mistake. Food was cold. The pancakes felt raw. We had to ask for help several times. It was not full and the server was not attentive Juan Marcelo was our server.

I've gone a few times and service has not changed one bit. On top of that the other time I had gone there was mold on my bread, I kindly asked them to give me a new burger. What did they do? They simply took my plate and my burger with moldy bread and just switched the bread. 20 minutes later they returned with my plate and the food was cold, they didn't even bother to serve me warm fries. I am basing my rating on that experience because their customer service really needs to change, on top of that they need to stop serving moldy bread to people. They are lucky I didn't get sick... Because if that had been the case I would of sued that place and made sure it was condemned for they type of food that was getting served to people. 👎
