This restaurant is tucked away in the Vercelli countryside, but I'd happily get lost there again. A very intimate place (only 24 seats) with highly refined food. The prices are high, but they reflect the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Highly recommended for all seafood lovers. Kudos also to the owners for their quality service and friendliness.

Amazing! Everything was exceptional! The fish was amazing, but the combination of flavors was truly a surprising experience. It doesn't happen often. Plus, the portions are generous; you won't leave hungry. What more can I say...try it and believe it! Highly recommended! Absolutely surprising! Everything was delicious! The flavor of the fish and the combination of the other ingredients created a unique experience. It doesn't happen very often. On top of that, the portions are oversized, and you won't be hungry when you leave. A must-go place. Highly recommended!

I haven't posted reviews in a while because I've already found places well-described by my "colleagues." In this case, I "have to": La Rada! Seafood restaurant 🐟 in a small village I didn't know existed in the Vercelli plain, normally home to panisse and frogs. Just a tip: go there and you'll be surprised at how excellent fish can be enjoyed both raw and cooked, prepared in ways you never thought possible by an excellent and friendly chef who will appear at your table at the end of the evening to earn you well-deserved praise! Reservations are required, especially on Saturdays and Sundays. Prices are reasonable given the quality.

The quality of the dishes and the service were truly excellent. A friend took me there. Frankly, I was amazed by both the exceptional presentation of the dishes and the quality of the flavors of this seafood cuisine, which rivals even the finest seaside restaurants. The starters were excellent, the fried food was amazing and plentiful!! That said, the service was really slow, we sat at the table for 25 minutes before finally getting a glass of wine, and they wouldn't even give us one if we asked... incredible. This was the owner's wish, as he's the only one serving, and strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The owner is friendly and welcoming, no complaints, but... come on... The four of us tried a few appetizers, three first courses, and the fried food. The special dishes were well-prepared, the cacio pepe and shrimp were a 10! The portions are small (except for the fried food), and you pay like everywhere else these days... 3 stars for me... I'm glad I tried it, but it's not one of my favorite places (personal opinion).
