It’s under new management. The customer service, sub artistry, and the environment itself has improved loads. My sandwiches were made perfectly and the employees were pretty nice and welcoming!! 10/10 work

if i could give more stars i would! super friendly & went over an beyond in our visit today, even got my four year old to talk and laugh! also, they offer soup! cheddar broccoli is what we went with and it’s so delicious! highly recommend this subway

Had to ask girl to change gloves before fixing my subs. She has just rang someone up. The subs where so messy. She needs to be retrained. No personality at all. Anytime I asked for something she said we don't do that. Like putting mayo on bread 1st. Very rude young lady. If she is there again I will just leave.

Never going here again, few weeks ago they give me problems with coupons since apparently they dont participate & today they refuse to let you buy extra meat cheese veggies and even freaking extra mayo for cripes sakes, never been denied extra mayo wow just wow 👎👎👎 and they put barely any meat on my philly and the foot long meatball had 7 tiny meatballs. #tinysub

The lettuce was old, the bread was old and the honey mustard was watered down so much we couldn't taste it. This tells me that it is not properly stocked by the company. The staff were perfectly fine but for being next to the Walmart it should be a higher priority for stocking.

Stopped in for lunch since I work nearby, the person who helped me was extremely rude and lazily put my order together. Figured this location got it's act together after a few years, but its still terrible. Recommend driving a but further and going to the shop on the other side of town.

The women that work here are ignorant as the day is long. I literally showed the woman my order number and store address, my online (subway app) was already paid for and all she would say in broken English is that the order does not exist because she is too incompetent to understand how to work the computer. As soon as the manager got on the phone, the order magically appeared because maybe he is not as ignorant, I can’t believe people this dumb exist. She literally had the store address and order number. Refused to make my sandwich lol

Pulled up at 840. Was told by employee sirting in a chair outside by the door smoking a cigarette they were closed. Open sign still on. Clearly closes at 9. Asked her twice. How hard is it to make a sandwich. Wont be coming back here. And I will definetly spread the word. Thanks for nothing.

I tried calling to speak with a manager rather than writing a review for all to see but I couldn’t get an answer. I went in to subway with my friend on 02/15 around 6:30pm. We walked in with 4 customers already there. While we waited we didn’t hear Daniella Paluzzi say “next” so she felt the need to scream it at us with such an attitude. She kept the attitude the entire order and my friends. I simply asked if they still had rotisserie chicken and she made me feel stupid for not seeing it in a small insert pan in the far back. She stated to her co worker Magdaly Ontiveros that they were going to close and lock the door in an hour (@ 7:30) an hour before actual closing time. During the process of my order I heard the customer Magdaly was assisting say to her “That you don’t need to be doing that to peoples food. That’s just not right.” I don’t know any of the context but overall it was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. I asked my friend if he wanted to cancel our order and just go to the other subway beside Walmart and he declined. I wish I canceled because we only left with half of the correct order anyways. When Daniella was cashing us out she never told us our transaction was over and didn’t hand us our food so we had to just assume the two closest items was ours. I even questioned out loud if I was grabbing the right sub and Daniella (Dee) declined to answer. I genuinely think the store manager should find better workers more deserving of this job.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Hadn’t eaten in over a day. I was starving and exhausted. Stopped in Live Oak to stay the night and eat. Ate less than half of foot long steak and cheese. It was absolutely awful. Brownish pickles. Luke warm meat. Rude ladies working. They were getting ready to close for the day I guess. It was a little bit before 8pm.

Heads up. Don't come here thinking you can use the coupons you get in the mail. This location does not accept them. I got a 12 inch sandwich only, a 6 inch meal and 2 cookies. $32!!! No extra anything on any of the sandwiches. I will tags my business elsewhere.

This place is a JOKE . What fast food restaurant sends out coupons but doesn’t accept them . I will not be returning to this shitty location On their door said nothing about not accepting coupons but it did say that we won’t allow the public to use their restrooms. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone . Also what kind happen to yalls subs they use to be big but now they are small . For now on my family and I will be going to another place to get our subs Not here . This place deserves 0 stars for how they treats their customers also btw good luck staying in business because no one is going to 50$ for 3 sandwiches.

Put an online order in and the delivery person stole my food. Called and spoke to someone in the store who told me I have to go thru DoorDash even though I put the order in directly thru the subway app. DoorDash told me since I ordered thru the subway app that subway is responsible for processing my refund (I initially just wanted a redelivery which the store refused). I called the store back to process my refund and they just hung up. Terrible business and now I’m scammed out of $50 worth of food that I ordered for my children. This place will never get my business again.

Barely can understand the lady , the place have the meat section cover so is the first subway that you can even see what they are doing, veggies specially lettuce was not fresh , place outdated and in top of that on veteran's day they even honored the 6in sub giveaway for vets and she said that wasn’t available till next month, what!!! Really greedy owners but never visit again be aware and by the way this beautiful little city have 2 other near subway stores way better than that one!

After waiting in a long line, I was there to purchase 6.99 meal deal when I got to the cash register they ring me up for $8.01 I asked them, is there tax a whole dollar here? They said no, because they're fountain machine was down. They were charging .50 more for a bottle. I said so you're charging me .50 cents More for a bottle that I cannot refill. That makes no sense. They said that was the way it is. So I walked out and went down to Wendy's and paid $6.27 for a whole meal. They lost me as a customer, Because they want to be so petty and charge 50 cents more for a bottle When there fountain machine was down.
