I usually get the number 10, Jack spicy chicken its usually pretty good and has a bit more kick than other chicken sandwiches elsewhere. Prob my fav fast food chicken sandwich. This place usually pretty busy at night though waited in the drive thru maybe like 20-30 min one time.

I ordered the popcorn chicken big box, it was delicious and served hot. You get a lot of food inside the box, too. I would try it again .

Open 24/7 and 365. Can't complain about that. Every now and then I must have a monster taco or the regular size. These are the best little strange Tacos ever. I order extra because I eat one before I get to end of the block. They have consistently tasted the same for decades! Love those tacos!!!

I have a horrible sweet tooth🦷🍭 in the middle of the night... So I ❤️that they're open 24 hrs. & Unlike some other places (cough*cough*mcdonalds lol) their ice cream machine is always running and never "broken" 🥳🙌🏼 but the real star🌟of the show is this black lady who works nights a lot... I should know her name (& when I find out I can update this review so she gets the credit she deserves!) but she's the 💣 I always get a Oreo milkshake & she always puts extraaaaa whipped cream and some Oreo crumbles on top! & I just love her for it! They normally don't do all that & I just think it's dope that she does that extra lil bit even tho it's not required! It always puts a smile on my face!🙃 (& If ya read this, ya already know you're my fav lol) but anyways they're always quick, foods on point with what it should be, never had a complaint. Oh yea & they're french toast sticks, cinnamon if they have em, are delishh!

My husband and I love the egg rolls a d milk shakes. The order person has done a great job every time. Right sauces, correctly leaving the whipped cream off one shake as requested. There is always an indigent guy hidden by the order window, so be careful not to hit him. It's tough to keep things up here but at least this place does pretty well. Church's down the street is just a wreck.

Diarrhea food never tasted better. They’re open ‘round the clock so I ended up getting drive through at 5am when I had intense jet lag and early morning cravings. I got the munchie meal, which consisted of an exploding cheesy chicken melt, two(!) cafeteria tacos, loads of curly fries and a nice, big coffee. I felt really gross about halfway through, but it was worth it for the bathroom experience later on.

Q: How many places around here can you get something good to eat these days after midnight? A: This is one of them! The service was fast and friendly, the food was good and fresh, and you don't even have to get out of rhe car. (Enough said!)

The food was great but they were understaffed, they had only 3 people so they were focusing on the drive through and unfortunately I was on the front so the person in the front didn't take my order and I was hurrying to go back to work . I finally made it at time but I had to finish a chicken bowl in 10 minutes 😆 to achieve that.

Not so fast. At night only looks like 2 maybe 3 at most working.. 28 mins last visit that's with me pre ordering thru the app. Always saying no shakes at night always say waiting on truck. But don't blame them with little help. So if there stay calm your order wil be correct and there upbeat attitudes will make you forget you sat 30mins in line

I like Jack in the box because they have a good variety of food, they serve breakfast all day and their prices are better than the other popular fast food places...and where else can you get 2 tacos for a dollar? Come on. I often get the loaded breakfast sandwich meal or one of their specials. Very tasty.

There was a long queue at in and out, so we decided to go to jack in the box, the food was not bad at all, the service was also good too. Note: if your homeless don't bother asking for the restroom, they will chase you out, I saw them do that.

Keep in mind that although corporate informs customers as officially stated that all shakes are to be served 24hrs, however internal policy instructs employees that shakes are in fact NOT to be served due to the machine requiring its nightly cleaning between the operating hours of 3am & 6am. Despite this clearly obvious necessity of cleaning, no location I've ever visited and talked to whether they be staff/management nor Jack's official company website can seem to explain why this process somehow requires three full hours to complete. This is extremely contradicting and counter-productive with regards to customer satisfaction overall corporate approval.

They're always open so they're very convenient especially at late night/early morning. But that's also their busiest time, since it's only the drive thru open at those times, it's a long wait time if it's a long line when you get there. That's because most of the food is made after you order it, so the wait is worth it considering your food will be hot and fresh when you get it. Would be 5 stars if the wait time wasn't as long as it was.

In regards to Jack in the Box, the experience that you encounter varies according to the moment. Meaning it depends on many factors such as day of week,time of day, events in the area (ex. First Fridays etc.) I visit this establishment late-nights so being the only establishment open 24 hours, it has a lot of customers who go to Jack in the Box when one gets hungry at 4 in the morning, and have a taste for a taco. Though the drive thru gets pretty full quickly,it usually dissipates slow but steadily until you realize you're at the pIck up window. The employees there are pretty cool 😎 down to earth 🌎 people 👍🏽🙏🏽

Hadn't eaten here in a LONG time. Got a sourdough Jack combo. Went through the drive-through. Fries were lukewarm. The window attendant took them back. We waited a few minutes and received HOT, fresh out of the grease fries. They were SO good!

Hit the drive through yesterday. Ordered 2 combo breakfasts. Had to stop after just starting to drive away (which held up the car behind me) and run back to the window because the guy did not give us the second coffee and hash brown for my partner's order. Guy who looked like he was in charge looked at me funny, like he didn't belive me. He took his sweet time and gave the missing food to me. Been going to this particular Jack in the Box for years, so the service varies. This is not a huge complaint. It's just the way it happened.

Not bad all around experience. It can be a little wild outside here on telegraph as there is a lot going on but the food was still good. They also have unreal prices and the workers are great for handling everything they do. I honestly wouldn't recommend eating in but takeout is all good.

🗣Fast food isn't what the Ads say they are. I was so disappointed when I got my spicy chicken meal with water. There was no dressing, chicken was dry almost choked, and no veggies. At least I used to be able to complain about how much lettuce was on my food. Nope not anymore. Didn't even have the tomatoes that was supposed to be on it. And you know the buildings are closed due to Covid, and I refused to go back around and get in line again. I'm done with Jacque in the Box!

I was looking forward to a diet Dr pepper and curly fries in the dining room instead of having to figure out a way to get through the drive-thru. This usually means finding a friend with a car. I went, and I got the curly fries and the diet Dr pepper, but, instead of fish, there were only chicken strips. They were huge and more like claws or half moons, not strips. Chuckle. My friend that was with me was also frustrated with his meal. He said it was too dry. I like that restaurant, and I may go back. It isn't usually in my way, but we had old times there and I was hoping it would be good. Another chance is warranted, we'll see.

Meh... There was a lot of "extras" happening around this location as far as riff raff hanging around outside but the employees inside, other than the poor dude at the window, were partaking in plenty of extra horseplay themselves. Burgers were sloppy and the buns were hard.... A reflection on the people making them for sure.

The food is so Pricey for a fast food place. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. We spent $40 for 2 adults and our 4yr old son.

We enjoyed the experience, the wait in the drive thru was long but to be expected, yet the staff were friendly and nice. We had two tacos, two jacks and ordered 10 chicken nuggets. When we got to our place to eat we found no nuggets. They were nice to give us a plethora of sauces but no nuggets.

Maybe this isn’t a complaint towards this specific branch but even when it’s fresh, the food just doesn’t taste good. In addition, my Oreo shake was not mixed up as well so it might as well have been a sundae.

The best thing about this Jack in the Box is that they will let you go through the dive through on your bike. If you are out and about late and no not driving they will still take your order and serve you. The food is just as good here as any other J in the B

Food is pretty good, never had an issue. The Oreo milkshake is the best. Really sketchy area and homeless people are always hanging around there outside the drive through and in the dining room.

Made a mobile order. Got here and was 9th in line. 25 minutes later, they've served 4 orders. This is crazy. Can't figure out how to cancel, so I guess I'm here for a while

What a sad store. There were 4 employees behind the counter but they must have been concentrating on the drive-through customers because they weren't helping the 2 people shouting for the bathroom door to be unlocked or delivering the guy ahead of me's order "I can see it right there! RIGHT THERE!! It's getting cold and I don't want no cold food!!!" Took about 3 minutes for them to realize that I hadn't been waited on. The Jumbo Jack came relatively quickly after the prerequisite upsell (spoiler alert: I didn't want fries with that) but the patty was barely warm. The lettuce was crunchy, though...

Open 24 Hours FOR DOORDASH. I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes waiting my turn for the drive through worker to tell me they were only taking Doordash orders. Why not just have a sign or mark the google listing?

Took forever, and an argument between employees about whose job it was to refill the machine, to get the lemonade I had ordered on the app and paid for. Poor management to allow this.

This place is so slow for drive I had to wait for almost 45 mins in drive thru to finally get my turn to order there were only 3 cars in front of me. If you hungry in the middle of the night on a Saturday I wouldn't recommend you to come to Jack in the box.

Employees speak very little English, Spanish only. After paying for my order I requested to use their restroom and the cashier denied my request. She claimed it was out of order but restrooms should be available for paying customers. After protest with the management he allowed me to use to one of the two restrooms there which happen to be the one with a out of order sign they had posted on the door. I used the room and appear to be working fine.

Not happy at all this morning. Breakfast sandwich did not have the sauce I ordered and their receipts are totally unreadable so I couldn't even complete the survey. The Lafayette restaurant generally gives good service and the quality of their food is good but this receipt thing is annoying as hell.

The place is clean and the food is what you would expect from fast food so at least they got that right. The staff here are basically incompetent and wouldn't give me a new shake after another customer picked mine up and walked it back to there table. Disgusting right. Unless you're drunk late night stay away. FYI, Always some random aggressive homeless person begging for change about two feet from the drive through window.....just about 24/7 you can guarantee that.

These guys are always afraid of panhandlers because they always have the doors locked even though through their own app they have pick up at the counter available. I don't always have a car that clears the 9 feet at the drive through. It's better to just go somewhere else than for a miracle think their doors are open. When you open your bag it's just a dry burger with 0 napkins and 0 ketchup. If they're smart enough to give you a straw for your drink I would think they're smart enough to include napkins for you food and ketchup right? Everywhere else it's done like that. Take a couple minutes going somewhere else.

This location needs to have better customer service & more professional workers. Anytime you order from drive thru they will place all of orders in 1 bag. I had 6 orders yesterday & everything was placed in 2 bags. Do better Jack In The Box

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and the service has always been cool with friendly workers. Unfortunately they are starting to skimp on the food. They Jack is known for making your food fresh and fast however seems like the food is being pre made and sits until your order so it’s fast but they problem is when you do that the food is dry and not flavorful. Also the portions is SMALLER!!! How the heck the sausage patty and buns SHRINK to a kids size? The menu pics still make things look big like it actually WAS but not anymore. My extreme sausage sandwich is NOT EXTREME. The pattys are so small they don’t even fit the small bun they are using now. Yeah I’m not happy with that.

Service was very likely bad, but never as terrible as places I've walked out of. The vibe is: they hate you, but their food is cheap and fast so order and don't suck and you'll have a good time. Wow we were in shock when we pulled up to order that they were not taking order at the drive thru, only doordash or uber eats orders. So we parked, mobile ordered, and then we are in the drive-thru to pick and they let some car in front of us order at the speaker. Wth! And its only 9:40pm. Smh, so not happy right now.

Avoid this place if you crave fast food. I just ordered (5/18/2015) a 2 Bacon Blazin Chicken and the chicken patty looks and tasted like it was left under the heat lamp for hours. I mean the chicken dark and dry as hell. For your safety I extremely advise you avoid this Jack in the Box.

My god wait at night is horrible. I was there an hour in total waiting in line at the drive-thru and waiting for the food, and there were only 6-7 cars ahead of me. It took about 45 minutes for me to get to the window and about another 15 to get the food. The kid at the window kept handing me packets of condiments instead of putting it in the bag with the food. He asked me what sauce I need, I told him taco sauce and ketchup. After he ran my card he gave me a few packets of taco sauce and closed the window. When he came back with the food 15 minutes later I asked for ketchup, he handed me my bag then gave me ketchup and napkins wrapped around them by hand... I'm not exactly sure wth is wrong with this place but I'll not be coming back to this location ever. Not even during the day to see if the service is better.

Me and my daughter went to Jack In The Box before I went to the emergency room the curly fries look like it was about 7 in there my daughter two tacos look like they just dropped it in the grease and pulled it out and hand it to her and deploy act like he didn't want to be at work a waste of time and money

Ordered our food, but when we got to the window, they said that they did not have anymore chicken, and asKim ed us to order something else. We were very upset and left without anything. We had already waited in line over 20 minutes. They should have sent someone asap, to let us know.

I just had the worst experience in every way. Drive through window took 25 minutes. Over charged wrong things in bag. The girl at the window just stared waiting for me to leave. Not until cars started honking did the manager came over took the receipt from the bag and put the rest my order in could I leave. Because I live close I go to this box every now again. The night staff are so unpleasant, rude, and just unprofessional. I waited in line 20 minutes just to receive the wrong order. Came back just to sit in line another 25 minutes for a remake. They refused to refund me for 45minutes of my time. They also overcharged me for my meal. The board shows a different price than what I was charged. She refused to give the difference saying she had to charge what was on the system. She was interrupting and arguing with me the entire time even though she was wrong about the price and receipt. I'm definitely reporting this location to corporate.

It's never failed, no matter who i go through the drive through with. This specific Jack N the Box always mess up the order either by giving you the next,or the previous person's order. Making the sandwich wrong,cold fries & tacos. Worst thing ever is to put someone on drive through who barely speaks or understand english. I recommend you hold up the line ,and check your order thoroughly before leaving. Or just don't go to this specific one. I "WILL" be taking the trip to Alameda ,or Berkeley from now on.

The dining area was completely trashed. They had one person working both the counter and the drive thru. There was a line 8 people feel and she would take an order then go to the drive thru. It took 25-30 minutes to get through the line and another 15-20 minutes to get the food. There was some weird guy who I think was high or detoxing or something just grabbing salt and sugar packets from the counter and yelling. My husband waited in line while I went and waited in the car. In the parking lot, some woman was screaming at another woman in her car and at one point tried to pull her out of the car. A few minutes later sugar packets guy came out and broke into the car next to mine. I know it wasn't his car because the guy who owns the car came around the same time I did. Food was awful...it tasted cold and stale. Order was all wrong but I honestly just wanted to get out of there because the place is shady af.

Cold soggy under cooked frys. Asked for no pickles and had extra pickles on burger. Drive up smell was like an outhouse. Asked for no ice cup was packed full of ice.

Wrost Jack in the Box in the entire bay area. RESTAFF IMMEDIATELY. I don't eat at fast food restaurants anymore but I am a food delivery driver. This location is a blackhole. The service is extremely spaced out and they take forever with each order. Lost a lot of money in dealing with them. It's a crying shame really. Shows me how far society has come. This is the worst, absolute WORST fast food location I have ever been to, let alone the worst Jack in the Box. Not even considering the times when staff are yelling at each other or in complete disarray, what makes this place so terrible is the mistakes in orders. The number of times my order has had a mistake I personally cannot fathom. Most of my orders are single meals, and even those can come with mistakes. I have never held strong opinions about any fast food location, until this one. I would NEVER visit this location if there was any place nearby that was open in the middle of a pandemic. By far my worst Jack in the box experience. Let’s start by up selling, make sure they don’t give you a large combo because you asked for small and they didn’t confirm hearing you. I bisited on June 13 past midnight. Cashier was fighting w customer cuz she messed up the order. I received my drink with a bad/ wrong side lid and it poured all over the electronics in the center console of the car and half of the features dont work. Received the food bad while burger is wrapped in a destroyed paper. NO NAPKINS( someone please explain who wouldn’t need napkins?) asked for ranch, ketchup and mustard dressing, only found barbecue in the bad. Interior of the store is miserable. Out in the parking lot homeless people are all alonf drive thru begging and fighting, they don’t even care for security of staff and customers , Dear owener, based on reading previous reviews please copy paste the this text into the link you will be commenting soon. The smell coming from behind the counter was distinctively that of someone who hasn't showered or properly washed their clothes in a very very long time.. I actually felt a bit sick. But also, the guy just couldn't seem to understand what sparkling water or mineral water was. I tried to explain it to him, even named the "AHA" water and tried to point at it on the machine, but he just didn't get it. Together with him not understanding my inquiry about what time the dining room closed makes me think he either didn't understand English very well, or that he wasn't very competent. I had planned to just order a drink and sit and work on some stuff for a bit, but even if I did want to order food, I would absolutely not do it at this location; I can only imagine what is allowable due to the smell.

We ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with Curly Fries, we got a regular cheeseburger and regular fries even though we were charged for the actual items. Unfortunately, didn’t realize it before making it home. Overall unsatisfying experience

They only do online orders late night. Not actually 24 hours and very rude about it at the window. I am now stuck between cars at the drive through and can’t even place an order. It takes 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru for breakfast. And then you can't even get the right order. This is two days in a row. Order a number 21 bacon egg and cheese croissant. Not complicated. Yesterday I got a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Today I get a ham egg and cheese croissant. Be glad the dine in isn't it open. Or I go throw this food back in your face.

Extremely slow service at night. Was in drive thru line for over 30 minutes, and manager didn't seem to care. Didn't offer us anything for our time than a dirty look. Three our four people were working, and front door was locked, so hard to understand why so slow.

There's this guy that works in the mornings with a nasty attitude and poor customer service. I asked if I could get a napkin and ketchup, and he stated it was on the bag, but there wasn't any when I left. THIS MORNING, I asked the same question, and he stated it was in the bag. This time, I opened it in front of him and found nothing, and the next thing I knew, he was yelling at me. If he doesn't enjoy his job, he should find another one.

The homestyle ranch chicken club sandwich was not good. The chicken was super dry and was obviously sitting around for a while. I know its fast food, but this was just SAD. The tacos were super greasy and soggy. Greasy tacos I can understand since its jack in the box, but SOGGY?!?!?! Be better.

I went through the drive thru i got in line at 11:00am I didn’t get my food until 11:30 I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins this is ridiculous the workers was moving like some turtles(super SLOW) it was only 2 people in front of me and we all had to wait very long y’all need to get some workers who will move at a faster pace. I had lost my appetite since they took so long with my food not to mention the fruit punch taste like flavor water.

Well my son wanted some food from here so we went through the drive through. He wanted a number 22 (which is the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich) with no cheese. However as we left the drive through we noticed it had cheese so because I already spent the time and gas waiting through the drive through I decided to go in. First off I had to tell someone INSIDE their lobby to put their cigarette out because that stunk. It took a while for them to acknowledge me which their was like 3 separate people waiting to also be helped .once I told them they had a attitude and was all talking amongst each other in Spanish for at least 3 minutes (all while still ignoring the other people) then finally started cooking it, it took 10 more minutes of waiting 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Older hispanic woman with receding hairline and bun was very extremeley rude. We pulled up to the window and she did not great, simply said “what do you want.” After getting our order wrong we asked politely if we could get our missing items and exchange the wrong ones when she proceeded to say we made no sense and kept rolling her eyes and making faces to her coworker. She did not let a word in while we tried to explain what needed to be fixed. This is my first time writing a review as it’s one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had and won’t ever go back.

Terrible service. Normally I eat jack n the box because service is usually exceptional. As a driver, I stopped to use restroom quickly because I had an airport ride. No customer, no bathroom, so I ordered a sandwich just to use restroom using app. Then had to wait a few minutes for them to see my order in the system. This, despite showing my order in the phone. It's gotten ridiculous. Won't be ordering again.

This is the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to, bar none. Every single time I have gotten an order there, they have gotten something wrong, usually something significant. This last time, we were missing almost half of our burgers and all of our fries. Plus, it just tastes worse somehow. I've gotten Jack in the box from many locations, and it's never made me nauseous like this one does. I will be driving the extra however long it is to get to literally any other Jack in the box because this place is ridiculously horrible. I would recommend you do the same.

I ordered a big box of popcorn chicken sauced and loaded. It definitely was not sauced and loaded. I paid an extra dollar for that. Check your box before you drive away. They said they wanted to make it right but so far no further response. I won't go back to Jack in the box! Today I made the mistake of going back to this same Jack in the box. This time a lady gave me a drink that had ice in it but was warm on the bottom. It was supposed to be dr pepper. It was flat. I gave it back to her and asked for a different kind and she went in the back and came back and gave me another drink that was exactly the same. She realized I was not leaving until she gave me a drink that was not flat and tampered with so she finally gave me one that wasn't flat. The ultimate cheeseburger was smoothered in mustard though. I didn't realize that until we were miles away. I won't soon forget that place. Also be expecting a homeless person standing by the window when you go there.

Not fast food! Service was slow and disorganized. No one was available at the window to pick up mobile orders, and it took an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time to get my order. I ordered at 1:17 PM, and the food wasn't ready until 1:37 PM, which is disappointing for a mobile order. Clerk said anyone can make mistakes!

It happens way too often when I order off DoorDash or something and they give my order to the wrong person. What kind of incompetence do you condone? And when I reordered right after they gave my food away, they gave me something completely different from what I ordered. It’s ridiculous that night workers on lunch have to deal with lazy food workers. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there, find a different one. But you messing with peoples money and food isn’t acceptable. Do better.

I bought a breakfast jack combo this morning at 2am ate half of the sandwhich turned the light on in my car only to see mold on my egg. I went back and jack n the box employees never apologized wouldn’t give me the managers name etc.

COMPLETELY messed up my order. Me and my girlfriend ordered a large triple bacon jack combo as well as a large jacks spicy chicken with cheese combo. Not only did my chicken burger come WITHOUT BUNS, my girlfriends burger patties are THREE inches in diameter, THAT IS NOT A LARGE. On top of that both of our sodas which we ordered without ice, came with full ice. We also did not get ANY of the sauces we ordered. I called several times without answer. Will not be ordering here again.

Dinning room was very dirty. I’m here at 3:30 and there only 2 other people eating in here. Bathroom is so discussing with a huge whole in the door that is covered with paper towels and the second restroom is closed. Food takes for ever even though I was the only one in the dinning room that had ordered. Definitely not the best jack in the box and at the end they made my food wrong 🤬
