Panda Express

This Panda Express has always been a good experience. Every time we have gone to this location, the food has always been good, and the employees are always courteous.

I think for a combination fast food restaraunts Panda Express is very pleasing. Friendly considerate service that serves your food up quick. Clean, sometimes a little busy during peak hours. Very good food with very little wait. Dine in or take out. Prices very moderate for quality of food.

The food is good. I would however like a little bit of gravy on the noodles or rice. They're a little dry.

It was a little busy. The lady asked what I wanted then immediately started working on on-line orders. Then asked me again while she was turning around and walking away. She didn't fill the dish like they usually do, like the other dishes had been filled before me. The food was good. Not old. It was pretty clean.

It was a little busy. The lady asked what I wanted then immediately started working on on-line orders. Then asked me again while she was turning around and walking away. She didn't fill the dish like they usually do, like the other dishes had been filled before me. The food was good. Not old. It was pretty clean.

Just tried the impossible orange chicken and surprisingly quite good! Bummed that yet again, to get vegan food somewhere requires an upcharge though. Chow mein isn't labeled as vegan, but staff says there are no animal products in ingredients (unlike fried rice, which has eggs). Super veggies are vegan, and with entrées, you can split chow mein 50/50 with veggies if you like. This location was VERY busy this Sunday evening at 730pm, so a little unexpected, but the staff kept things moving and we're working hard, which we appreciated.

We like the Panda food but it seems that they are always chiseling on portions. I know that they are init to make money. One way is to give more than ample portions to get your customers coming back. We don't go as often because of this.

It's okay... It's panda express so you know what you're getting but compared to others, it's not that great. I live one block away so I really wish this place was better than it is. The first couple weeks they had some problems with portion sizes; namely that they always seemed about half what they should be. It hasn't been much of a problem since then, yet the food never quite measures up to what I expect from Chinese restaurants or Panda Express in general. It's hard to pin down but it always seems like they need more sauce, or less breading or... something. I've come at all times of the day and I can't remember the last time it tasted fresh, which seems odd because it has to be at some point. Still, I frequently find dishes are only a few scraps away from empty so that may have something to do with it. Overall, if you want something in walking distance, it will do, but don't go out of your way to get here. There's another panda express on first street with which I'm extremely satisfied.

On top of that, I ask for Soy sauce and Potsticker sauce EVERY time and I get one or the other, never both. In what world do we live in where I order two entire plates with rice and chow mein with potstickers 100% of the time but they don't have the sense to maybe think to put soy sauce in the bag, AFTER I ALREADY ASKED? What are they hoarding it and selling it online so they can't hand out one packet of soy sauce per order? All in all the food is great but in terms of the quality of communication I would give it a 5/10. Employees need to be trained properly and equipped to understand orders and requests rather than needing to hear some things two or three times just to understand something.

One star is being gracious. I come to this Panda Express on a regular basis but this particular night, there wasn't enough food out. When asked to cut the chicken, one of the workers said to the other worker "why can't you do it!?" It was done very lazily and the bowl was filled to maybe half way due to them running out of chicken. These kids were very overwhelmed with the line, rushing, being immature, and thus the quality of everything was extremely poor.

Served 6 people after I requested they make more orange chicken. 15 minutes later, they forgot to tell the cook to make more. 10 minutes more of waiting the order is fulfilled. Food was cold by this point and the employees just shrugged their shoulders. Customer service is always poor at this location

My wife noticed that and told her that she doesn’t want the little leftover at the bottom. The staff didn’t let her choose a different item, hastily replaced with another item and wife ended up with two chicken items . Customers like us can wait there for 20 mins and they can’t give us a minute to decide!!!!!! It’s rude. The fried rice and chow-men were also quite leftover type, cold, soggy, no salt and no taste. Spend more than $30 for 3 plates without any satisfaction whatsoever. WONT GO THERE EVER. Horrible staffs. They neither know nor care about customers.
