I have been eating Pietros since I was a kid and it hasn’t changed a bit. The owner is phenomenal at service and serves only the best product. The prices are higher than other pizza because the quality is way higher! Thank you for being solid for the last 25 years👍

This place is stellar. The pizza was excellent and as soon as I walked in I was greeted. The staff member I interacted with was so polite and thanked me for my business several times. I will be back to this place and recommend their pizza. Compared to some of the other restaurants in town this place is just fantastic.

My favorite pizza place in east Texas! I absolutely love their calzones. I have never had bad service here. Slow sometimes, but only because they are so good and take such efforts to only provide the best food! Also their desert is 10/10! I especially love their tiramisu. I love pietros, my favorite pizza is the cauliflower Alfredo. The people who own this place really care about its diners. The Italian accent tops it all off. The only reason I put 2 stars for the atmosphere is because IMO, they could add a little more decor outside, I could see that might be difficult since the part of town they are in. I'm sure things would get stolen, so maybe that's the reason for little decor.. however you could get around that. I just think outside needs a little more color because all we have to look at is the road and harbor freight. In a Mexican restaurant, for example- you walk in and the amount of color and things everywhere is slightly stressful. However when you sit down and get situated - while you wait for your food you have something to look at. Its fun in a way like there's a lizard and there's a cute bird, oh and there's a Spanish saying on the wall and you can look up what it means. It is an interactive environment to say the least. + it gives topic to conversations And colors are known to increase serotonin levels. Just a thought.

They do cauliflower pizza and mine is always awesome! They aren't skimpy with the toppings either, they really load you up! And the food is always so fresh and good, you really can't go wrong here!

These folks gave me a refresher in customer service! I came in to pick up a phone order on a Saturday evening. They were very busy. However, I was greeted with a great big smile, and friendly attitude. After confirming my order, I was informed that due to their volume, the wait may be a bit longer than originally planned. They offered me a free drink, and I waited. I did not get the young lady at the counters name, but she was amazing! Not only with me, but all of the other patrons at this restaurant. One of the employees noticed I was looking at some of the pictures on the wall, he came over and explained what was the story with each and every photo on the wall. He did this while on his break. Goes to show how much pride he has in his workplace. The wait turned out to be a blessing, for sure. I met some awesome people. Oh, and the food??? Absolutely perfect!! Our pizza was made to perfection! Thank you Pietro's for the great food, the awesome service and the reminder of what customer service is all about.

Born in raised in NY, this is pretty close to NY pizza. I knew it was gonna be good when I saw “heroes” and “chicken cutlet” on the menu. 🤣 The great: - Even though it was busy and counter service focused, the service was top notch—friendly, patient, and attentive. - The stracciatella gelato The unexpected great: Impressive selection of Italian wines and beer! The good: we got slices so the foldability was not great, but next time we’ll get a fresh pie. The looking forward to: Cheesecake looked legit

Yesterday was TMNT day. For my pizza order to celebrate the day I thought I would try Pietros. I had a pepperoni and green pepper pizza. It was beautifully made and tasted exactly like I had hoped for. It really blew me away how good it was. Pietros, you have a new customer now. When I need a good pizza in town I'm headed to you.

A couple of weeks ago we had a lot of family in town so we needed a lot of food. We all agreed on pizza but not everyone liked the normal franchises. So we decided to try Pietro’s. They have this 3X3 meat lovers for a good price. That’s the largest pizza I have ever seen! What made it even better was the fact it was DELICIOUS! You can tell they take pride in their ingredients. So fresh! I usually don’t like pepperoni because it’s greasy but theirs is not at all! So good! Tonight I didn’t feel like cooking so we ordered from Pietro’s. I don’t know why but I ordered the supreme. My mistake made us be able to enjoy another fantastic pizza. My husband HATES olives but still ate it!! We will never go anywhere else for pizza. The food and service is great! The management and crew genuinely care about their customers. Great local little gem.

Absolutely mouth-watering! I’m from west Texas. My mom and brother live here. This was my first time to experience this awesome pizza. I love how i can purchase by the slice (and each slice is HUGE!). We got the supreme and a double layer meat pizza. I like how the pizza sauce is not overpowering. All the flavors blend together into a little piece of Heaven on earth.

This is a great little Mom n Pop pizzeria! You can order by the slice and one slice is all you need! Or you can get a whole pie. All the ingredients seem fresh. Toppings are generous! Service is fast and friendly. On busy nights, they may seem more downtown than hometown but did I mention fast? They are quick to take care of you and they won't leave you hanging. The dining area is kind of small, so on a busy night, you may not find an open table. They boast their Gluten free options. From what I saw, they are also careful not to contaminate their GF pies too, so you can bring your Celiac's friends.

Until yesterday, I had never eaten at this place, but had driven past it over the last few years. I decided to give it a try. This place did not disappoint. Now I’m sure that most people go there for their pizzas, but I was looking for pasta and chicken. I knew I was in the right spot when the gentleman that answered the phone said when I asked him “how much sauce do you put on your pasta?” he responded with, “we treat you like you’re over at Nona‘s house!“ And he was 100% right! I ordered one of their bowls with the fajita chicken, pasta, and the Alfredo sauce and it was absolutely delicious! I also want to add that the prices are about $5-$6 dollars cheaper than most of the pasta plates at the local Olive Garden, which is commercial Italian food. This place is serving up Independent business owned Italian food that is amazing so frankly there’s no comparison. If you are living in the Longview area or even the surrounding communities and counties and you want good Italian food, you need to go to this place. I want to go back there soon, so I can try one of their pizzas which I’m sure are out of this world!

I was reading the reviews and most are really good, but a few bad. Just remember even restaurants have off days too. I have been eating here for years. There is not a better place to get pizza and service. I will forever eat here as long as they are around. They will always have me for a customer.

The food here is absolutely top of the line, they use high quality ingredients, and the service is exceptional. They don't focus as much on the dine-in experience because they have so many to-go orders, so if you sit inside it's pretty noisy and crowded. But their outdoor patio is lovely and when we sit there it feels more like a classy restaurant experience. We LOVE this restaurant!

The food is amazing the pizzas have layers of bread with the toppings, they taste authentic, and the gelato, is delicious it taste so much better than just basic vanilla ice cream, the price is a bit up there, but I think the place is great.

Have been there a couple times now and the employees are always fantastic and they have wonderful food.

We were regulars for a weekend meat lovers lg pizza until we started low carb dieting. Now we are regulars for the meat lovers cauliflower crust, which is small, so we add a pepperoni cauliflower crust also and it's perfect! The Greek salad with house dressing is awesome too. Never thought we'd enjoy the cauliflower crust so much but it doesn't taste like cauliflower.

1st time ever eating here. We spent $60 jus to try different things and everything was great. Staff was very nice and responded wonderfully to my many questions. I plan to visit in the next few days with my whole family..

This is a great little Italian food place to eat, especially if you don't want to or don't have time to go to a big restaurant and have to deal with a waiter and all that. Here you get your food fast and it's very good food! I had the bowtie Alfredo with chicken & a slice of cheese pizza! The pizza was great, the sauce had a unique, fresh tasting flavor that I really liked! The Alfredo sauce was really good, but I would say there is a little bit of room left for improvement. It just needs something extra to make it go from really good to great! 10/10 would recommend and eat here again!

This is absolutely my favorite pizza! Will you have to wait awhile for your pizza? yep! Is it worth it? Oh heck yeah! The original owner still works here and makes the pizzas, and you know when he does because it is absolute perfection. I drive from Bossier City, La at least every couple months to eat here because when I want pizza nothing else compares. The one in Marshall is yummy but it just isn't the same as this little hole in the wall place. If you bring a huge group prepare to eat on the patio because the dining in area is tiny. If you make it into a booth though prepare yourself for a heavenly meal. The Calabrese is my absolute fav with sliced meatballs and spicy Italian peppers. Mr Pietro you do fine work sir!

My aunt use to work at a salon in the mall, and when I would come to get a hair cut or just come say hi she would always take me to get a slice of pizza. It is the best NY style pizza in Longview. My husband and I stopped in last night on a whim to try this place out and we were so impressed. My mother is from Orange County, NY and the food here, especially the pizza, tasted just like the summers of my childhood going up to NY to visit my grandmother. We got a Caesar salad, chicken parmesan on fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti bolognese with meatballs, a slice of meat lover’s pizza, and a cannoli. Everything was DELICIOUS! They had brewed, very good, sweet tea and lemonade. I would *HIGHLY* recommend this place if you want a local, family-owned authentic Italian place.

This family owned business has been in Longview for over 35 years but this is actually my first time here. We ordered salads and the Gluten Free Cauliflower crust Meatlovers 10” pizza. For two people this was the perfect sized meal. The salad was served with a side of garlic bread and it was DELICIOUS!!!! We got dessert to go because we were so stuffed! Their other pizzas looked so good. You can order by the slice. They have lasagna, spaghetti and calzones too! When in the mood for great pizza give this place a try. You will love it!!

Nice quiet, beautifully decorated environment with amazing fresh pizzas and pastas(great wine selection too). The owners have always been so nice, And always take care of us! The best fast casual style Italian restaurant in East Texas. Family owned. The food reflects their Sicilian roots and devotion to quality. Pizza and Calzones are delightful, delicious pasta dishes and incredible roasted chicken. Everything no doubt would be approved by most snobbish Italian cuisine connoisseur. Don’t dare to pass the dessert. Italian Cream cake is divine. I would bet that their cannolis are the best in Texas.

Once there and inside and after looking at the menu and ready to order not one employee would stop and even ask if they could take our order. After ten minutes of looking into their eyes as they walk back and fourth a young guy walked in from outside and just started his shift and eagerly took our order, thank goodness we were about to leave. After all there wasn't anyone else dining in at the time except for one other couple. At the least you could have said someone will be with you shortly.

Best pizza in longview, Wish they had Neapolitan pizza options is only thing making it a 4 star.

This place is great. New York style pizza with a great crust, tomato sauce and tasty toppings. Service was great and what the heck were those giant pizzas? I would come back here to try their pasta dishes.

The pizzas were good, but pricey; wouldn't allow half and half pizzas so we had to order a whole separate pizza for our picky eater.

We went in around 11:30am and I wasn’t able to order from their menu. I had to choose from something they already had made and while the pizza was good, it was not what I had hoped to eat. All of their pizza does come with red sauce.

So they made a 70 dollar mistake.Charged me for the wrong order.That mistake took a few seconds but said it would take couple of days to go back on card.Almost a week later it is not there.Called Steven he said they will look into it..Be careful watch your receipt and bank app..This has left me disappointed. He is such a nice guy but this is not good business..

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pizza. The first issue was their “no substitutions” policy. I didn’t want added basil, so I had to pay the higher “build your pizza” price. Then, the first bite of chicken was gristle and bone. The chicken was so poorly cooked I picked it off and tried to feed it to the dog. He refused to eat it. The crust and sauce were good, but the high price and bad chicken mean I won’t try that again. Ordered cheesecake, and got a generous portion. It was frozen solid after being driven home and sitting on a counter while we ate. When it finally thawed it was good. Definitely a place we tried once and won’t bother with again.

Usually have a good experience here. But tonight my take out order took a good hour after I was told it would be ready in 12 mins. Waited in line behind another car for 15 min and decided to go in and get my order. Told the lady why I was there and immediately got attitude that she was busy and would get to me as soon as she had time. Waited another 1/2 hr while watching same lady fill other people's orders who had come in to pick up food. All I ordered was 1 order of lasagna. Young man working there finally got my order. Love their food but don't need to be treated badly.

Guess my taste in pizza is different from all the others. Had excellent reviews so decided to try. Tired of frozen. While toppings were adequate, where was sauce. If there was sauce I couldn’t find it. Crust so hard felt like I was eating jerky or a dog chewy. Had no taste. On positive side, you could see toppings and were fresh, pizza not dripping oil as some national chains. But for price, extremely disappointing. Should have been a third of cost. This is why I rarely eat out, too overpriced for what you get and not very good. Won’t try again.

There are hardly no toppings on this pizza. One slice is supreme and the other slice is a meat lovers. I paid $25 for each. What a rip off. This place is a joke!
