I just have to shout out Ian and McKenna, two of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I sat down, both of them made me feel genuinely welcome. They are the kind of people who remember your name, your drink, and make you feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. What really stood out is how knowledgeable they both are. They were both able to recommend the perfect cocktail to match my order. Honestly, they’re the reason I’ll be coming back. Good food and drinks are expected, but having bartenders like Ian and McKenna who elevate the whole experience? That’s rare. If you find yourself at this Applebee’s, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar. You won’t regret it.

We went on Sunday afteernoon at 1:30 pm and we were promptly attended without any delay. Waiteres was kind and suggested the daily specials and even updated when we will get the food. They have improved a lot than before in my point of view. I would definitely come again.

I ordered my meal on Instacart, and I picked it up. Good experience and yummy food! Pay attention to the ingredients before you order because the food is rich (like strong flavor).

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s! The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. Management was even better, making sure everything was running smoothly and that we felt taken care of. The food and drinks were surprisingly good—I honestly haven’t had Applebee’s food or service this good in quite some time, and it truly restored my faith in the brand. We visited for Veterans day and ordered the fiesta lime chicken plate and the southwest chicken bowl. Our server was friendly, our food came out fast and the food was delightful. I appreciate owners who value service members(especially younger vets) who may have fallen on hard times or really look forward to special meals offered on days like today. I appreciate that the offerings reflected the overall menu, and was served with care. I would like to mention that their southwest bowl is really flavorful, and its a pretty big portion- would give a certain Chilli-pepper-named Chain a run for its money! We'll be back soon!

Ordered Applebee’s through DoorDash while my boyfriend and I were both really sick, and it honestly made our night. The food arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly packaged, like it had just come out of the kitchen. Everything was still steaming and tasted amazing, which was exactly what we needed. It was such a comfort and really turned our night around. Super impressed and definitely ordering again!

A great late lunch at Applebee's in Little Elm. We both ordered the Cheeseburger Lunch Special and a glass of iced tea. Service was excellent, and we were checked upon often for refills. The Cheese in the burger was perfectly melted, oh so good! Hot fries, and a full bottle of ketchup made for a danged good lunch. I highly recommend Applebee's in Little Elm.

Went to Applebees to Celebrate Veterans Day with some friends. Applebees did up right today with decorations all over the place to celebrate us Veterans today. They had a great menu of free food also for us Veterans. We had great service from Ashley A at Table 44 today. Then after our lunch they gave us a Discount Card for our next visit. Great Job Applebees!!

Had the pleasure of getting Bella as our bartender last night! She was so incredibly sweet, and was able to connect on a personal level. As a bartender myself, I loved seeing how she was noticeably busting her ass behind the bar to make sure everyone got great service, she’s clearly a very hard worker! I hope management treats her well, she’s one bartender you definitely don’t want to lose!

Came here with a few friends the other day and we really enjoyed ourselves and the service. Bella was our sever and bartender. She mentioned she was new there but we honestly couldn’t even tell! Excellent service from the waiter. He gave us menu ideas and was good with iced tea refills. We dined from the two for $25 menu. The salads were crisp with adequate dressing. I had half-rack of ribs, mashed potatoes and fries. All were served hot out of the kitchen; not from under the heat lamp. All items were tasty. An over all excellent dining experience at this Applebees. Latest run we stopped in for lunch and had the Cheeseburger lunch. It was delicious, so tasty. Also a full meal at a great price. Service staff was excellent and attentive, too. I never ran out of iced tea. A great lunch at Applebee's Little Elm!

Sitting at the bar in the night time, the music volume was a bit low. The NBA game, the football game and some funny clips were playing on the TVs surrounding the bar. The bartender was friendly. After placing the order, the drink came in 2 minutes and the food came in 9 minutes. The Passion fruit mezcal rita served in a martini glass with a shaker tin left aside. It looked beautiful and tasted fruity and really sweet but light alcohol sense. Chicken wonton taco tasted great; it’s the very delicious snack.

Food came out pretty quickly and hot. Had great flavor as well. My steak was inconsistent in the cooking but that was because the steak was inconsistent in size so of course the thinner sides were cooked more than the thick center. Still had great flavor. My daughter's steak had lots of gristle. So those factors are what took off 1 star from the food. The service was okay. Not much personality. Maybe because it was her last table and she was cleaning to go home. After she bought our apps, I asked for extra napkins which she never bought so I grabbed some myself since they were at the station right next to us. The atmosphere was atrocious. The floors were disgusting. Right when you walk in the door the floor was wet with what seem like oil or something because as we were leaving it was still wet and slippery. Well under our table was the same thing. Specifically under my seat. So I just moved seats. Thankfully the tables were clean.

Place seemed rundown a bit. Not busy at all for a Friday night. Went for the 2 entrees for 25 deal but we were underwhelmed with the food quality. Very slow service. Bartender seemed to disappear for a half hour at a time while waiting for drinks. The Applebees in Plano closed permanently a while back, maybe similar issues.

Environment was clean. Bar staff was nice. She wasn't knowledgeable about drinks as it was her second day. But she was professional and honest. Glad it wasn't a thirsty night. Lol. But my salad was good.

We came and tried out the endless boneless wings. They are basically batter with a sliver of chicken. Some were harder than others to consume. I was literally trying to get the breading off so I can eat chicken that was pretty much non existent.

The food was alright as was the service. It was not very busy. They do have good drink specials.

We come here every other week food is alright but they have a server in particular that we love she's very attentive and knows our order almost from memory, she makes sure that everything gets sent out to us and that we are having a good time. I love their strawberry lemonade, they have deals on burgers on Mondays!! Or late dinner deals.

It was my first time. The place was nice and very clean. Our waiter was patient and he knew about the menu. There was a white woman that was serving alcoholic beverages who had a slight attitude, but I'm going to say that's from a long day of work. I'd go back. The food was wonderful.

The place wasn't crowded when we arrived at 2 p.m. We received quickly, though we didn't receive our drinks until much later, about 10 min is it seems perhaps we were never assigned a server. I had ordered the limited-time all-you-can-eat riblets, boneless chicken, and crunchy shrimp -a mere $15.99. I had ordered one of each flavor, and the honey pepper boneless chicken was my favorite. Each time we had received our food, it was hot and tasted fresh, though could use some work on greasiness as the ribs and boneless chicken was very greasy. Otherwise the flavor and freshness was great! I also had the green tea shot which was very good for its price of only $3. Our table's probably could have used more thoroughly wipe down and silver little bar utensils had little food on there that I had to scrape off with my nails. The lights above table was also covered in dust and there was a lot of food and trash beneath there we could even kick around. The bathrooms were also pretty decent. Our server was very polite, though I needed to ask him a few times for refills and he had to come by a few times to ask for orders as he had forgotten a number of time.

Came in to get some dinner to-go. We ordered the new queso burger and some nachos. The burger was good, however, the nachos were meh. Part of it was good but I got some chips that were absolutely disgusting- they tasted stale and like the oil needed to be changed badly, I bit into one last chip and had to spit it out. And we also got some melted cheese in a cup which we don’t know if it was supposed to be melted or not. I can’t help but think it would’ve tasted better if we dined in instead. I also had to walk to the back where the kitchen is to pay with Apple Pay which I felt weird doing. I think there should be some kind of device for to go orders to make it easier to pay for customers.

Has Applebee's quality dropped or what! It used to be a middle of the road restaurant for decent food and service - not great but not bad either. First time to an Applebee's in years and it was rough. Restaurant looked cheap, and food and service were mediocre at best. With all the options around here, no need to go to Applebee's again, ever.

We were in on Monday 8/5. The first thing I noticed was the smell: stale grease and dirt. Greeter acted bored and as if we were inconveniencing her. Server was friendly, but did not refill our drinks once. We ordered the all you can eat special. All of our food was cold. Fries were limp. They did bring fresh fries upon request. We could hear wait staff in the back laughing and cutting up, but they weren’t coming out to check on the customers. Manager was helpful when they had a problem with our gift card. She got it figured out and comped one of our meals. We still have money on our gift card but will not be going back there.

Watching Esmerelda the manager have to be told by the servers where to seat, how to clean, & what to do, while she sat down on Christmas, leveling tables for large groups of 5, for several minutes was exhausting. She seems too new to be left alone on a holiday, especially since we've been here when it was way more packed on a non-holiday. I'm guessing she is new, but as a manager, you should be zipping around knowing full well what to do, and where to seat and clean. (Not needing teenagers to give directions, and still stand there questioning kids about what you should do confused like.) SMH Took way longer to be seated with 17 tables/booths clean and open, and 6 servers, plus the bartender and their area having 5 or more tables available. We waited 45 minutes. As a party of 2. That is absurd, with the sheer amount of staffing. She continues to pace in and out of the back with her hands up elbows at her side repeatedly. Please, train people properly before making them stand alone management on a holiday of all days.

I went in to order take out. As I waited for my food I watched all the food handlers touch a number of things, scratch themselves and sweep. This was done all with know gloves. So I spoke with the GM and he asked everyone to put there gloves on. Only some employees complyied and the rest just keep working. So I leftt

I went in there this past saturday . Not busy at all. Was seated by the host and then was forgotten about . A big party came in about 5 min later and was seated and got their drinks ordered and brought out before us. Our server never even acknowleged us . We finally left about 15 min and told the host where is our server and she responds shes coming . During the whole time we only saw the host and one male server. I can understand if it was super packed but only 4 tables total in the whole restaurant. No excuse .

We went there for my son’s birthday. It was not busy so I thought we are going to have good food and fast service. I was so wrong . There were only two servers and probably one cook in the kitchen. Some of the food was good but not my birthday son steak. My other son steak for good . My grandson chicken sandwich was excellent. It took for ever to be served drinks , appetizers and main courses. The server forgot the Dr Pepper for my daughter in law twice and napkins . It was not his fault , they should have more people to serve. We won’t go back there for sure! It was not a good experience .

Ordered 2 "bacon ranch crispy chicken sandwiches " neither came with bacon, barely any ranch, no pickles, one tomato. Very disappointed one again with this location. Our previous visit after being seated no one came to help us, take drink order, anything.. we left after 15 mins of sitting there and servers just staring not wanting to work.

Worst experience at an Applebee's. There was 2 other family in there. We asked for Mustard and after waiting literally 5 minutes my mom went to find her. Good her what she wanted and st back down. Or order was messed up and she "accidentally" deleted one so order. It could have just been a bad night.

My experience at Applebee's wasn't a pleasant one. Not due to the management or staff, they were decent. The food was the total let down. Every dish I tried was overly salted, and in addition every dish tasted as if it was frozen and then warmed it up in a microwave. My main dish was the Blacken Salmon. It looked like a piece of chicken breast. It was dry, and over cooked. Im sad to say, this will probably be the last time I visit Applebee's 😔

It was a delivery, the steak was dey, I order it medium rare. The potatoes were dry. I order boneless chicken wings and they sent nuggets. I order chicken breast, and the potatoes were the same.

I havent been to an Applebee's in a long while and I probably won't be back for another long while. The kids meal was either reheated or left on the warmer so long that the chicken strips had gotten hard. The entrees weren't the worst but were greasier than I remembered them being and kind of bland seasoning wise. Our waiter never brought a refill but didn't think we had to ask considering how we were like 1 of 8 tables in there. Only good thing was the quesadilla appetizer.

Worse service ever from the bartender on a slow night! He’s got an accent and was so rude. Will never go back to this location and if I do I won’t sit at bar area! Better yet won’t be back again. Update 7-17 tried it again. 70+dollars and food was so cold. Waitress asked how our wings were when we told her food was cold. Paid extra for loaded potatoes. 7/11/25 Party of 3, started with 2 and after our water and ice tea showed up our server wanted to take our order. Thank you but we are waiting for my son. There salads and entrées came out timely, when she put their food down she told me, your ribs are still on the grill. After my mom and son had eaten 1/2 of the steaks and sides I looked around and only saw 2 maybe 3 other customers and I yelled, “where is my Fing Food!?” “Is there anyone here to get me my Fing Food? The waitress comes out and tells me that we are waiting for my fries. I told her fries only take 7 minutes, where is the manager? The manager finally comes out and asked, what’s the problem? I explained to her that my ribs were still on the grill and by the way where have you been? She explained that she was working on a broken refrigerator. So now she is trying to make her problem my problem. I let her know that we wouldn’t be paying and I didn’t want my food that finally came out and that I was going to go next door and eat at McDonald’s. My son being who he is paid for something, I can’t believe they took his money. Anyways it will take me a lot to go back there to give them another chance as I made a BIG enough seen I’m sure they would put something in my food. Yes I was pissed. 😡

Called to ask about Veterans Day meal. Person had no idea, and you can't come in order and take out. Shame on you and how you treat Veterans.

We were seated and it all went downhill from there. No waiter came by , had to ask another waiter which she told us we were not in her area. She went in back and he finally came. We ordered and he told us the silverware was dirty so here were plastic forks. The food was not good. Had the 2 for 30.00 special. Receive wrong salad, no refill on iced tea. Steak tasted like it was boiled. Was ready to leave and the absent waiter was in back of restaurant with other absent waiters carrying on. Will not ever go back to Applebee’s. This was Saturday 10/19 at 530, so not crowded at all.

We did a curbside pick up 11/20/2024. Pick up time was for 5:51pm. You sent a text stating you see that you are here. We will be out shortly. My husband wait for about 25 minutes. A lady came out the door and he asked them if he was going to get our order? He could see the order on the counter when he got there. So to say the least our food was cold and my ribs were dry. Very,VERY unhappy with the service. We will not do this again. The food was not good, the service was not good.

It usually takes a lot for me to leave restaurant review but my wife, son and I stopped by to eat as we hadn’t been here in a while. It was a bad idea. While our waitress was polite and took our orders I noticed two other families were calling for a manager with problems. When our food came out it looked pretty bad. We also had opened up our silverware only to find food still stuck to it. She brought another set of three out only to find the same thing. I went up front where the guy seating people gave me more I unwrapped them right there at the counter going through about ten sets before I found clean ones. By then I was grossed out food tasted terrible and we had asked for the manager. Anthony was apologetic showed him the silverware as well as the food. He ended up taking care of the whole bill. We did leave the waitress a cash tip as it wasn’t her fault but she was in for a long night at this rate and looked upset. It was only around 2:30 when we stopped and wasn’t busy. Hopefully they can rebound otherwise I don’t think this location will make it. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

There were many flies at the bar too. I don’t think I’ll won’t be coming here again. Unsatisfied 1/10. Don’t recommend.

When my bill came, I noticed there was an additional charge for $2.49 for french fries which I did not order. I tried to grab the attention of the bartender who was not Omar and he.was a little short with me. When he came to the table, I told him I did not appreciate Attitude towards me was. At that point, he started to argue with me and tell me that I should be ashamed of how I’m treating him. I was trying to explain to him that I do not like being treated that way by a server, and I pointed at him and he blew up at me. At that point, I stood up and he said where are you going? I said I am going to talk to the manager. He said no you’re not you’re going to sit right down. I went to the manager and the bartender followed while speaking to the manager. I told him what it happened, and I said I am inclined not to tip him based off of his attitude. The bartender responded to me, Lyon better.” The manager jose at that point asked what I would like to make things better and I said I wanted an apology from the Bartender. Jose asked the bartender for an apology for me and the bartender refused. Jose at that point said there’s nothing else I can do. When I asked for the bartenders first name so I may name him in the complaint Jose would not give it to me. I replied that o can read and if he had a name tag on I would get his name. Then I was told his name was Chris. I asked for the number for corporate and Jose told me that posting a message on the website was the quickest way for a response. He would not give me the number to corporate. This in my opinion is a very weak corporate manager. My father and I eat at this restaurant at least once a week. I’m inclined not to go back for a very long time.

Nobody attended us for order for 15 mins. Somebody came to us after asking multiple times. From our order only good is mozzarella sticks and quesadillas. Boneless chicken wings are as hard as rocks. Fiesta lemon chicken is bland and undercooked. Mashed potato is thick and has no flavor. Overall bad food with bad service. We should have gone to walmart to buy frozen food rather than eating at this outlet.

Sooo... I should have known not to order a steak at an establishment that is clearly dying. But nonetheless, I made that mistake. Very tough, full of gristle, and underseasoned with a very drab grey color. They brought my wife's food about 5 minutes after mine, only to be not fully warm and also underseasoned. Our server crumpled up our gift card voucher that still had funds on it. I now understand why no one goes here anymore!

Had to go to the hospital ER after consuming a grilled chicken Asian salad free on Veteran’s day. Had acute abdominal pains for three days. Applebees in Little Elm TX was the facility I visited. Never going back to any Applebees!

Slow Service and unmotivated staff 😴🙄 .. food took forever and once the food is dumped no one comes to check ..we waitied for forks and paper towel and had to send my son to grab from front desk ..finally our waiter shows and says you can pay via the pos on the table ..disaster !! Food was good so 1 🌟

The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we waited 20 minutes snd wasn’t acknowledged by a waiter. Meanwhile, all the other tables that arrived after us already had their food order in. When I asked about the delay, I was told the waiter was busy and that it would be another 5 minutes. The staff seemed indifferent, as if a 25-minute wait just to get a drink at Applebee’s was perfectly normal. Very disappointing experience.

Arrived at 2pm on a Sunday. Restaurant was mostly empty. Couldn't get a table. We watched the host wander around for 5 minutes to ask the manager, then the waitress, what to do with us. He returned to say they had only 1 server in the entire restaurant (on a holiday weekend!) and it would be another 10 minutes to be seated. 2 ladies at a table nearby spoke up to say it took them forever to be seated, too. We said "Nevermind, we'll go to Chili's" and the host just smiled and said "Bye!!" Lol. Don't waste your time here, folks. No wonder Applebee's is slowly going out of business... 🤷‍♀️ PS The food was great at Chili's. Go there instead. Lol.

Food was descent, sound value, atmosphere ok but service was the worst I've ever had. But in fairness, I saw other servers working hard and doing their jobs. I think we just the bad one - very slow, brought wrong and incomplete food. Nowhere to found for getting drinks refilled or reorder (was doing unlimited/all-you-can-eat).

Me and my children came in today. The host was very friendly and nice!! But we sat there for over 10 Minutes , the server we had walked past our table 3-4 times before even acknowledging us.She acknowledged her other tables she had. Eventually we left and went to chilis up the street. The building is already old, Floors were Sticky. So the service made me Want to NEVER go back.

Horrible. This location has dramatically declined. Came yesterday with my son, he was having a rough day, & we needed some time together. He asked for wonton tacos, but decided on the sampler platter. We got here just after noon and there was maybe a handful of people. The hostess was nice, but the server Alyssa acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. I had to request a lunch menu, & she shut down any idea of substitions. When our app platter came out, it was horrific & just plain sad. The cheesesticks were barely cooked, not melted at all, and the boneless chicken was cold to the touch. That was enough for me to ask for a manager. I offered to pay for whatever we had ordered but felt he should know about our experience. Needless to say, we won't be back, I've never felt more uncomfortable. Took our business to IHOP. Photos are of cheesestick (uncooked at Applebees) compared to cooked at IHOP.

10/3/2025 - I visited this place for the first time last night and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server was completely inattentive and disorganized — he never entered part of my food order, even after asking what flavor I wanted. I had to go up to the bar myself to fix my drink because it was made incorrectly and then waited again just to get a salted glass. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, he was dismissive, unprofessional and refused to take any accountability for the poor service. To make things worse, an altercation broke out between several guests, and the manager handled it terribly — the whole situation was chaotic and uncomfortable to watch. Overall, this location is poorly managed and lacks basic customer service standards. I will not be returning.

Came on a lunch break with a coworker. Is seemed slow in there so we thought we would get good quick service. The waitress only took our drink order and never came back. Meanwhile other customers were getting their orders taken before us. She was off “working the bar” but it was only 2 customers there that already had food. She was just standing around. We sat there for 20 minutes then decided it was enough so we left. Then our waitress decided to show up and barely said sorry. Ridiculous customer service here. And probably won’t be back for awhile.

Went here for Veterans Day and was told I would not be served with my digital Veteran’s ID Card. Zachary the “Manager” has no customer service skills and does not have any knowledge of VA services. I really feel like it’s because we are young black women we were turned away and that’s called discrimination. Applebees should do better.

Placed my order online arrived at the restaurant called told them I was here and outside. It said my order will be ready at 5:49. She said she would bring it out as soon as it was ready finally at 5:57 I had to walk to the door to get my food. They’re just all standing there talking ridiculous service will not return poorly ran.

Horrible service, horrible food. The table next to us had the same complaint. And as far as a manager, they never came to our table or the table next to us. The server left all the empty drinks and dirty plates on our table the entire time. My wife's order was wrong. They eventually fixed it. My son's chicken strips were horrible quality. Came straight from the freezer, still partially frozen inside. Still, never saw a manager, although she was made aware of both tables complaints. Our server told the table next to us, they can't find the manager, that's what took so long. We will definitely not be back.

Always loved Applebee's until we moved to Little Elm. This is by far the worst Applebee's I have ever ordered from. The staff was not only rude but very aggressive toward me. I ordered my food on the phone and was given a time to be ready. Drove there and waited 20 minutes past due time that they gave me for my order. On top of that , they got the order wrong. Forget Curbside , they only care about their dine-in customers. By the way , This happened exactly like this, not once , not twice, but three times. The aggressive behavior happened when I got out of my vehicle to talk to someone about my order being ready. I had already tried calling again while outside in my vehicle and got no answer. Not only did they ignore me but when I persisted , the manager acted as like I was a criminal or something. It was bizarre. By this time my order was more than 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. No apology , no refund, so no more business from me and my wife. It saddens me because I truly love the food. We had more than a ten year relationship with Applebee's in Denver till this. The management and staff have zero customer service skills. It's a wonder they are still in business.

Fair warning! No host when we arrived. Not busy at all. Three groups came in at once, one left. We were told that there was only one server, but I saw at least three. Silverware was dirty, NASTY! I asked for the manager, he came and saw how dirty it was. He took the dirty ones, said he would bring us new ones, he never did. Also found stuff in the tomatoes for my son's quesadilla. We probably should not have eaten the food but, my family was hungry and didn't want to leave to go somewhere else.

These people are janky & shady! I placed an order online for curbside pick up and my total was $43.26 Kristina W. Took my order and decided to tip herself $10.00 off my card without my consent ( Fraud ) I went up to the store the next day, caught both her and the manager in a shady lie. The manager claims somebody else with the same exact amount $43.26 order was suppose to be charged instead of mines.. after my transaction posted a couple days after the amount was readjusted to $53.26 and I am also still being charged an extra $10.00 so basically they took $20.00 from me. I have contacted my bank and will be pressing charges and contacting corporate about this issue! Do not eat here if you do use CASH !!!!!! They are janky and thief’s !!

I prepaid and ordered at 830p online with a 910p pick up time. I got there at 9:13 and called them to let them know that I wanted to add a Bahama Mama to my order based on the recommendations of their hold music. They told me it would add about another five minutes. I called about 15 minutes later and they told me that my waffle fries were out of stock for the night and that they were cooking my wonton tacos. I told them that my pickup time was for 15 minutes earlier and they told me their kitchen was behind. They also said it should only be about another five minutes. They came out to the car to obtain the funds for the drink however, I told them that they needed to refund the cost of the waffle fries and that I would pay the difference for the cost of the drink. She came back and took off $.75 off the drink order and told me that I owed the difference and I then proceeded to explain math to her how they improperly calculated that amount and how I should only owe about $.27-$.30. About 40 minutes after I got there, they brought the food out to the car with the drink and you can look at the pictures that I posted of the quesadillas. These were horrendous! I’d asked for just the meat and cheese and this is what I was given for my daughter! If I hadn’t already spent 40 minutes waiting on my food, I would’ve taken it back in. This is the second bad experience that I’ve had there. On August 1, my sister and I along with my eight-year-old daughter went and there was a roach walking around the inside of the restaurant on top of the booths and the Manager killed it with his hands. They have me a $10 credit for my inconvenience. Why I decided to give them another chance - I don’t know but I will not return to this Applebees ever again! I will drive from Frisco to Lewisville instead.

10 years ago, my family dined at this restaurant once a week. It was full of good company, great food at a decent price, and music. I definitely say Applebee's will no longer be on my list for favorite restaurants. My family walked and waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. No, they weren't busy. There were some staff members who just kept looking and simply walking away. Our server was attentive and friendly, but he obviously wasn't getting any help. It took more than an hour to get our food after ordering. Of course, we had looked at the menu for about another 20 minutes. Our server kept apologing for the delay. The food was ok, but at this point, we had already lost our appetite. My kids asked me not to come back to this restaurant. Sorry Applebee's but adios forever!
