Ok. For a place that states food is made when ordered, my food wasn't hot. "Made" may mean assembled when ordered. Angry tacos were mild-tempered and the sliced pasteurized cheese wasn't even melted. $15 for mediocre food. It's fast food, I shouldn't expect much.

I got the Number 11 homestyle club. Took a bite of the sandwich and Chicken looks and feels frozen. As if they got a frozen chicken out of the freezer and immediately started cooking it. Which basically they didn't thaw it out at all nor all the way. Didn't eat it, just threw it away not worth the risk it. But hey at least they can cook the fries right.

Bonus jumbo Jack worst item I've ever received, been, I returned it they did nothing . I've ordered on the app over 100 times since March. I've supported Jack for over 40 years., Won't be back!

Consistently disappointed. Been attending this location for over 4 few years and always try to give a second chance. You'll wait over 20 minutes and get sub par service. Ordered 25$ worth of food and got no sauces and no curly fries. Drive through attendant almost kept my card and gave me a thumbs up when I asked if I could get sauce and if everything was in the bag. Thanks "boss". Wont be attending this locating again, 4 really good fast food competitors are 3 blocks away. Dont waste your time here.

This place is so shady. I drove 30 minutes to find a Jack-in-the-Box that was open after 2 AM only for the guy to tell me that they only accept cash and he sounded so shady on why he would only accept cash such a bummer. I feel like they always say that when they wanna just pocket themoney at night and I didn’t have cash otherwise I would’ve just paid, but I wasn’t gonna go to the ATM machine and then drive back to get food here.

Long time Google user, long time Jack in the Box customer. Never have I received such poor customer service and hospitality, multiple times in a single visit. Thus prompting me to finally write a review. On 18 April 2025, I ordered via app, went through the drive through where the store manager (SM) told me to wait in the front of the store. He said he'd bring the food to me when it was ready. Note, the app said 10 minutes, though given how slow the workday was, I assumed it'd be faster. I was with my kid who I thought I'd only have to distract for 10 minutes max. I waited over 20 minutes seeing a couple new customers come and go, so I decided to check in the store. I brought my kid in and asked about the food, only for the SM to realize the food has been waiting near the drive through counter. He didn't say sorry and just handed me the food. I asked what was with the poor customer service to which he eventually said sorry for, but didn't say anything beyond that. I took the food and went home, only realizing then that the order was incorrect. Not only was the food late, cold, but it also had missing items. I went back to the store and explained this to the SM. He didn't say sorry, but rather he instantly said he put the order in correctly. I knew that was a lie so I told him, feel free to check the CCTV. I tried calling the number on a store sign about customer service which isn't even working. I explained this to the SM who said it works too. I called in front of him to show it doesn't. Not sure what's wrong with this store and SM, but they don't want to admit they're wrong even when it's clear as day. He eventually redid my order, but the damage is done. This SM tarnished this franchise's reputation.

One of the worst breakfast sandwiches in the area...I got two...sausage and egg one (not like no egg ever known) & something had ham and sausage..ham was sandwich slice kind..cheese on both was horrible. I was trying to go to Wendy's at 6:30 am on a Tuesday. No one came to drive thru...forced to go to Jack's. Did me bad 😔

Guys, just complain directly to corporate, it seems as if the manager of the restaurant is the one responding to everyone's messages since she seems to be the main problem here but jack in the Box refuses to replace her. She always has an attitude, I've seen her yell at employees ( all who have quit) and get very rude with other customers and she is quick to say something is sold out but when its not her shift, they ironically have it. Store sells have to be down at this locations and it's her who surely is to blame. Oh. And the food here is n rarely "made to order". I've bitten into food here not even a minute from the drive thru ( I live down the street) and it's ice cold.

I work with Uber Eats and had a really good order that would definitely help me with my gas problem and these people decided to close the drive thru and take no orders. I called the store and got no answers so I called Uber's help number and they called the store more than twice and still no answers. I had to give up my order because they decided to close their store and I didn't do anything to these people to deserve this. California is a hard place for so my job and I wasted gas and time. I took pictures and when one of the employees saw me they opened the drive thru... This always happens though. I used to work around the corner at leisure world and they did this same thing at night. This crew got to go. I'm not coming back as a customer but will as a Uber driver.
