Awesome local dive bar. Great drinks that are not overpriced. Friendly bartenders. A small kitchen to make pizzas and other snacks. Plenty of TVs for all the Sunday DirecTV NFL games. Highly recommended

I've spent many a night at the tavern, but through good and bad, the bartenders, owners, and patrons have seen me through it. Even since moving out of state, the Tavern is still my first stop when I visit. What looks like a dive bar on the surface is actually one big family, and one I've been lucky to be a part of.

One of the best in the bizz. Try the beer battered garlic fries. Might be my favorite fries of anyplace in my entire life. Soup and sandwich of the week are hidden menu gems, amazing beer selection at good prices. Try the community table for fun.

One of the staple places Livermore has to offer. A must stop location. The staff is great and so are the prices. There's an outdoor area in the back if you just wanna enjoy the outside and have some drinks while you relax.

I've never felt more welcome in a bar than I have GTT. I don't drink too much these days, but that never stops me from dropping in and saying hi. If you've got some extra time, I highly recommend dropping in and giving it a chance.

This place is just a hole in the wall, but the drinks were hella cheap $2 rolling rock $3 bluemoon $5 sn torpedo. I was shocked people were tons of fun the two owners were actually behind the bar in the trenches.(nice to see) ill b back if not for the drinks then for the pool.

Thursday night is open mic night. A bunch of talented musicians get together and have mini jam sessions, it's really cool walking in and hearing some good old fashion rock and roll, everybody was real friendly, just having a good time.

First time at this spot visiting from out of town. Scott and the bartender treated us like family! We will definitely be back. Great drinks and definitely decently priced!!

Visiting the area for personal reasons, looking for an Irish Coffee and friendly crowd. I found it here! Fresh Irish Coffee for me and a full bar for any and everyone else. Three medium sized rooms and outdoor seating area too! Didn’t try any food but Oven Baked Pizza is available. Made a few new acquaintances, watched a few patrons play Pool and the Bar Tender Ted was attentive and cool! Had a little 4 pound non-yapping Chihuahua with me too …

I rated it higher since I'm not really a bar guy. This is probably the dive bar you want to go to. Still, not my favorite place to be. Mostly because I like quieter places. But a bunch of my friends go here so I end up here every once in a while. Could be worse.

I rated it higher since I'm not really a bar guy. This is probably the dive bar you want to go to. Still, not my favorite place to be. Mostly because I like quieter places. But a bunch of my friends go here so I end up here every once in a while. Could be worse.

Definitely a dive bar. Cheap prices. Have had some fun in this bar but also seen some drama. There's a lot of testosterone and chest puffing in this place. There's also some feisty bartenders which can be amusing but you also need to stay on their good side.
