Overpriced bad quality

Last time I bought a grill cheese sandwich the guy took his time and made a grill cheese sandwich, he didn't just give me a warm bread and halfway melt the cheese.... he made it good I got it twice....now the guy just warms the bread and the cheese not even melt ....its call grill cheese sandwich for a reason......also no one acknowledges the customer or ask which customer is next so other people comes up and order and the guy who was there first basically stuck waiting..... normally I will go to the class next door and I will support this place but too many time I pay for things and all you get is bad service....im talking in general not just this place .....point is.....im paying for a grill cheese sanwich......not a warm bread with warm cheese..... I'm paying for a grill bread with melted cheese and tomato with a drop of hot sauce... from now on I will just walk with my food.....very very very extremely unsatisfying...... money is not easy to come by.
