La Pedrera, located in Lorquí, is a relaxed, counter-serve cafe specializing in delicious teriyaki bowls. Choose from chicken, steak, shrimp, and fresh vegetables, all expertly prepared. We offer a variety of convenient service options including dine-in, takeout, and delivery, as well as curbside pickup and no-contact delivery for your comfort. Enjoy outdoor seating or take advantage of our wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. We are open for lunch and dinner, with solo diners always welcome. Staff is extremely friendly at this location they have your food served promptly and with a smile. The cashier was very good at taking our order and seemed very happy to help us. Most definitely will have to come again and enjoy a bowl.

I usually pick up at Waba restaurants at various addresses and my order is always the same chicken with vegetables and so far so good I place my order through the app I use the benefits of the points which are good and fair but this store has made me a little sad for the service ( it's not always but today was a day that I didn't feel comfortable getting my own food ) I would like to be doing a better review because I like it a lot but that's not what made me rate this address in particular.

I usually pick up at Waba restaurants at various addresses and my order is always the same chicken with vegetables and so far so good I place my order through the app I use the benefits of the points which are good and fair but this store has made me a little sad for the service ( it's not always but today was a day that I didn't feel comfortable getting my own food ) I would like to be doing a better review because I like it a lot but that's not what made me rate this address in particular.

Less than impressive customer service. I ordered one large drink and 3 rice bowls, one chicken, one sweet and sour and one steak. Cynthia the cashier rang me up and then another employee gave me my order when it was complete. I received 2 chicken bowls and one sweet and sour, no beef bowl. When I brought this to her attention, she was irritated and told me there was an extra charge for steak (which is fine), an extra $1.08 I waited then for the correct bowl. When given, she reached back into my bag (after not washing her hands and handling other peoples money), which I also already touched inside, took out one of the bowls and threw it in the garbage can. I told her, hey, If I knew you were just going to trash that perfectly good bowl in the garbage I would have totally just bought it, that's such a waste. Cynthia said it was their policy to throw out them out. Okeedokee then... 🙄

I've been coming here multiple times a week for a couple years now, and I will say that the food is always very good. However the last few months they have significantly reduced the amount of meat and rice in the bowls, which is really disappointing. They also got rid of the 2 combo bowls for $12 deal that they used to have. I'm now paying more for a lot less food. I'll be driving further to a different location from now on.

The Riverside magnolia location gives you enough where you can’t even see your large serving of rice- and that’s with their discounted weekend 2 bowl special! The amount I got today for the full bowl was the amount I’d get in the mini bowl size at the Riverside location. I ordered via app. Said it would be ready at 11:28am. Got there for pick up at that time and still had to wait for them to finish it up and package even though all said it was completed and ready. I work 5 min down the road. When I got to work and opened it, the food is cold and chicken has so many chewy/inedible pieces. Super disappointing and a waste of $11.46.
I do not like leaving bad reviews the vast majority of my (numerous) reviews are 5 stars. However, at this location I apparently do not deserve to go sauce that other to go orders are entitled to. When I asked for to go sauce (pictured) for my to go order I was told to get my own sauce . Like it's not a big deal to me. It's just rude, I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. Waiting in line to get sauce I should have been handed was not appreciated. It leaves me with so many questions: namely, Was I discriminated against? Why is this sauce here if I can not have it? Is this for special customers? Am I not good enough for your to go sauce for my to go order? Is this a simple training issue? Whatever it is, I really wish the service and the immediate surroundings of this restaurant weren't so bad.

I placed an order online on 3/9 at 12:50p for pick-up at 1:15p. Got to this location at 1:20p and they had not receive the order and I never got an email. Fine, I’ll just order and pay for a new meal. Get home at 1:35p and begin to eat, scanning through emails and I see the order went through at 1:30p. I call the location and speak with the assistant manager. He asked if I still wanted the order? Um, no! So he states he would cancel and refund the original order., should take about 48hours. That never happened so I had to dispute with my bank. I gave them time to do the right thing, and instead, they prefer to rip me off. Stay away! Shady business practices
they need to fire patricia immediately she has horrible customer service! she always gives me an attitude for no reason as if she has a personal problem with me when all i do is just order food. i don’t even come here often only when im craving it and i never once gave her a problem. i work customer service as well so i understand how it is. i always come in and greet her with a smile hoping she’s not in a bad mood that same day but she always gives me a disgusting face as soon as i come in. today i ordered 2 chicken bowls 1 steak veggie bowl and then i ordered a sweet and spicy chicken veggie bowl and she got confused didn’t understand it was 4 separate bowls i tried explaining it and she gave me a nasty look and sighed and told me “i have no idea what you’re talking about” and i showed her a picture of the sweet and spicy chicken veggie bowl that i wanted maybe she couldn’t understand me and told me “no i don’t need to see a photo!” in the most rudest tone and and laughed in my face as if i was dumb. i was so shocked at the way that she thought it was okay to talk to someone like that especially if i was being nice to her the whole time! she then proceeds to type in my order wrong even though i explained how many bowls it was she just refused to actively listen to what i was saying because of her high ego. she fixes the order on the screen but as she’s doing that she’s tapping the screen so hard and fast to show she’s angry and frustrated with me i don’t understand why if i tried helping her fix the order but she refused to listen to what i saying and told me she knew what she was doing. yet in one of the bowls she forgot to add the avocado that i asked for. if she doesn’t like working there she can always leave. i’m never coming here again and it sucks i have to go to further location because of her service this place is like a 5 min walk to my house.
Worst Customer Experience Ever!! Been coming to this location for a while now for lunch and I always get the same representative taking my order and constantly questioning my own order. Today was the final straw. The Hispanic female Patricia should not be allowed to take anyone’s order, no customer service skills what’s o ever and definitely not a people person. No need to laugh either when taking an order or trying to correct customer when we know what plate we are ordering. Still retuning back because good quality has always been great. You should be more aware on the customer service you offer at this location.
When you call and they are busy they hang up on you. The lady says she was busy and by herself, their were 3 other individuals there. And she also says the phone hangs up by itself. Does she really think that I am stupid? Then she proceeded to talk to the cooks in Spanish and they looked in my direction and start laughing. Really, what a way to run a business.
The gal at the register raised her voice when I didn't reply quick enough. There were only two customers, but a guy came in that she wanted to talk to; which she was flirting with. Food was disgusting! We actually through it away. It was cold, chicken was dry/old and sauce was put on cold. The potstickers woukd have been good if they cooked them a little longer; they were cold in the middle. This place was not inviting and neither was the staff. SoCa-No Bueno 0/26
