The stews are very tasty. The pressed pork rind is excellent, the corn gorditas are very tasty, and the whole-wheat flour one is very good. However, I prefer the regular flour one. I don't know if they don't sell them or if they just didn't have any that day. The size and quantity of the stew are very good, so it's an economical meal or breakfast at the end of the day.

It's a place that sells queen-sized garditas (fried meats) in various stews, either made with flour or corn. They're the same gordas (fried meats) that are sold on every corner in the Laguna Region, except these have the trendy term "gourmet" or "artisanal." The prices are standard, and they also sell chilaquiles and coffee.

We ordered a multi-pack of chilaquiles for delivery, and they sent us the stews they wanted. The wait time was twice as long as expected.

They took too long to serve us and give us our order even though there were hardly any people there. The pressed pork rind stew tasted very bad; I don't know if it was spoiled. The other stews were very average, nothing out of the ordinary. I won't be back.
