Its mcdonalds but it's always the service that fails. I dont understand why at every mcdonalds you go to you walk up the counter to order, ask a question, or need something you end up standing at the counter forever. I watched 5 different employees at this one mcdonalds walk by, stare at me, and keep walking. And then the one person who is actually busy and doing things turns around and asks how they can help. It never fails.

As i was going to be saying in the hotel across the road i decided to just pickup something quick got in and out in a matter minutes.

I had to wait for over 30 minutes The food was cold sitting there for a long time I think the kids just forgot which car that order went to because everybody was parked But yet that again it's McDonald's What do you expect ?

The people were nice. But overall, it's mcdonald's not a five star restaurant could do better on the prices.

I think I might be good for the owner to teach some more customer service strategies to their young employees. It wasn't busy. The person at cash should offer the ticket(I had yo go back 'n ask for it, she didn't say, m'am, here is your ticket or m'am you forgot your ticket... and when I asked for it she gave me a sour look.. another sour look when I asked for ketchup.. lol she could never work at ChikFil A, they take the smiles and greetings seriously there.. The store itself is clean and updated... but .. the fries were salted very very sparingly. ( like almost none) I haven't been to McDonalds (except for the morning hash browns) in a very long time, so maybe that is the new healthy version? Maybe salt could be Offered? For those of us that need it/like it? Overall, I really think the girl working that day had a little black cloud over her head and that's not good for business

Got a steak bagel and a mcgriddle. Both were hard on the bottom. Made it hard to chew. Wouldn't recommend unless your hungry as there is nothing else around.

One of the cooks had a baby blue hoodie which by the way goes against health code violations. 2nd I asked for ketchup and instead of giving it to me in my hand he left them on the opposite counter. Much manners needed.

Food had an odd taste to it. Didn't risk it so I chunked it. I got the Sausage McMuffin with no cheese. It was as though the sausage was spoiled and the McMuffin was chewy and unsavory.

Horrible. Waited 10 minutes to order, there wasn't a line, they just ignored me and one other guy for 10 minutes. 10 people were standing waiting for food and no one was sitting down. Plus, dirty, grease everywhere, trash everywhere. Look at the photo of the flies on the "order here" sign! Really a joke...

This is probably the most disappointing McDonald's experience I have encountered. I ordered the #7 Breakfast, which was two sausage burritos and I asked for extra picante sauce, which I ended up not getting any in the bag. Both drive-thru staff members seem to give me an unhappy look, even though I was polite and respectful for the entire transaction. The sausage burritos looked liked the cook preferred speed over presentation as the sausage was only one half of the burrito and it looked like it was run over by a dump truck. Unless management makes changes, I won't be visiting this location again.

Man I had a roach in my fries, and I don’t have roaches at the house. It was at the very bottom. We ate them on the way home in the dark.

I really didn't even try the food i went to wash my hand before I order the restroom are filthy three urinals were out of order and the three toilets were clogged to the top with poop all over the seat the smell was horrible I just decided to walk out and go somewhere else.... Fries were cold and burger wasn't made correctly. I Paid for bacon and didnt get it. The whole point of McDonalds is HOT fries. Take that away and its a microwave burger place. Service was prompt after auto screen wasn't working.

We popped in for a quick bite on our way to the coast, 40 mins later we had our food and got back on the road. Stopped at least three more times en route to Corpus because the whole family got the squirts.

We stopped by for a quick bite on our road trip. It was the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The employees were rude. They did not acknowledge the guests or attempt to help anyone. I was waiting at the counter for at least ten minutes before someone said they would take my order in a minute and then they didn’t come back so I ended up ordering from the kiosk. An employee repeatedly yelled out table numbers instead of brining it to the table 5 feet away and did not place empty fountain cups on the tray that guests had ordered. They did not make drinks for any of the orders for myself or the other customers. Employees were on their phone texting in the kitchen and talking to each other about non work topics while guests were still waiting for their food. They called my order number which was for a 10 pc nuggets, sauce, one shake and one McFlurry. When they called that it was ready there was only the nuggets in a bag. No drinks. No sauce. It took ten minutes to get the attention of an employee to alert them that I needed my drinks and sauce still. When we finally got the drinks the shake was not blended. What was supposed to be fast food turned into waiting over twenty minutes for three simple menu items. Do not go here.

This place is so incredibly gross. The restaurant stinks as well and smells like spoiled/rancid cooking oil. Manager acted surprised but did nothing about it. I reported it to the gas station attendant and all they did was say McDonalds is responsible for cleaning it. 🤷‍♂️🤮🤮🤮

Just skip this Golden Arches. Bad fries, warm burger-maybe. The bathrooms were the first indicator that nobody loves this place. The employees don’t care about it, and you telling them the issues in the rest rooms will get you a hearty eye roll from the millennials. So sad these people vote.
