I always enjoy stopping off for an In-N-Out burger when I visit California or Nevada. I do the double double with animal fries. The animal fries are topped with grilled onions, melted cheese and thousand island dressing. The fries are cut fresh from potatoes, in house. The staff are always super nice and polite. I know the uniforms aren't ideal though they serve for such a great atmosphere in such an established burger restaurant. Fun fact for those not already in the know, if you look at the food packaging such as under your drinking cup or somewhere on the wrapper for your burger or french fries, you will find Bible scriptures hidden.

It's the only burger restaurant that is consistent in service, quality, and organization / cleanliness. Their burgers look just as good as their pictures and taste amazing. They do not have employees that are disgruntled or with poor attitudes.
We were part of the crew that are doing the wild fire reduction in the day use and campgrounds. Very nice lake for relaxing, fishing.
Wonderful location. Even accommodated our dog. Clean and friendly. Food was excellent and didn't miss a thing on my bougie order. Highly recommended!
I drove an hour before my daughter’s swim lessons. I wanted to go to target before swim lessons but I was so hungry. So of course had to stop at In-N-out while by toddler napped. So I get in the drive thru line, order my meal and right before I get ready to pay, I realized I forgot my wallet. I told the cashier I’m sorry, I forgot my wallet ! Just cancel my order, so sorry. Ayden the cashier said nope don’t worry about it! I got it. I told him no no please don’t . He said nope it’s done. I told him thank you so much. I was in complete shock! I got so emotional 😩. Driving away . Best service!
Can never go wrong with In-N-Out, Quality of food is always on point; drive-thru is fast, and the staff are always polite, even in the hot summer Central valley heat. Will continue to come eat here.
My favorite burger place. Fries are awesome, burgers are tasty. In a way I'm lucky that there isn't an in and out burger in Sonora because I'd probably eat too many burgers.
Good food expect the lines to be long in the Drive-Thru and inside but worth the wait constantly consistent in their food so you always know what you will be paying for what I really noticed about In-N-Out because I always order inside is the different diversity of people that enjoy good hamburgers
In-N-Out-Burger -- There's not much else to say. Their food is good, but more importantly, it is consistent from location to location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The one thing I don't understand -- and something I've experienced at every single location -- is why there seems to be a hundred cars lined up for drive-thru service, while inside the restaurant, the place is practically empty
The girls and I went to In-N-Out on a Thursday night and had a wonderful experience. We went through the drive-thru and were greeted with such kind words and warm gestures. The lady who handed us our food was incredibly nice and polite—truly the definition of great customer service. She made our night with her positive attitude and professionalism! Thank you to Cierra! (Not sure if that’s how you actually spell her name!) But she was amazing and made our entire night. Definitely will go again just for her!
First time going to the Lodi location. It was an In N Out experience. Great! Food was fast even with them extremely busy. Food seemed a little better than my usual Stockton location's. Top bun was toasted perfectly, and when I asked for extra grilled onions, I actually got them. Experience was excellent, food was superb, time and wait was perfect. Customer service is always great. They hire great people, or good actors😉.
I recently visited In-N-Out Burger, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the visit enjoyable from start to finish. Despite the usual busy atmosphere, the team stayed positive and professional, ensuring every customer felt welcome. The food quality was excellent as always. The Double-Double burger was juicy and full of flavor, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and melted cheese. The fries, made from fresh potatoes and cooked in 100% pure sunflower oil, were crispy and perfectly salted. If you want something special, their "Animal Style" fries topped with cheese, spread, and grilled onions are a tasty twist. In-N-Out’s focus on fresh, never frozen ingredients and great customer service really shows. The clean and inviting atmosphere made the meal even better. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, In-N-Out always delivers a top-notch fast-food experience. Overall, my visit was very enjoyable, and I’m looking forward to going back for another delicious meal.
I had an excellent experience at this location thanks to Oscar Lo! He provided outstanding customer service, making my ordering process smooth and effortless. Oscar was friendly, attentive, and very helpful with any questions I had. My food arrived fresh and hot, and I could tell he really cares about ensuring a top-notch experience for customers. It was a little easier finding parking here compared to other In-n-Outs. Busy but food was quit if you venture inside. Drive thru was packed so I had a very enjoyable lunch inside. Handicap spaces are right in front and the bathrroms are perfect for wheelchairs. Signage was a little goofy but I brought it to there attention and they promised to get it fixed. Regular spots marked Van accessible and the Van accesible was marked as a regular spot. Otherwise all around great experience.
Drive through order was fast and food was great for value. We got a cheeseburger and hamburger with fries which were fresh, hot and delicious. Meal included a drink so we split a root beer. We had a fun time in Lodi.
This was our first visit in In n Out Burger and it was absolutely fantastic experience. Sean at the counter made it so easy for us even though we my wife has a gluten allergy and few other members of our group are vegetarians but Sean handled it in proffesional manner. The food arrived quickly and it was definitely one of the best burgers we ever had. The restaurant was clean and members of staff were smilling at us. Just a lovely experience, well done :)
I had an animal double, add peppers, and a root beer float, Ari had a single with everything, add fresh onion slices, and a Neapolitan shake. Delicious as always, the vegetables were crisp and fresh and cool in fantastic contrast to the cozy, gooey, savory meat and cheese. Everything flawless. You might be able to get a better burger, but not for this price, and not in your car. The line was long, as it always is, but they expedite it with an order taker at the start of the line, so it actually took less time than some other chains with much less business. In-N-Out makes me glad to be back in California.
Probably the best burger I ate. Order was perfect. Dbl cheeseburger, no tomatoes, no spread, add chili, and extra toasted buns w animal style fries. I also go spread on the side to add on the burger. Drive through was fairly quick also.
This In-N-Out Burger location gets 5 stars. Why? The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff plus a delicious Double-Double cheeseburger made perfectly. I’m a Midwesterner. In-N-Out is a western state’s chain. I’m not real familiar with their menu. I’ve eaten at a few, never really knew the options for toppings and stuff on their burgers. Today, Alice took my order and she was super patient, helpful and friendly. She even suggested sliced peppers for my burger which I was not aware they would do. I thought the peppers were only available by the condiment station. Alice also made other suggestions and generally impressed me overall. My made to order Double-Double (two patties with cheese on each) with tomato, pickles, sliced peppers, their signature spread and ketchup was exactly what I was craving. While I waited, Dan was super friendly and a pleasure to chat with as he had an uncommon spare moment since I arrived just when they opened. I beat the crowd. Good timing on my part! 5 gold stars, for sure, for this Lodi In-N-Out Burger!

Foods good. But they forgot two of my items from the drive thru. By the time I noticed i was already home.
Got 3 burgers. 2 double doubles and 1 single burger with no cheese. I got 3 single burgers. I asked for spread they didn’t give me spread. And to top it off the soda was flat.
Drive thru employee didn't get my drink right plus my order right as well with the size. This also happens when dining in as well same thing. This location doesn't know of what they are doing.
