The food is good. The combos are a great option for a meal between two people, making them more affordable. The sushi tastes great, and only once did they deliver boneless sushi half-cooked, but that problem hasn't happened since. Delivery times aren't that long, really; I don't know if people expect everything to be ready in 20 minutes.

They have a variety of meal options, and the combo meals (called "Glotones") are excellent. The food is delicious, and you'll easily get full with whatever you order. The customer service is good, and the place is nice. As a personal recommendation, I'd say the Glotón 1 is the best option, especially when paired with an empanada (either meat or cheese).

The truth is that I do like their food a lot, however I always ask for my sushi specifically without shrimp and they always seriously put it there, they never pay attention to the specification, the last two times I ordered it took 3 to 3:30 hours to arrive at my home 🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩 the truth is that for those times it is better to swim, they came until 12 am I had already made dinner because I thought they weren't going to come since they didn't answer their phone. I like it but I think I will stop ordering because of the inconvenience that they take a long time and that they don't pay attention to the shrimp, I can't eat because of an allergy and I end up not eating the sushi because they don't pay attention to the instructions 😣🫩

I'll tell you about my terrible experience so that if you go, the same thing doesn't happen to you. I went out for dinner one night and I always try to pay by card because I consider it safer. Until the last time I went, they told me my card didn't go through. This was very strange because I was sure I had the debit card to pay for dinner. So I opted to pay with another card. To my surprise, at the end of the month, when I ran my expense report, it appeared that both cards had been charged. I tried to talk to the managers to get my money back and sent them evidence of the double charge, as well as my information so they could return my money, but their communication was very inefficient. I had to explain everything from the beginning to each conversation. My recommendation is that if you go, only pay with cash. Personally, it was one of my partner's favorite places, but I wouldn't go back. There are great options elsewhere.

First impression. I placed an order for home delivery, and it arrived incomplete, but they charged me as if everything I ordered had arrived. I immediately called to report the error, and the person in charge told me they would send the entire order again, but it never arrived. They should at least charge a fair amount.
