Josie and her team did a great job! I needed balloons to be delivered on short notice. Josie answered my call personally and arranged everything perfectly. The delivery location turned out to be a little challenging, and I'm sure many delivery people would have given up, but Shayne persisted and made it happen. The whole experience was tops.

I was extremely happy with the service that was provided for my order that was originated in WA. I had no idea of where or what I was going to get when I searched for a balloon company to deliver a Zoo assortment. The communication between myself and the owner was exceptional. Whoever it was was very nice and I told them I’d be back later to order them. Once I came back they never answered the phone, I emailed them telling them how many I needed and asked some questions. It took two days for them to ask me one question, I responded within 30 mins and they never got back to me till this day. If you’re planning to have an event in a month or sooner don’t bother reaching out to these guys seems like it’s going to take them years to get back to you with any information.
