Looking for a quick bite to eat? This is good place to go and enjoy some food. Across the way is a wings place that let you view their large televisions posted outside their facility. There’s plenty of space to eat and enjoy a taco, burrito, a bowl of protein of your choosing with great sides. It’s easy to order and you select what you would like with your order to be made. The prices are reasonable and there are always people there enjoying a meal. The staff is nice and quick to help. Parking is available for all and if you download the app, you can earn points and specials.
During my experience, customer service is good: employees work well, necessarily together, toward fulfilling an order, in a way which prevents a line from backing up. I order Vegan options; Sofritas are a filling tasty Vegan protein which complements White Rice with decent seasoning; Black Beans are a good source of additional protein; my other toppings are basically like a Pico de Gallo mix with Guacamole, Corn, and a spice mixture on the side (which tastes very well altogether). I end up saving about half the meal. Though filling both days, I don't think the meal tastes anywhere near the same the following day (which I'm likely saying due to not having the spice mix the next day).

Everyone knows the Chipotle Chains. The atmosphere isn't fabulous- it's for fast eats or pickup/ . But nonetheless, I think the service at this location is better than average. They try to complete your order quickly and hustle with a smile. One small 'needs improvement': they could use sending staff to wipe down tables more often- I do eat here quickly between errands sometimes. My personal hack:, Go access a restroom and get some wet paper towels and wipe down a spot for myself. Lol all fast food places have this struggle when busy.
I was here a few days ago. The food was delicious, and the customer service was great. Definitely something is different. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a place, and I must say, the experience was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, and I savored every bite of the culinary creations 😋. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and made me feel welcome 😊. There's definitely a noticeable difference in the quality, making it a place I'd recommend to everyone. Clean restaurant, pleasant staff, and fresh food

Not a fan of the workers; they seem kind of lazy, give quite small portions, pretty much deaf when you're trying to order, and not as friendly as other Chipotle branches. Manager should be hiring those who are spontaneous and offer good customer service.

Really sad. I usually go to the chipotle in Redlands ca. what a difference. Went to a chipotle in Orange County. I hope someone in upper management sees this. We ordered two brisket bowls. Today is Friday 1:30 pm. My wife ordered with no beens and guacamole on the side. We got that fine. But when I looked at the receipt, he had charged me eight dollars extra for extra bricket. when I ask about it he said that we ordered double I walked up to the guy who had helped us two minutes before and said, my wife never said double anything. he said, “ I’m pretty sure she said that”. They charged me for something I never ordered. So when I asked about it, he said I’ll just give you your money back. I then realized that he never charged me for the guacamole and said “ you don’t have to give me the whole eight dollars back just take the difference.” The gentleman says no I’ll just give you all the money back that way you can go on your way. I said well I’m just trying to be honest and he said “I don’t even wanna hear it.” if you look at my name, I hardly ever leave surveys for anybody but this warranted a feedback. I told him “that’s a new one.” As I have never been treated that way at any restaurant. Ever. He said “well I guess so.” Looking at the one star reviews I get it. I should have looked at them reviews first.
I paid $10.03 for a bowl of rice and barely any chicken. I used to pay 7$ not very long ago. This is absolutely insane. Mind you, all that I got was JUST chicken & rice. No sauces or anything else, as I’m picky. I will unfortunately not be coming back to any chipotle until their prices go DOWN. Ridiculous, do better.
I’ve tried other Chipotles but this place was the first time. Food is ok, the same taste as other places. However, the restaurant wasn’t clean. While 2 employees working hard to prepare orders, a guy with glasses at the cashier, just pressed the button as orders been prepared. Meanwhile, there are dirty tables in front of the guy, the floor was wet with a puddle of some sort of liquid. Also a dog was allowed inside. I don’t even want to know what the liquid was when dogs are allowed to come in. It wasn’t a service dog, by the way. Since the guy was too busy just staring at the orders being prepared and pressing the buttons, the restaurant managed itself to stay filthy. By the way, the guy with glasses didn’t even greet us or no smile or anything when we were paying our orders. Placing a self paying cashier may do the same work as he does but will cost less to the restaurant.

This visit using the app was absolutely horrible! I asked for soft shell, and I got hard shell. The portion size was like a kids plate. I will NEVER use the app to order from THIS location ever again. And I even included a tip! WTH!?

I’ve eaten here several times and not felt well afterward. I also recently went in and ordered at taco. To my dismay, they gave me a kids sized tortilla and when I asked them about it they said all tortillas were the same size with small variances. However the person behind me also had tacos with tortillas that were twice the size. When I googled it, I read that they ARE different sizes. They straight up lied to my face. I will not be back here and I don’t recommend it, even if you’re desperate.

Gave my uber driver the wrong order … and rice tastes terrible very hard
the two young girls wouldn’t stop talking to each other and filled up the bowl only about half way to where there was an inch between the top of the container and where everything started. totally rude and they forgot my chips. such idiots where was the manager
There was no line and my husband and I still had to wait to be served. There were two people working and no one greeted us or looked up at us. One guy was cooking so I understood, but Helena the staff member was slowly wiping the counter with a dirty rag. She was so slow and never looked up. After some time I asked her if someone would help us and she replied very rudely that she would get to us after she wiped down the whole counter. She was only the third of the way down... once again so slow. We asked for the supervisor, Aaron, who didn't seem concerned by the lack of service and that they were losing our business. As a local resident, it's sad to know that this business doesn't care about the customers. If you're going on Sundays at 5:30pm-ish (I went on 10/29/23)... watch out for a long wait even if there's no other customers waiting. Better to go to Wahoo's across the street.
I ordered the same two orders from this location for a couple of years. On my last three visits I ordered online and the order was wrong. When I brought it to their attention on the third time, they remade it. When I opened the bag, the wrong name and description was on one of the bowls. The lady at the counter assured me it was right, they just mistakenly put the wrong label on it. Sure enough, I got home and my husband said it was exactly what was on the label and wrong again, twice in the same visit. Not sure what the problem is but I will not be going to this location anymore. It’s a shame because it is the closest one to my house and I believe in supporting the business in the neighborhood. When I sent a message I was offered two free sodas. I don’t want two free sodas, I just want the correct order. Very disappointing.
