went for the first time to Sunday brunch. Cocktails were amazing and the food was delicious Staff was very friendly and our server Brit was amazing. we were all impressed by the ambience and attention to detail. Will definitely come back again.

This place is top tier! The showmanship to the food- everything was incredible. I’ve never had more yummy drinks or charismatic waitstaff and they host such wonderful events! Wicked Wednesday was such a magical evening! I’m definitely coming back and bringing all of my friends. This spot is perfect for a special event or anyone who loves pink! And they have Duffy boats too! I don’t know what else you could ask for Nigel’s is truly a dream come true.

Laurel and I visited on 12/23, and even a little rain couldn’t stop us from coming through. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Our server, Sabrina, was attentive, kind, and offered great recommendations. We started with cocktails and appetizers, already having the best time. Then the highlight happened… Mr. Nigel himself stopped by our table to check on us. He asked if we had ever done the “champagne experience,” and when we said no, he immediately invited us to enjoy the full moment. Super happy we did it! Nigel whisked us over to the famous champagne wall, where we rang the bell and were handed a glass of bubbly. Total glam. Total Insta-ready. A fun, playful, and unforgettable experience! After apps, we moved to the bar and met Maria, the bartender, who was just as sweet and accommodating. And let me just say.. Nigel was NOT kidding about the lighting at the bar!! The lighting truly delivers. Laurel and I had a whole moment with our selfie pictorials… we were living! To top it off, Nigel treated us to spiked hot chocolate, which was absolutely delicious and perfect for the cozy weather. If you love pink, cute, girly vibes, this place is a must. Nigel and his team truly know how to serve, entertain, and make guests feel special. I can’t wait to come back for brunch. I already know the daytime vibe will be completely different and just as fabulous.

Great!!!!!!!place!!!! So pink! We drive from Calabasas ,3 hours round trip. But worth it!!!!! Food is good. Tuna tartar is so good. Lobster rolls is great too. Soooooo Pink!

If you haven't been to Nigel's, you are totally missing out! Great friendly service, delicious food and amazing atmosphere!!! Try the Fried Deviled Eggs and Crab Cakes...superb!!

Tom, our server, was awesome and made sure we had a great time. The food and cocktails were delicious. The only thing was that the appetizer menu didn't have a lot of options.

A good time. It was something different to do. Lots to see when you walk in, color scheme is cute. It is a good spot for brunch. My only recommendation would be to update the comfort of the seating arrangements. Booths are a little akward, table to plates is a bit of a reach. Overall a good spot and service was great!

First impression is how cute this restaurant is. Everything is so pink and cute. Very pretty photo op place. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We were running late and they were still able to seat us. We sat by the water front view but it got a little too warm and they were able to kindly move us. I had the Bloody Mary which was alright. We ordered the chilaquiles, chicken waffles and steak and eggs. The chicken and waffles were good. However, the chilaquiles were cold when they brought them out, still tasted good but we had to send them back. The chef came back with another “fresh” plate but they were still cold. Wouldn’t really recommend the chilaquiles if you love them as these will disappoint you. My friend did love and rave about the steak and eggs.

Highly recommend! Nigel's is hands down, a top-notch experience! You won't be disappointed! The food was amazing, great music, the ambiance was adorable. It made my friend's birthday an amazing experience she won't forget. The Bay Shore Fried Chicken Sandwich, Signature Cheeseburger and Flamingo Beet Hummus were so delicious! The burger was so juicy and tender! Also, the mocktails are a must try! And don't forget to ask about the complimentary boat ride! Hoping Nigel's is here to stay for a long time. The food and overall experience was amazing! We will be back! The reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5-star would be regarding the quality of service my friend and I received. The server, Farrah Rae, seemed disconnected, distracted or just not interested in serving us. her description of the menu was not very helpful. She brought my friend's birthday dessert to me, instead of her. Then she lit the flaming stick and left and did not sing happy birthday like the other waiters/waitresses did. At the end, she rushed to finish serving us and close out our bill. Unsure as to why we experienced the quality of service we did, and what the waitress was going through in that moment, but we will definitely request a different server the next time we visit. When it comes to customer service, attention to details matter!

The place is very cute and is great for photo op. We were seated fast as it was pretty empty. We were a party of 7 mostly younger kids and we were charged a mandatory 20 percent tip which I was never notified in advance. My sever was great in the beginning but couldn't find her. I had to asl several different people for water, drinks, condiment, and to clean our table. The service was super slow which I was suprised as they place was empty. The food came out a different times and I was still waiting on my food and another person. I had to glad them down to remind me of two plates were missing. I feel like since my server knew she was getting a tip no matter what her focuses was to the othe people that was siting next to us. The food was okay but for the price point I would of liked to have more fries for my lobster roll as well for the rest of the group. I would definitely go back to try again maybe they were having a off day. We also went on the Duffy boat ride and our boat needed to be towed back to the restaurant as a bag was stuck on the motor. It was a nice little ride definitely would not pay for so make sure you ask for the free ride.

The ambiance is cute but the food was mid. We got the seabass and it lacked flavor. The seabass was crispy on the outside which I loved but it was more soggy in the middle. The lobster roll is pricey but the chucks were massive. I just wish they put more fries with the order considering fries are inexpensive. I think the real treat were the drinks. Super delicious. I would return just for cocktails if I was in the area.

This place is super cute, made reservations for a girls day/bday celebration, and we had reservations to make sure we where properly accommodated. Well unfortunately all tho the place is so cute the booths are really small. We had a big grp and the booths couldn't accommodate a big grp. They did try to work with us and that was nice but at the end of it our group did end up splitting up. Food and drinks were good. Now 1 thing we couldn't believe was, what we were told. So we ask one of the servers if she could take a grp picture of us and she looked at us and said "Sorry I don't have time for that right now but let me fine ur waitress" and just walked away. Yes that actually happened!!!. Sometimes it's the little things that make ur day or ruined it. Hope her day gets better.

Get ready because I have a list of complaints!!! Poor service , poor management, mid food and roaches 🪳🪳🪳 I had made reservations for me and my girlfriends (party of 6) about a month in advance. I was super excited about our girls night dinner. The place is super cute and the hosts working that night were friendly. However, upon checking in at 6:30 ( my reservation time) I asked if she can wait a few minutes to seat us because all the girls were in the restroom. You’d figure this would’ve given them time to get our table ready. We get to our booth and it’s pretty small and definitely didn’t fit 6 petite women. The person who sat us said she would get an extra chair. I was left standing for quite some time until our server came by. Then I mentioned the chair. She finally brought one maybe 10 min later. And then a second chair another 10 min. So about 30 min roll by and our order still not taken. Someone served us some gross warm tap water, and noticed we only had set ups for 4 so she brought an extra glass. How nice, but it’s a party of 6, not 5. At this point, we’ve been waiting so long I seriously debated leaving and going to Tantalum (which I know has great food and better service). We finally order drinks and our dinner. Drinks arrive but she forgot about my friends cocktail. The table next to us got two rounds of drinks, but still missing hers. Food comes out and we’re missing an order. So first my friends cocktail and now her food. Her food finally arrives (med well steak) and it comes out medium rare. She returns it to get it med well and it comes back looking shriveled & microwaved. Another friend asked the food runner/server to bring steak sauce and S&P because the steaks were so bland. Well he never brought it. The manager that brought out my friends steak was very passive aggressive and should not be in the service industry. She asked if everything was okay and I mentioned how service just wasn’t up to par, and in a rude way said, “ do you want to talk about it? Do you want to discuss it? (With her stupid hand gestures). So we all told her everything mentioned above. Instead of offering an apology and finding a solution to better please our experience, she made excuses and sounded more like a child back biting their parents. We asked the server how to get in touch with upper management and she played dumb. And as we were exiting our booth, a roach crawls on the table!!! Gross!! Majority of our party come from many years experience in the service industry and this was by far the WORST experience ever!! And on top of that, they added 20% gratuity. TIPS ( to insure proper service) this service didn’t deserve a single cent. Everything was unorganized and lacked communication. And management was poor (woman with short brunette hair).
