This is a quick place. I got in there and got some work done. I ordered food and before I knew it my sandwich was ready. The entire restaurant was spectacular clean. I can see my self in here over the hot summer enjoying some nice cold cut meat sandwiches

So far, they haven't disappointed me in any area. I drive 14 miles from home just for my #14's. Wish they still had the Brussel sprouts. Anyway, I love Jimmy John's sandwiches more than any other sandwich making restaurant. How do i know? Because I've NEVER made several 28 mile round trips to buy a sandwich from anywhere!

Awesome sandwiches always so fresh. There was a mistake when I placed a pick up order turns out they weren’t accepting pick up after 7:30 pm so it was placed for the day after. I called the store and they were really kind and understanding made me my sandwich in less than 5 minutes and I picked it up through the drive through ! Although I do wish they would still offer pick up at 7:30 , employees made it a pleasant experience and I will keep coming back :)

Interesting fact… Jimmy John’s parent company is Inspire Brands which also owns Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In, Jimmy John's, Rusty Taco, Mister Donut, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins! OK…now the review. I went here tonight with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. All I kept thinking was the price of the full-size sandwich is over $20. So for over $100 I get five sandwiches! Yikes! Well, thank goodness I was not in the market to purchase five sandwiches and I did get it a 20% discount ordering on the app. Thank you JJ for that. I ordered the full-size beefy crunch sandwich on French bread. This sandwich literally raises the bar for all sandwiches to a new level. I could almost say it was worth the price. I can’t believe I ate the whole thing but it’s kind of addicting. The bread has an interesting chewy texture. They must make it in the house since they advertise that the bread is never more than four hours old. It seems to age quite well. And surprisingly, it was loaded with roast beef. Tender roast beef. How do they get it so tender? The only thing I customized…I asked for no pickles. I can’t wait to go back and try other flavors. I hope they have turkey. The only couple of complaints that have… I did not see an option to change the cheese to Swiss. And also they don’t have the facility to heat/toast sandwiches. I figured I would stick it in the microwave for a couple of seconds to freshen it up but actually it did not need it. It was good right out of the wrapper. This place is really hard to find… especially at night. Note that it is part of the Bank of Stockton building. I was driving around the shopping center trying to find it…finally did. I also had a bag of their barbecue chips which are very good. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating employees. Thank you!!

I love the sandwiches here! The staff is very friendly as well. My favorite is the Bootlegger club. Edit: Still love this place, but why does the app say you open at 10:30am but you aren't open til 11am? Minor inconvenience but something that should get fixed.

I sat in the dining area watch 10 people try to get soda included myself and no ice and so they sold 10 sodas and told no one that the ice machine was broken That's pretty rude but the sandwich was delicious

Placed a mobile order and picked up at drive thru. Friendly service and received order in a timely manner. I did have to ask for condiments on the side and utensils as there wasn't a way to add it via app. Sandwiches were good and potato salad was delicious! Will return to try other sandwiches and sides.

Heard a lot of good things about this place. The kids working here are nice, but not so great at following direction. We ordered two of the new wraps to go. Asked for extra dressing since we omitted the mayo, but mine was incredibly dry. The other wrap we asked to add onions and peppers, but they forgot to add the onions. Flavor was good, they just need to pay more attention when making the orders.

Again, second time this has happened. Last time I included a tip. They didn’t charge it to my card and told me I owed $4 at delivery. I said, “Sorry, that was your tip and I don’t have cash.” Not my problem. Waiting to see when today’s order comes (50 minutes since ordering) and if they ask me for their tip again upon delivery.

Good Evening - Placed an order through the app for Drive Thru Pick up on Wednesday Afternoon, so we could pick it up on the way home. When we got there, I had paid for cheese on my Turkey Tom (paid for it and did not get again) - My wife asked for No Tomatoes on her Beach Club - add Jimmy Peppers - she got Tomatoes and No Peppers - as well as the Avacado Spread was non existent. I called the store and asked for the person in charge and was told she was busy taking an order and then the as I explained the issue, the employee felt the need to argue with me about the issue. Asked for "Maria" the manager again and was told I could not talk to her. This is the 3rd time in about 6 weeks we have been customers and after today we are done. Suppose we will go see what West Coast Sourdough has to offer or the Jersey Mikes that is going in 10 miles from us, which is 2 bad the JJ is about 4 blocks from our house, especially since the Manager was not allowed or did not try to reach out to make it right. I always order the turkey sand, it wasn't the same as usual just very skimpy. Went and got a root beer. I had on a white coat on got ice then soda. The soda nozzle fell into my cul soaking me. The guy came out and was not very concerned. I asked for a towel. I got myself some napkins. Very unprofessional. Probably will not go back.

Go grab some lunch meat and make your own sandwich down the street from Walmart, you will get more for your money.

I ordered a roast beef on a French roll with extra meat went home and there was only two slices of roast beef in it I guess a regular is only one piece of meat the bread was fresh and soft that was about it 👎🏼 not worth going back 👎🏼
