They wouldn't give you ketchup even left it painted on it
Staff was very friendly and the burgers were delicious 😋. Went the very next morning and got the breakfast biscuits they were delicious too

Its tricky to get in here from 183 South, watch for white water car wash entrance.
Meh. It's dirty. The servers are mildly annoyed you're there. There's never any ketchup in the dispenser. The burger was tasty though and the price is decent.

Wendys is mediocre and a gourmet price. The staff is friendly enough, but there's a high chance they'll forget to give you something from your order, which doesn't help considering that sometimes said order can take like 10 minutes to get. It's honestly crazy that you'll spend almost 40 dollars for three meals which aren't that much higher in quality than the mcdonalds down the street.
Very hot in the restaurant. Tables were sticky. They forgot some of our order. We let them know. Said they would bring it to our table. They never did. This the 3rd visit its like this.
Frosties were somehow warm, frothy milk and filled past the lid so they poured everywhere...while the fries were entirely cold as if they were refrigerated. Meals of Misfortune were both missing their sauces (the whole point of the meal). They forgot the salt and pepper packets for the potato. No spoons in the bag...but thank God for the napkins so I could clean the spills from the Frosty before dumping it down the sink. Doordash won't refund (not Wendy's fault, but still). I wasted $27 (before delivery fees and driver tip) on slop.

The apples were rotten when I called to tell them they answered, "Hello?" I had to ask if I'd called Wendy's i told the gentleman, and he then hung up on me!! Will not be back!! I did call the 1 800 customer service. They made me download the app and then gave me a credit for my food, not happy with this. Wendy's, at all.

It would be actually nice if the workers ordered their food on their own through the register whenever it’s busy and they have their lunch because they would literally sit there and talk it up with the person at the cash register while ordering their lunch that’s bad customer service. I believe you’re supposed to attend your customers first. Not too long ago my brother and his mother went to Wendy’s and my brothers baby mama found a ball of hair in her sandwich like somebody had hair stuck to the jacket or something n didn’t notice it . Besides that I go there frequently with my grandma, uncle and grandpa, and every time we ask for no ketchup and mustard they put ketchup and mustard on the burgers we asked not to be put on. I believe the workers should ask again if they didn’t hear correctly or repeat the order to the customer so they know they have the right order
Got our order wrong then argued about it. Made a huge deal about replacing the items only for the food to end up being mediocre at best and the soda flavorless.
Just walked in and got takeout from Wendy's in lockhart. We live about ten miles away so our food shouldn't have gotten cold but it was. Didn't receive what we ordered. Ordered two doubles w bacon. We got singles. Got charged for doubles. They couldn't even give us change for cash. Tried calling but phone is off the receiver. Must have problems with people calling back about their inadequate service. First time trying out the one in lockhart and its the last time too. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
this place is a joke went to eat lunch and the cashier couldn't explain what was on the Cobb salad and couldn't read the menu . there was dirty tea container empty no tea , dirty table. just cause they aren't busy don't mean sit around keep that place clean.and one more thing someone walked in with a Whataburger cup and got free ice . the crew were all in the back. don't pay attention who walks in
They got my order wrong in the drive thru. I even asked them are they sure they got everything because there didn't seem to be enough bags. I called the store several times but no answer. I ended up going there to get the rest of my order (they left out half of it). There was only two people in the store and nobody in the drive thru on a Saturday night. Yea, service could explain that. When I spoke to the manager, the employees had attitude, like I was the problem. I have worked and been a manager in fast food, so that behavior should not be acceptable.
BEWARE : Came here to place a Favor order. My customer ordered unsweetened Ice-T, when I received the iced tea I noticed something floating inside of it. When I confronted the lady at the window she grabbed the iced tea and threw it in the trash immediately. When I asked her what was that in the iced tea she said it was probably the from the sweetener. I said but it was unsweetened iced tea. She just ignored me and kept asking for payment. Terrible service and quality is downright disgusting. Wish I could have got a photo of it.

I then pulled to the window to try to order there and they quickly took the car behinds me order after I pulled to the window and said I would be after him since he ordered first. Horrible! Next time I’m going to whataburger lol.

Third time I have been here and 3rd time they have failed. I am not complicated or picky. I have never written a review. I simply ask for no mustard on my cheese burger. I told the boy working (obviously not very bright or caring) over 3 times very clearly I do not want mustard. I sensed he felt like I was a burden for even being there. I was the only person at the drive through and he asked me to pull forward past the window as if they were busy so I could not see inside. The polite girl brought our food out and we left. Get home, and it again has mustard. I will not be returning and suggest no one else waste their time or money until an adult is actually present to make sure the kids working can uphold the values Wendy's sales. Sooo frustrating paying good money for bad service.
Not having air conditioning is bad enough for your customers but it's unforgivable for your employees to have them work in that environment. We share a fence and I'm lazy to cook these days so I may legitimately be your best customer. I'll be walking past y'alls business to your many competitors in the area that can at least provide basic decency to their employees until y'all can at least provide climate control for your cooks. Great staff and okay food though despite the poor conditions. Do better owners. I'll miss you crispy chicken BLT
Employees were standing around looking at each other, no smiles, no kindness, in fact they made me feel almost totally unwelcome . I had to ask for things I should’ve been given to go w my order and when I ask I think it pissed them off. Wont be back, food wasn’t that good to look over how I was treated .

To start it all off I had to wait like 10-15 minutes to place my order then the lady prepared my food without any gloves on. Then when my food was ready she just stared at me, didn't even say anything, by the time I got my food it was cold, I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!!
