I kickstarted my business at Partake Collective in Long Beach earlier this year. After researching several ghost kitchens, I landed on Partake for their flexibility, particularly with their hourly plans. Most of the other ghost kitchens required a minimum number of hours in the kitchen, but due to my business structure, the hours were much more than I needed. I love that Partake did not have a set requirement and also allows me to rent monthly dry storage and freezer storage, with an option to do daily storage. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, and helped me navigate the complex permitting process required to run a mobile food operation. I highly recommend Partake to anyone who is looking for a kitchen!

Great place for food & offsite kitchen needs. The facility was very clean and state of the art. The staff was the friendliest and very helpful - always a smile on their face. We utilized the space for a complex project and it met all our needs. Definitely recommended! Special thanks to Kiara & Adehrra.

Partake has, as of this writing, recently opened and is working on filling its kitchen space with new tenants. I'm eager to see this food hall develop! I tried Thai District and found it to be every bit as good here as at their table service location. I'll definitely be back to try the other vendors and to see what's new as they grow.

We ordered from Mochi Dochi this trip. This is a great experience. The ghost kitchens are upstairs, so you don't see the actual cooking going on, but there is a nice sitting area to wait, and even eat your food there if you like. The corn dogs were fresh, great tasting, and the cheese inside was nice and stretchy. The donuts were unbelievably tasty, fresh, and warm. We will come.back to try the other choices they have avaliable. Definitely a cool experience.

Ordered bu bu teriyaki online called partake and they said that it didn’t exist anymore, but still took my money, Asked about how I would get my money back and the man who was the manager seemed very confused on what he decided to tell me, first contact them, then I repeated I ordered it thru partake website then he said I would get refund thru themselves, then when trying to confirm the website of theirs he just repeated his non sense. So frustrated after he said allow 24 hours I said goodbye. If I don’t get my refund in 24 hours. I’ll contact again so I better get a refund from their “technician” Edit * Year still later no refund
