Enjoyed the food and the ambience! Service is good and customer centric! Want to commend Brian for coming around and ensuring that everything was just right! And to Simone our server as well goes a shoutout for being efficient and that too in a sweet friendly unassuming way! We loved our lettuce appetiser and the Buddha s feast was great ! Their chocolate soufflé served with icecream was delicious!

Connor, gave us a really good insight on different drinks, as well as what to try for appetizers. I am so happy we went with what we had. Amazing experience! Would recommend him again! Loved the happy hour! We were back again specifically asked for Connor!!

The server at the bar Jason in Oakbrook Illinois was excellent! In this day and age when it’s hard to find good staff he was friendly, polite, offered suggestions and made sure everything was a great! I will definitely be back often!

My family enjoys ordering from this restaurant. Whether we dine in or carry out, the food is always prepared to order and tastes excellent. Our waiter was extremely friendly and made some great selections. I love the decor on the inside and as you can see their pear mojito is a favorite. I asked for some extra sauce to get with my leftover and I got a full cup to take home. They always seem to go above and beyond so thank you to everyone who works here!

I got the opportunity to take my girlfriend here for her first time. For a chain Pf Changs is top notch and never disappoints. I have been to many locations all over California and this was my first time visiting here in IL. The atmosphere was very dim and relaxing. The service was prompt and friendly. Our waiter Erik was awesome. The food was excellent. The only downside was it was pretty chilly inside, reminded me of a dentists office and we would have never thought to bring a sweatshirt. Will definitely be going back.

I had the midnight ritual. Phenomenal drink if you’re a gin drinker. Veronica was a great server. She has us the run down on the menu and the history of the restaurant. Would highly recommend her as a server. The food was decent.

I’ve gone to PF Chang’s at least 50 times and I’ve never experienced such attentive and professional service. Brooke was our waitress and she was the most professional waitress I’ve ever had. Service is everything to me and Brooke’s service made the experience 20x better. Definitely someone that takes pride in her work and knows how to make customers feel special. Definitely requesting her next time! Thank you Brooke!

Love the service and food. Our server was Samon. She is kind, thoughtful but not over-serving. Make me feel comfortable eat in this place. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also good for enjoying eating.

Shadow has been the best waitress I’ve ever had in my life. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and the way she makes you feel welcomed and heard are on another level.

We had a delicious lunch date at P.F. Chang’s. Spicy chicken and Kung po chicken and cheesecake were the highlights. Shadow and Olivia we fantastic servers and very attentive to every detail. We will definitely be back!

Kent, provided an awesome experience during the lunch hour special. Providing a great experience with menu and special recommendations- friendly and very attentive! I enjoyed a pear mojito that was perfectly mixed! 10/10 Kent has true hospitality skills and genuine to his craft! We will be back!

We love coming to eat here! We came a bit earlier than normal (5:15), and there was very little wait. Our server, Richard, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food was delicious, as always, amd it was delivered quickly. It was a great experience, and I can't wait to return!

I selected P.F. Chang's for lunch to celebrate my coworker' BD. Our waitress - Shadow, was friendly approachable and very helpful. She addressed all our needs and provided service in no time as we had limited time to enjoy the place. Friendly staff like Shadow make places we visit friendly and encourage us to come back to enjoy them even more. PF Chang's is my choice for dinning. Good food. Good service. Friendly staff.

Always a great experience. Consistently good food. Drinks are delicious. They don't really contain barely any alcohol, so if you are looking for good value of alcohol for what you pay for drinks, not the place. But the drinks are very delicious. Servers are very helpful with recommendations and advice. Hostess great for seating with kids. We got extra coloring menus! I don't know if I've ever had to wait at this location either. Maybe, because there are jist so many restaurant choices. It's never empty, but also rarely a real wait either.

My family loves this place. It's our go to place when we meet with friends and everyone enjoys. The lettuce wraps are a fan fav, the signature lo mein is delish, and the house iced tea is perfectly brewed. Love the atmosphere... The dark red and black colors are perfect for the restaurants theme and although the lighting seems dark upon entry, each table is perfectly and lit with elegance. We always have efficient, friendly, and professional service. The menu is gluten and allergen friendly and the servers and kitchen team are attentive to dietary needs.

Haven’t dined in here in a while… glad I decided to! The atmosphere and service were amazing. Richard our server was fabulous and very helpful. If you have been ordering take out- consider dinning in. Beautiful restaurant with excellent service

P.F. Chang's food is one of my favorite foods. I went to this location for the first time. The server was very helpful in explaining what we can eat since we have some food restitution. I also ordered carry out, which I accidentally forgot to take with me. I called the next day, and obviously, they threw it away, but manager Claudia was so nice she gave me the fresh food the next day. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Had a great home dinner - had fried rice, chicken lettuce wraps, pork egg rolls, sesame chicken & pepper steak! Picked up our order right on time - staff did had them right away. Got home and everything was hot and had everything we ordered! All the food were wonderful and beautiful and packed perfect! I really got the Pepper Steak with enough veggies for me and that spicy just the amount to me the entire meal- the Pepper Steak will be on my next order! Family really enjoyed everything we ordered! We had a great experience. Floyd and the manager were excellent. A little hiccup at the beginning but they made up for it in attentiveness! Good was super tasty. Loved the butter cake. Would come back!

I am ordering for a third time from here. Every time everything was perfect. However today… I am not a fan of very spicy food, so ordered with no pepper, chili, onions. When my food arrived, it was still there 😅. Kinda disappointed that they didn’t leave out what was asked.

This establishment has always been a great go to for me went last night. They had a really great deal going on for $20 per person. You each get your own entrée you split an appetizer and you get a soup or salad will definitely return

Great atmosphere including red and black themed interior, oriental decor, and attractive centerpieces. Seating area is large & roomy, but not the most comfortable or updated dining area. Food is tasty but can be excessive with oil usage, a little tricky to use tap to pay feature dining in.

Crab wonton was good. In my opinion dry some cream cheese would have improved them. Would not order again. Even though I told waiter nothing spicy still came with chili flakes in the sauce. Strawberry cucumber limeade but way too much lime All of the following I would order again….Fried dumplings were good. Also chili flakes in the sauce. Salmon was very good tender. Honey chicken was good. Banana spring rolls great. Coconut pineapple ice cream great. We would go back just for this. They serve coke products. I had to ask for a refill. Water never got refilled and it was very slow. He definitely had time.

The appetizers green beans and Brussels sprouts were amazing. The lettuce wraps also! But the main dishes were not that great. The ginger chicken just had ginger. The spicy chicken was too sweet like orange chicken. And the Kung pao was ok but not phenomenal. Quite expensive. Service was fast and very nice!

Went there for a date night! My girlfriend and I had pork egg rolls and pan seared dumplings to start which tasted amazing! Then we shared beef fried rice and crispy honey chicken which was good. Over all the service was fine, the atmosphere was fun, and the food was great!

Unfortunately, I decided to give this restaurant only three stars just because it is not what it used to be. It is still good, but definitely not great like it used to be. The portions are smaller and the sweet-and-sour chicken I used to always get had amazing pieces made it so delicious. Unfortunately no more ginger. Plus the size of the portions is much smaller. They did have a nice special now that includes a salad and appetizer combo, which was definitely worth it.

The food looks amazing but everything tastes sweet.. hot and sour soup was good.. the brown rice was super dry ..even pad Thai was kind of sweet ..where is the spice :(

Friendly staff and great decor are about as far as this place goes. A good portion of the entrees are slathered in sweet / sugary sauce. Very few vegetables as well. Things look and taste like something you could get at panda express, but double the price. They at least have a bar, so there's that.

Friendly, prompt service. Layout of the tables at this specific location seemed so close together but maybe that's because it happened to be so crowded / packed already. Pendant lighting at the booth table was so strong/ bright it was hard to see the menu but wasn't a big deal to request a different table. Food came quickly after ordering, and overall it was pretty good. However, the Mongolian Beef was not as hot (temperature-wise) as the Chicken Pad Thai. It was noticeable but did not detract from the pretty sweet and savory flavor of the dish. I was hoping the rice would be delicious but instead it was dry and hard. For dessert, the chocolate cake was gigantic and very dense and rich. Great for big groups as it was the biggest slice I've ever seen. It did not come with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream which was fine, but did have a sprinkling of berries with some raspberry sauce on the side. Tasty! Lots of birthdays were being celebrated the evening I visited- servers would light up a dessert with what looked like a mega-sparkler. I'd suggest this restaurant for large family groups who want to celebrate together since it seemed to be such a popular choice 🥳

The food and service wasn’t that great. The food looked good but tasted bland, you’re better off buying from an authentic local Chinese restaurant. Also, there were barely any customers yet the service wasn’t that great, the server took 15 minutes to bring drinks and forgot to put one in. It seemed like the server didn’t care about my table as the table next to mine got better service. Additionally, their menus aren’t that clean, they’re very sticky. If you like their food you’re better off going to the Schaumburg location.

The server Floyd seemed confused as to what soft drinks were available. I had to ask him numerous times about why he couldn’t serve Coke Zero although it’s on the menu. I didn’t want to ruin my dinner with friends, but he was not making any sense. He said that specific beverage was only for to go orders. Additionally, once we concluded our dinner, the server came back and commented that we were taking too much time from his money table. There was no one at the door waiting to be seated, so I don’t know why he would even bother saying that. The comment was inappropriate. Our party was polite and we spent a good amount of money. Anyway, the food was fresh and of good quality.

The food was good I’ll give them that , however how are you gonna say you only serve Coke zero for to go orders when it’s right there on your menu for dining in!! Like come on ! Then the waiter made some kind of comment like we were looking up the table, as if he had so many customers that needed to be seated, but there was nobody at the door. He was kind of like saying like we had to leave, but excuse me we were paying customers. We ordered a lot of food and we’re allowed to stay as long as we like.

Went here with a group of friends, I'm not sure if the server didn't know the drink menu but told my friend he did not have coke zero even though its on the actual menu, he told us it was for online orders only which makes no sense that you would have a drink only for online orders. We ordered a lot of food and when we were done and paid we were sitting there talking and the waiter comes up to us and says "this is my money making table" as if we needed to leave after just spending over 200 dollars in the restaurant. Great food but bad service.

Food good. Lettuce wraps delicious. Service? Non-existent. Never returned w salad. Never received sauce requested. Slow on refills.

Disappointing visit. I haven't been to a PF Chang's in years. Unfortunately, it seems like they have deteriorated in every possible category. Service was mediocre at best. Food was poor. Everything was so flavorless, yet it all tasted the same whether beef, chicken, pork, savory dish, sweet dish. The place feels kind of run down and sad too. Tables in disrepair. Layers of dust collecting behind the booths. The lights continuously dim and get brighter as if someone is playing with the dimmer. Wine glasses had lots of greasy fingerprints. Water glasses had food dried and stuck inside. To add insult to injury, I was sick all night. I can't say the last part was due to the food as I was the only one of our 4-person party who got sick, but I'm also the only one who ordered chicken.

Steak in the steak and shrimp lomain was little bits of crispy hard pcs. Ruined the meal. Salad was delicious. Service was top notch. Need to heat entrance to extend the waiting area. Having people stand and watch me eat was really disappointing. Questioning our return.

I just received my online order totaling $96, and I wanted to share some feedback. I counted only 15 pieces of meat in the Mongolian beef, which was really disappointing—especially since it used to be one of my favorite dishes. Also, I’m a bit confused about the dessert… why was I given just half a scoop of ice cream? I’ve always enjoyed your food in the past, but this experience was honestly very underwhelming. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Server was not that friendly. Appetizers came ut fast and were good. Main food took forwver to come. Food portions have shrinked drastically. I always eat at Orland Park location. They serve larger portions there. We ordered 4 different types of meat but they all taste the same with lots of honey. Im sad this place is going down in service and quality of food. The only thing that is going up here is prices. See the check. The bowls are soo dry we could not eat. Dont do that to PF Chang, who is missing with the menu? It is better to order from the kids menu if u r here. We ordered 4 meals and paid $96 and we all left hungry.

The main reason I gave such few stars was the rude hostess who didn’t even bother to look up or acknowledge us as we walked in. Then as she sat us at our table it was as if she couldn’t have thrown the menus down and walked away fast enough. Really made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Server was kind and food was good, but a bit overpriced.
