Food was just ok. Lady that took our order was super nice! Tables were a little dirty. My 1st time eating or hearing about this place. Probably wouldnt choose to go back.

Food is okay. But I just think it's overpriced. I think id rather go to Fuzzy's or something like that if I'm going to spend this much. I got a ground beef quesadilla, small chips and salsa, and medium drink and spent $15. The chips were edible, but over cooked, I don't know if you can tell how dark they are in the picture. I like it well enough, but every time I decide to try it again, I remember it's really overpriced for what you get.

I ordered the same items every time I visit Jucys Tacos. They are my favorite taco restaurant. This particular visit my taco shell was stale, I was disappointed when I got home. My beef & bean Burrito was delicious.

I been going to JUCYS TACO here in Longview for about 8 years. In the past 2 years I have had bad service and cold food when I go through the drive-thru. Tonight 11-12-25 for the 2nd time my Super Taco shell was broke all the way down the bottom & the shell was over cooked and very hard & hard to chew. My bean and cheese burrito had cold beans, not cool or warm, COLD. I live 3 minutes away and they shouldn't be COLD in that much time. Now your giving out a different taco sauce, it's not the same as the brand name taco sauce. I'm getting very irritated in the food & quality of service. I use to brag about how good JUCYS TACO was but now not so much. Once I make my mind up to not go to a food establishment, that's it, not going there anymore. I quit going to Taco Bell over 10 years ago & McDonald's 3 years ago. There are other TACO establishments in Longview so it's time to find a new place. I'll spend my $675 a year on Tacos & etc somewhere else!!!!

The employees were nice, but my bean and cheese burritos were so cold the cheese never even started to melt on them, even after a 15 minute drive home.

If you like nacho chips with virtually no meat or white queso, the super nachos from here are for you. They also forgot forks in the drive through and I had to go inside to get them. Interior smelled of stale sweat.

I don't know what happened, this place is usually really good... I got a burrito bowl from here, and usually it's pretty good. However, I got home and after a couple bites in, I bit down on something really hard. I looked and it's this weird black round thing. I thought nothing of it and continued eating... Well, after maybe two more bites, I tasted this weird wet dog like taste, accompanied by something extremely chewy. I almost threw up. I was really hungry so I continued eating anyways, big mistake. I got another chewy part, same wet dog flavor, and this time I DID throw up. The food here used to be really good, even the chips I got felt stale though.

It used to be so good!!! The food has gone downhill recently. Bean burritos are cold, with hardly any sauce or cheese on them the last several times I've ordered them. Hoping management will step in and fix these issues before this place goes under.

The juicys taco location on judson road is awful. I have been 3 times thru the drive thru and have never been served. No cars no line and still no service. Then I go inside to try and order and 5+ people working running around they look at me again, no line no service. The juicys on 80 is awesome.

I went through the drive thru 11/5 at 9:08 and ordered a kids cheese quesadilla. I sat at the window and was never greeted. 13 minutes sitting there while the employees talked and never came to get payment or follow through with my order. When I finally drove off I passed a window and saw several employees just standing there talking. It’s like they forgot I was in the drive thru. Poor service.

1st the service was great. The quality of food is literally the cheapest it can be. We took our family of 10 and no one liked it. Not trying to down anyone but it's literally the worst food I have ever had.

There was a bone in my beef and chicken big ol burrito nearly choked on it and it was cold all they would do is refund so here's my review if you're gonna make burritos might wanna be a little more thorough on cleaning it off the bone lucky I don't take it to court
