My app wasnt working to customize my sandwich. But Braxton, Josue and Pedro helped immensely but letting me order the base sandwich and letting me tell them the customizations. And did it all with a smile. You three are amazing.

I had an amazing experience at Firehouse Subs, thanks to Lisbeth! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was perfect. She provided fast and efficient service while maintaining a great attitude. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. The food was fresh and delicious, and her outstanding customer service made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
Usually this place has good subs and the people are friendly but tonight it seemed the staff couldn't care less and the subs were ...... excuse the pun....... but sub par. I hope that what ever the issue tonight was isn't an issue everyday from now on. I'll be back with fingers crossed it was a one time deal.
I didn't think there could be a bad Firehouse Subs, but I found one. The food wasn't fresh and didn't taste good. Also, I don't understand selling someone tea that you don't have or plan to make more of. The quality used to justify the price but that is no longer the case . The experience was so bad that I started to think it was a prank. It wasn't a prank.
Order at the counter restaurant in an older strip mall. The young server taking orders must have been new and was afraid to speak above a quiet mumble. Why do they have the menu board over behind the sandwich making area instead of behind where you order? We usually eat at all the other sandwich shops. Unfortunately I can not say we enjoyed our food. It is slightly overpriced ($30 for two sandwiches) and not as good as the "others". Sorry can't recommend.
I'm wondering if this was just a one off as I've always loved firehouse. This is my first time at this location and half my sandwhich came out soggy and wet... if this was my first experience I'd never come back again. And for myself anyways I'll probably skip this location for somewhere else...
Couldn't get past the dumb looks from the girl after walking in, employees here look like they absolutely hate it there. Had to walk out before even ordering
We came in at 8:53 and they close at 9. That was our bad and we did feel really bad about it but we really wanted sandwiches so we decided to go in anyway because we could see another couple was still inside. The manager was taking orders and before I even got a word out she said "we're about to close so you need to hurry up." I am a restaurant manager myself and so is the guy I was with. We would never talk to our guests the way she talked to us. In addition to this, my friend didn't know you could get different sized sandwiches so he asked if he could change his order to a large. She responded with "they're already making it" and looked extremely frustrated. I never leave reviews but this was too insane to ignore. I know what it's like to want to leave work on time after a long day but I would never be this way to another person. Do better please.
Let me start by saying this location isn’t usually bad. They’ve got my order right multiple times but lately they have been leaving ingredients off of my sandwiches and it’s a huge inconvenience for the prices here. I reached out to Vance Reynolds, who I’m assuming is the manager and he offered me free chips and a drink as compensation for my sandwiches being incorrect. I just don’t think this is acceptable. Chips and a drink were never the problem, I never get a drink. I just wanted to be compensated for my time and the inconvenience that was caused multiple times. A solution that had something to do with the main issue, which was the sandwich. But it just didn’t happen. When I asked him about it in the store he was very rude and dismissive saying, “you don’t have to take it”. So this will be my last time eating at this establishment. Prices are too high for the service to be this I’ll mannered.
So our household loves firehouse subs. We've been to multiple locations in dfw. This location I ordered our usual and it was 70% skimpier in ingredients and it was a horrible mess. Gave 2 stars for the fact that my order was ready on time and there was a lady in there who was nice. They were also using a shop vac in there and it was noisy, but that's probably bc it was raining alot. Usually I'm sitting and eating and super happy. But this one was a disappointment. Won't be coming back to this location unfortunately. Picture is my hook and ladder. So sad and disappointing.
Placed an order for pick up and EVERYTHING was wrong. Order consisted of 3 subs and each sub was wrong.
I was really really disappointed with this experience. The lack of customer relations at the lewisville location beyond shocked.me. I ordered 2 large subs a italian and a hook and ladder. I ordered both ,requesting that the hook and ladder have no cheese, tomatoes or onions, and immediately called the store to ask for thwm to please make a slight adjustment tp the sandwich (hook and ladder) I asked them if they could add tomatoes and cheese to half the sandwich. I was informed that they couldn't do this. I dont understand how come but went ahead and asked if I could atleast get cheese and tomatoes on the side. I was told they couldn't do this as well. After talking to them and asking for a manager which I overheard the lady say "oh he is asking for a manager after I said no" they finally agreed to put them on the side. When I got there I asked if they toasted both sandwiches which they said they did and I asked if thats the case why couldn't you add cheese to one side. I was already paying for a sub with cheese. They told me because it would be 2 different sandwiches?!?! I have never been so dumbfounded by the lack of Customer service. I will never go back to that location and honestly this experience has turned me off of firehouse. Add insult to injury they didn't even give me tomatoes they gave me onions. I meam guess its a good thing no one was allergic to them
I visited today with my mom. I had placed an online order, and she decided to order in-store. Upon entering, the Hispanic gentleman at the counter—possibly a shift lead or manager—immediately came across as passive-aggressive, greeting us with an abrupt, “Do you have a pickup order or are you ordering?” My mom ordered a sandwich and a drink, and typically staff will ask if you’d like to make it a meal when a drink is included. He didn’t ask, and when she realized the combo wasn’t applied, she politely asked if he could refund it and re-ring it as a combo so she could pay the difference. Instead, he responded sharply, “No! I can only charge separately for the chips!” The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and created an uncomfortable experience for both of us. While the food was fine, the customer service during this visit was disappointing.
I am sitting in the restaurant right now waiting for my sandwich and I hear them talking bad about me. My size and that I didn't tip. I did donate, an then they asked for a tip. $16.00 for a large sandwich that I was taking home to my husband. And they're out here judging me as if I was going to eat the whole thing for myself. I'm NEVER coming back to this establishment.
I don’t usually do reviews. However, the lady greeted me at the register and looked like she had it all under control and confirmed everything I didn’t want on it (Tomatoes) which the person had a food allergy to them so the sandwich was ruined. She even said that she would throw on the side a packet of their sauce that I just had to try with one of my sandwiches. I donated to the charity they have as well just to top it off. Literally everything I asked for wasn’t on it and everything I didn’t ask for was on it. Nor was there a side packet of sauce. The oil & vinegar cap was loose and got everywhere. Complete waste of time and money. Train your staff better or find a new grind.
Me and my boyfriend went to your location at 2325 S. Stemmons FWY. STE308 Lewisville tx. We came into the store at 4:51pm, Order#322395. I’m ALLERGIC to onions, So I asked for No Onions or tomato’s on my Bacon Ranch sandwich. Then asked for no onions,Tomato’s or mustard on my Club on a sub. We waited 25-30 minutes for our food! There were 4 employees on shift, and we were the ONLY CUSTOMERS! We finally get our food, and there’s onions on both sandwiches along with multiple other things wrong. So we take it back, and My boyfriend tells them IM ALLERGIC to onions. WE WAIT ANOTHER 15-20 minutes for our food and when we get them back THERE ARE ONIONS ON THE SANDWICH! I come to this location quite frequently and have never had any problems. It was to the point we just walked out of the store, $21.94 dollars down an hour later with sandwich’s that we couldn’t eat.
