We went without a reservation, but they very kindly offered us a small table so we could dine without having to wait. It's true that there were only two of us, but it was enough to be comfortable. The service was fast despite being full. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Good value for money. We were going to book for another night, but they happened to be closing. Recommended.

Quite tasty food at a good price. The menu is worth a try (especially the tuna meatballs). On the other hand, dishes like the tuna belly salad and fish pudding are also worthwhile.

We ordered two set menus on Sunday. For starters, black rice (very good) and bonito marmitaco (also very good). For main courses, roasted lamb and grilled aligote (white sea bream). Both dishes were excellent. For dessert, watermelon and passion fruit mousse (excellent). I would like to highlight all the information and advice the waiter gave us regarding the dishes. Brilliant. Congratulations to both the kitchen and dining room staff, who were very attentive to their customers. I encourage you to continue offering your service and our delight. I am a qualified chef.

We ate here this Sunday and it was a great choice. The lobster rice was incredible, the scallops were spectacular, and the entrecote was delicious. The service was excellent; they brought out the dishes quickly and were attentive at all times. It's a pleasure to discover Cantabria eating in places like this. Because it was Sunday, parking was a bit tricky, but you can find it further down the street or by taking a short walk.

Casa Carlos is an excellent place to enjoy delicious seafood, and just about anything else you can imagine. The service is excellent and friendly, something much appreciated these days. If you're in Liencres, be sure to have a few beers at this fantastic spot; or better yet, stay for a meal—you won't be disappointed.

We went for lunch today around 3:30 pm, and they served us without any problems. The set menu was delicious, especially the hake meatballs and the lemon mousse. The waiter was very friendly. The set menu costs €16.50 and the food is tasty. I definitely recommend it.

Una pena que tan bello lugar, tenga tan mala atención. Una falta de respeto que se enfaden por mostrar los dos pelos que encontré en mí plato. Fui lo ma amable que pude, y salió de la cocina una mujer enfadada y me hecho con insulto racista. Xenófobo!
