We love Dutch Brothers, coffee and this location serves great coffee too. The manager who relocated from Colorado was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and someone who makes great drinks.

Liberty hill Dutch brothers is awesome. The people are always friendly and they are fast at getting your drinks to you. I like that they ask me about my day and show concern for me. They even know my drink after like the third time coming.

I can not say enough good and complimentary things about the crew at our local Dutch Bros! These guys know my order when I come in and not just one employee. They all know what I order. They are friendly and efficient! They have a lifetime customer out of me! Cami and Ellie and Hailey are rockstars!!

Amazing Customer Service!! Today was my first experience with Durch Bros Liberty Hill. I was given a gift card last year and finally decided to use it. I was disappointed by the quick service. Not only was it fast but Kaitlyn (with the blue hair) and Erin made my day with their genuine friendliness and engaging conversation. I actually had fun at Dutch Bros. Totally unexpected!!! Erin and Kaitlyn it waa a pleasure to meet you both. I will definetly be back!

Love it here, the people are super nice and friendly but not to where it’s annoying or overbearing. I come regularly with my spouse almost every day and they make my cold brew with all my niche add ins so GREAT ALWAYS! I was a regular Starbucks drinker, everyday for my afternoon coffee pick me up but grew bored with them having only one sugar free option vanilla. Came to Dutchies and the options are endless! VERY HAPPY with the options and the baristas being flexible with me changing my flavors all the time. The only reason I rated atmosphere not at 5 stars is not the staff, but one day this week I came by and there was a very heavy storm that was raining really hard and the young girl that was taking my order was still outside and was soaking wet. She was still trying to be nice and even remembered my order, but I feel it’s VERY CRUEL to make your staff take orders OUTSIDE when it’s RAINING and I mean RAINING HARD, this wasn’t no sprinkling. It was a storm and she was trying her best, but I felt so bad for her, it really was upsetting to see, made me want to call in to speak with a manager after leaving to complain and have some mercy on these people. That would be my only criticism, the drinks and people are great, but that MANAGER needs to take better care of the staff. People don’t need to be drenched at work to take a damn coffee order. Keep your people inside and do better, it’s just coffee people.

I’ve heard a guy several times ask what car they drive (females baristas only). Gets coffee returns with donuts for females only. Tries to get their phone numbers. Not to mention HE HAS FOLLOWED A FEMALE BARISTA HOME AT LEAST ONCE(she has resigned 2 times from this location due to this individual)! I have made reports to corporate and nothing has gotten done! This is a safety concern for all females that work here! This is just one of the guys that make them feel uncomfortable. Is it worth loosing great employees over a coffee a day?? I’m sure if he was to go into a sitting restaurant he wouldn’t be allowed to do this! I have reported to Dutch corporate 2 times so I’m not sending you a review on line. Handle these guys treating your FEMALE employees like they work in a gentleman’s club! There is no reason an employee should have to endure this on a daily bases! It’s not just this one guy it’s several guys doing this! It should be a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM ANYONE! SAFETY OVER COFFEE SALES!

I've been to a lot of dutch bros around texas and this location is the worst by far. with five employees inside it took them 10 minutes to make a latte that was lukewarm at best and not made to the typical standards of the franchise. it tasted nothing like what i ordered. very disappointed in the management at this location and with how the staff is carless to provide service that lives up to the brand name. staff training is required at this location asap.

Ordered couple of drinks today. One of them (hot coffee) had a dead bee in it. Yacks! Never going to this again.

Everytime I get one I get sick.Ive been diagnosed several times with countless diseases including scabies, hand foot and mouth, and measles. For everyone’s sake do NOT support this Dutch Bros.
