Dude behind the counter was the best ... Gave me a congratulatory fist bump for the 50% off deal I took advantage of. Really appreciate great customer service and just loving on the customers. Left with such a great experience I emailed customer service from Dominos to tell them how pleased I was with my experience.
There was no better feeling when I was a kid, than when my Mother was on the phone with this Domino's Pizza Parlor, asking for the day's specials. I've had the honor and privilege of feeding my OWN Younglings, the same great Pizza I had all those years ago. The only thing that has changed here over the years, are the people and nothing more. Absolutely AMAZING pizza and many more great dishes and meals. Their customer service is second to none and they have always delivered exceptional food in record time. The few, rare times they let me down, they doubled back and corrected the issue, like it was part of the plan. If you need great comfort food, a Good Celebration Meal, or a Romantic Dinner for two, give these guys a call. You can't go wrong.
I must admit that after reading some of the horrible reviews online I was hesitant to order my meal. Needless to say my experience was excellent. I was greeted by the cashier and my order was ready just as indicated on the Domino's tracker (although I wish it would give you an estimated time of completion). The pizza and wings were delicious. The pasta was my absolute favorite. Online order was quick and easy and my entire order was ready within 15 min, which is really good for a busy rainy day :-)
Fluffy delicious crust held a generous pizza. The pizza sauce wasn’t overly spicy so you could really taste the meats. It was hot and melty with cheese. Nice!

Ordered a half and half pizza laast night. The guys did not make it half half. Instead they made a delicious pizza. Since it was the wrong pizza the nicest employee had no problem making another with no charge, no attitude. Pleasant service very satisfied.My only pizzzzzza spot from now on. Did I mention all this was around 11pm. Great work guys.

Our order for pizza, Chicken Alfredo and drinks was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Not nearly enough pineapple on our pizza and it was dry. Next time we order from them I will ask for extra pineapple. Otherwise the food was hot and fresh.
Pizza was good and the only reason I didn't give the food a lower rating. The bone-in wings tasted like freezer burn and they also tasted like they accidentally put BBQ but then realized the order was for buffalo or they baked them on dirty trays. The wings also still had an under done fatty texture, they could have baked a bit longer for that fat to help the crisp.

Too greasy and not healthy at all there is no nutritional value at all to anything there
I am not usually one to leave a negative review, but tonight was rather frustrating. To begin with, I placed my order at 1:08 am. It was a long night and as usual, i did my best to not order too close to closing time. I was notified my order was ready at 1:21. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told one of my items was not made and that I would have to wait to get it. I left the store at 1:46. In those 15-20 minutes I waited, the younger employee, Gustavo, I think, spent his time cursing at the orders he was preparing and was making someone else’s pizza pretty aggressively. At first when his coworkers told him he didn’t have the pasta ready or that he never put it in the oven, he objected and did not seem to claim responsibility for the mistake. It’s happened before, and he seemed flooded with orders—I understand... That wasn’t the upsetting part. It was upsetting to see his attitude after the fact and that I witnessed my order get rushed while he played and joked around with his coworkers in a less than appropriate time. I spent that time hearing him swear and curse just about every word imaginable. He was clearly not enjoying himself. Also, considering the neighborhood the store is in, the staff should really be a little bit more sensitive with the Spanish they speak and what they say, because at least half of the customers are sure to speak and understand Spanish in some level— myself included. I found out more than I needed to, and I left far later than I expected to with a rushed pasta, cold pizza, and no sort of restitution or apology for the mistake. The day time staff is certainly much more flexible and accountable. I’ve never had an issue with this location until tonight. Hopefully next time I won’t have to eat haphazardly made chicken Alfredo full of swear words.

Person told the order was very helpful but the helpers was rude ask for chily he gave me an attitude. It’s not for free. Should’ve just tell me how much it cost. I wouldn’t mind pay for ir

This location is VERY unprofessional! I placed an $85 order 4 days in advance to reward some of the students of Franklin middle school which is right behind them. The pick up was for 11 am so students could eat during a lunch , this location called at 9:52 am stating they wouldn’t be able to get the order complete on time . And wouldn’t be ready until 11:45 am-11:55 am due to them taking a highschool order that pushed them back. I then called to see if this is a daily thing as I would still need pizza in the future and they hung up on me. The future order option not good if looking for lunch basically.
Gus say apparently it is okay with charging people different prices on the same order. Definitely would not come back
this place is terrible. seems like all the workers are faded on the job. our pizza took over an hour and we didn’t even get it. on the initial call to order, the person on the phone could not get my address correct + was not professional at all i had to coach him on his own job. we were told our pizza would take 20 mins to be delivered. 45 mins go by and the same person answers and is immediately defensive says he called our phone 4x- NO CALLS ever came through.. then he repeats my address and it’s the wrong address ! so he sends our pizza back. when we finally get the call from the delivery driver, we go out to the drivers car and the car is filthy so we just gave up on the pizza altogether + dominoes. i love dominoes however this place ruined it for me and my family forever. terrible job guys.
They dont use gloves when cooking or making you pizza and the driver comes in and digs in his pants and back and everything else then touches the food and boxes the dough is sitting out in the open the flower for the pizza has hair and fuzz in it this is unbelievable they are very in clean and not sanitary
Terrible service. Twice they took extra long for delivery, on the 3rd time I called about status of my order after the tracker being on the same spot for over an hour and I get a terrible attitude from whoever answered the phone and it's enough for me to never order from this store again.
Really the final straw for me. Over dominos. Got a poorly made order. That took longer than it had to because the driver stopped for gas. Shows in the tracker. Ordered a deep dish cheese pizza with cheddar as a topping. Ordered extra cheese, extra cheddar extra sauce. Sauce was great. No extra cheese. Marinara dip literally looked like vomit. Not browned off at all. Called to talk to a manager. He told me to "cut to the chase". Dismissing what I was sayiny; to offer a do over or store credit. Wow
Making a pizza ia simple. At this location they can NOT even make a pizza correctly from it being ordered ONLINE. It says EXTRA on the ingredient that I paid EXTRA for and they make it regular and do not add extra. I even showed it to them and they said "that is extra". DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.
We order from this Dominos all the time and for years, whether I go in to pick up or have delivered, I never had anything bad to say. Always got our Pizza hot and delivered in a timely manner, but last night was different. In about 30 minutes we got a call from the driver stating he was in the ally and wanted us to go get it. What? Then he said he would come around to the front. I waited outside thinking that he was driving around and waited for at least 10 minutes. He finally came walking up the side walk. I let him know that there is plenty of parking out front he said it was not a problem. I was okay with that until I opened the box and found the pizza was not hot. I decided to call the store to let them know what had happened. I asked for nothing in return as a matter of fact I wasn't even complaining but the person on the phone immediately got defensive stating that it was impossible and that we where lying because we were there only delivery. At that time I hung up and told myself I will call tomorrow but speak with the owner this time. When I called tonight the person on the phone said that owner does not work there. I am not sure if they have new management, but the pizza was not as good as we would normally get anyway. I work in a customer service industry and if someone calls about service I would want to know so it can be fixed. Unfortunately, my favorite Dominos in Long Beach is no longer. I will have to find another.
Wow! This place seems to be getting worse and worse. Until now, the pizza and other items I've ordered have been good. The last order (a few weeks ago) wasn't good and was super cold as well as improperly packaged, There was also virtually no sauce on an already thin crust pizza, which was super dry. So, I called to speak to the manager and he gave me a credit. I figured okay why not give them another try plus the manager was very apologetic. I ordered a premium chicken pepperoni pizza today along with a few other items. Once again, the pizza was virtually sauceless, some cheese, chicken, pepperoni, and mostly lots of dough. It tasted horrible. I waited 45 minutes for this? I couldn;t eat it and called to speak to a manager again. I decided to re-order the same pizza with actual sauce. The manager asked me why didn't I check it before the driver left, which did take place, however, one would think the pizza sauce may be under the cheese when visually inspecting it. Nonetheless, he put in another order for the same hand tossed pizza with premium chicken and pepperoni with another 45 minute wait. When they arrived 45 minutes later, they brought the pizza with no chicken...just pepperoni only...My daughter accepted it with my permission because I was truly famished by then after the unexpected tremendous delay already and it was late. So, the first bite had some sauce, but as you continued on biting off of the same slice there was just wetness on the dough, which was very off putting to the taste. Clearly,clearly the sauce was unevenly distributed very scantily on the entire pizza and it was mostly just a doughy messy with barely any cheese and definitely no sauce. On top of all of this, they didn't add my "premium chicken"!!! I don't know why they would jeopardize their pretty good reputation to cut corners or save money by cutting key ingredients ultimately making disgusting pizza and losing business. Don't know if management or cooks have changed, but there clearly isn't anyone performing quality control checks. Very poor quality. Nice staff/drivers. Too bad!
