i love this subway. i’ve been twice and the service has been wonderful every time. Perfect amount of pickles on my sub. they let the toaster run a little long but other than that, wonderful experience.
Subway is subway almost at every location but still clean and in good shape. Food was prepared quickly, and there was not much of a line. I have been 4 times, and each time, the food was prepared perfectly, and the service was delightful! Will definitely return and highly recommend. 👍 👌

If you get Mark or the other nice woman he’s always with it’s great but we came in To get our online and got a (I think) Hispanic women. The sandwiches were super skimpy and didn’t even have the stuff we wanted on our subs and they weren’t toasted as requested in order. I do not recommend ordering online and make sure you check she makes your orders correctly. She always has ear buds in making the already hard language barrier worse.
The only reason I'm giving this restaurant more than one star is because of Jason. I placed a lunch order to pick up, which I do at this restaurant frequently, but ended up getting my break 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. I understand going early was my mistake but when I showed the receipt of my order to see if they could make it about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled, including where I had paid, the manager then insinuated that I was trying to pull a scheme and either get my lunch without paying for it or get a refund for food I did not order since the order was not showing in the computer. I ended up leaving and being told that since the computer did not receive my order I can call my bank to see if I could get my money back. As soon as I had left to get lunch elsewhere Jason called me on his personal cell to let me know my order had just come through and he would make it right away. Since I had already gotten lunch elsewhere he was very kind and said he would have it ready for me when I got off work so I can have it for lunch tomorrow. Although I'm still not pleased with how management handled the situation I will be going back for the customer service I received from Jason when my order finally came through. Subway management- you suck. Jason- thank you.
Very disappointed. Usually great but after we ordered the tuna club on white and club on wheat after we got home (minutes away) both the sub roll bread ( white and wheat)"were hard as a rock" and crumbled while we tried to eat the subs. Unusual for a place with a 100% rating. Hope this isnt the start of a downward trend!
Seems like policy here (it's been consistent and other reviewers agree) to put as little meat on the subs as possible. It's become really bad- who wants a sub thats basically just veggies and cheese? I can respect the folks who run this place as they seem to be hard working but the subs have been so bad lately because they are being frugal with the meats that they've lost a loyal customer. I'll try another Subway and won't come back to this one. It's a shame because it's a great location.

It was very mediocre service. It seems like i get more protein from other locations. But what really got me was asking for a tip. I was like for what! I don't tip a burger place for making my food. There was nothing special at all about the service. I honestly thought the tip trend was an exgration on social media.
I just picked up a Tuna wrap and chips..... there was no tuna in the wrap lol. Only veggies and sauce. I tried to call to let them know but the phone number isn't working.
I done an order online and specified that I only wanted tuna fish with extra pickles. I got tuna fish with everything except for the sauces it was nasty. They didn't even pay attention to my online order.
Ask if they give Senior discounts because every other Subway I have been to does. She rolled her eyes and said we don't give discounts. Ok so I will be going to another one. Thank you. No one else was in store I had to repeat order because she was talking on the phone the whole time I was there.
Mild food poisoning after eating here. Easily narrowed down because my diet is regulated and monitored with very little to no deviation. Except for yesterday when I had a steak sub cheat meal
I got a salad it was ok, the ranch dressing must have had pepper in it, because it was to peppery for me. I don't put salt & pepper in my salads so I was not to happy, I just wished they had shredded carrots for my salad & wished they had crackers to offer. I thought it was a little expensive
Actually like this subway but the employees need to learn that sauce does not go in one big thick line down the middle of the bread who wants a sandwich like that? Spread it out across the meat. That way you get sauce with each bite. And when people ask for the sandwich to be covered don’t look at them like they don’t know what they’re talking about

Just went in here with some friends we had 4 orders total… the first order was made no issue then I wanted to order a salad and the lady working informed me she couldn’t make the salad cause she didn’t have the bowl (I’ve worked at subway) there was a bowl right behind her… and she just made a salad for the couple in front of us anyways my friends go to order and they have rewards coupons that she’s says she can take for whatever reason she didn’t even look at them so needless to say the rest of us didn’t order anything and we left with one order…. Just go to a different subway this one needs better management
Online curbside. I has to go in because they were to busy staring at each other. And I ordered, and paid for double meat. Didn't get it. Tried to call, phone doesn't work. What a rip off.
The Indian lady with a mask will not speak up or look up when talking so people can't hear her. When I asked for napkins with my meal it seemed like a major inconvenience just to get a couple with my meal. I would expect more...
My grandson ordered us dinner at subway I got the rotisserie chicken salad he got meatball sub.well my salad had no chicken or cheese or dressing his sub had no meatballs.he ordered two cookies for desert they also were not there.i can't believe such service.if they can't do delivery then they shouldn't do it.shameful.guess we will go to bed hungry tonight.
This use to be the best Subway, but they don’t listen to anything you say now. Each sub/salad is unique based upon a persons taste. Their likes and dislikes. But they just do what they feel like, how they feel it best. Will NOT be back.
