Do not! I repeat DO NOT eat here! I ate here yesterday and within a few hours my stomach started hurting. I am now dealing with food poisoning! Horrible! Might want to educate your employees on proper food handling and sanitation. I knew better than to slum it at a Sonic. 🤢

Its hard to give a good review when they always get something wrong on your order. Most of the time its something you paid extra for like sauces, bacon, drink flavors ect.

On Oct.29-2025 I was at this Sonic Drive-In and I don't know how to write this review. But it needs to be done. I don't care if no one reads it or cares how things were done at this store. I was in there around 9:00 am to get coffee and the GM Mary brought it out to me and pushed it into my hand like she was mad. I let it go and thought it was because she was the only one there. But when I came back through around 12:55 to 1:00 pm and stopped for lunch the woman that took my order was nice and sweet. But as I looked up GM Mary had her outside and talking to very loudly tell this woman she was reading the orders back wrong. When the woman read my order she read it just fine. Mary the GM was wrong about do this in front of other people and wrong for tell her she was dumb. Now I am one of the grandchildren of Howard Edward Butts Sr the CEO of HEB and would have not have done that at all to anyone. That GM needs to be fired. But I know that will not happen.

Extremely slow service. Ordered ahead 20+ min and it still took 20 min for order to be ready after arriving on time. One burger was missing from order, and we had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be ready.

Stopped through here from Junction. This place is very slow. Called to find out how much longer the order would take to come out. Got told there's only one employee working and they are doing their best. Then a BIG slam of the phone. This place needs help.

Stopped here going through town. Got food poisoning and started feeling sick within 20 min of eating. I am pregnant and worried for my health and the health of my baby. I might have to miss my first day at my job today. This really sucks. I thought the corn dog kinda tasted old or like it wasn’t cooked throughly. Thank you for making me ill. Felt sick the rest of the 4 hours drive home and now it’s 5am, I have to be at work at 8am, and I can’t sleep because I am so ill. Shut this place down!!!

Waited about 20-30 minutes to order. I had to press the button twice because after the first time it took so long that it went back to the main screen. After finally placing my order I swiped my card to pay only to find out from the carhop that that scanner doesn't work (would've been nice to know off the bat.). Got home with my to find the sorriest burger I've seen. Lettuce was old, barely any onions,and only two slices of jalapeños! I ordered a jalapeño burger and they gave me two jalapeño slices! I also got a side of tater tots that we're a salt bomb!

Freaking terrible service!! I ordered three drinks on the sonic app. Checked in and 20 min later they were still not out. The car ne t to me pulled in 5 min after me and got his order of food first. Drinks were still wrong Freaking un acceptable 😒

Husband ordered The big Dill cheese burger well there was No cheese ,no sauce. I ordered a chicken dinner meal there was no onion ring and I asked for the honey mustard dipping sauce the toast was burnt. It took 10 minutes to get order taken because it seemed all the employees was outside.

If I could leave no stars I would. BEWARE OF RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! I am highly disappointed and infuriated with this location with how disrespectful these employees are already trying to rush me and my husband while we where ordering and with the long 45 min wait for the food (only to then get cold food a complete waste of money) and not only that and my husband got burgers and its was clear the cook's are petty with the orders because I ordered him a chicken sandwich to then receive a squashed sandwich and when I asked for a #3 with no tomatoes and mustard I get a dry burger with EXTRA tomatoes and completely squashed to the point I didn't even feel comfortable eating it due to the fact I am allergic to tomatoes. I highly recommend that the area manager straightens the employees out because I have NEVER had such horrible experiences such as this. The employees are childish and not respectful to the public. Highly recommend av.oiding this sonic location

This store is consistently awful. I have been going there for several years now and have had many occasions where the order was wrong and several occasions where I I never received my order at all. Sunday night was the last straw. Ordered $20 plus worth of food. 10 minutes later the screen said the food was on its way. 15 minutes after that I still had no food and several other customers had received their orders. I never got my food and had to go elsewhere. Called the store and they asked for my receipt number. I got no receipt as I never got my food. I messaged corporate and still haven’t heard back from them. I’m done with this store and definitely would not recommend going there to anyone else.
