You can order at register or a self help kiosks which takes payments also. The kiosk is pretty good and walks you through all the options and takes slide or touch payment. Place was busy and took some time to turn around the order. They had a few tables outside to sit if you wanted. They serve a limited menu of desserts also which are displayed in a show case next to the register.

The Assam black tea is good - and I was particularly interested in knowing how they interpret Assam tea. I was quite impressed. One small tip - allow us to modify the sugar amount as that wasn’t allowed for this special creation.

The tea tastes disgusting but the mango smoothie is amazing! I got Toffee black tea, sweetness 100%, house creama, regular ice and coconut jelly. Tastes kind of like normal Thai tea but watery and has a weird after taste. My bf got the Classic Thai tea, no honey boba and it tastes like cleaning products, Thai tea and not a lot of cream. When I went to ask to exchange mine I was told no bc I tried it. I literally took a sip of it and brought it straight back. The cashier refused to do anything for me and said well I helped you custom pick your order(first time customer here btw), I even insisted on them taking my drink back. I asked to speak to the manager and he said shes going to say no, I said I’d like to ask her myself. He said you can go find her yourself she’s walking around the shopping center. I walked away and went back to the place I had my food at and started writing this review. An employee walked by and it was a lady, I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I told her I hated my drink and was wondering if I could exchange it out. She instantly said yes and asked what I’d like? I said I’d like to play it safe this time and get the regular mango smoothie and even offered to take it to my outdoor seating where I’m eating dinner. She just dropped it off and it tastes amazing, so fruity, sweet and great consistency. I will not be drinking my tea, but I hate wasting money. So hopefully the homeless man at the light will enjoy the tea. My bf is going to share the mango smoothie with me and we’re gonna give the other one away too if we find a second homeless person. Best smoothie I’ve ever had though :)

Teaspoon is a solid boba chain, but this location seems to be lacking. The staff appears to be mostly young college kids and the service can be slow (e.g. one person attending the register + making drinks, and the other staff hanging out in the back). I haven't had any issues with the quality of the drinks, just the customer service.

Used to be our go to, but drinks haven't been good the last three times we've gone. We've seen a lot of new faces. Seems like there have been a lot of students working there for a summer job, and we've gotten a lot of watery drinks lately.

The inside is very cramped feeling and they tend to have a rush. Never try Teaspoon before but after this, I don't think I'm going to get it anymore. The drinks have been very sweet and I thought I was drinking pure sugar drink. I never could've known. My drink was Strawberry Colada and wow, it feels like I'm tasting straight up syrup. I did try to mix it but that made it sweeter. Really wish they adjust it to match people taste. They also forgot to add boba to the violet latte one and had to asked to fix it.

UPDATE REVIEW: 09/27 SEVERAL TIMES have I gone online to order delievery since I cant just pop my infant in the car to pick up boba but it says it's closed on my doordash app when it's like 7pm and the store closes at 11pm. Strange... I'll have to start supporting other boba shops since this has been the case a few times this month already. This place is lacking in serving the public, pretty disappointing 🤷🏽‍♀️. OLD REVIEW ⬇️⬇️ One of my late night places to get my boba from. The staff are always friendly and even when they've screwed up, they apologize and are genuine about it and they happily remake my drinks with a smile. I also love the prices 👍🏽 and the place always have plenty of parking outfront. The order kisok is so convenient or you can place your order online on their website for pick up but after 10pm, you can't unless you have it doordashed!

Tea was good, service was not. Upon entering, we immediately noticed how hot it was inside the shop, but we didn't expect to wait long (we only ordered 2 basic drinks and no one was ahead of us in line). After the first 10 minutes go by, we began to wonder why people who ordered after us were receiving their drinks ahead of us, and eventually, the barista informed us that one of our drinks required tea that had not been brewed yet. This was a little frustrating since only now were we informed of the extra wait but he said it would only take "a few minutes." We waited a few more minutes with no news of our order, so my partner decided to step out to buy gas, and by the time they came back our drinks were still not done. Our drinks were finally ready after another 10 minutes waiting, but one of the drinks that had been made prior was completely watered down from the melted ice because it had been sitting out for nearly 20 minutes at this point. As someone with food industry experience I am usually understanding when it comes to situations like these, however the behaviors of the employees encouraged me to write this review. The only person out in the front was working very slow and the person in the back who was supposed to be brewing tea consistently came out in the front to sit behind the macaron fridge (only when asked did they inform their coworker that the brewing tea we were waiting on was done). Lastly, what bugged me the most was the attitude of a new employee who at this moment had just clocked into their shift, and immediately began complaining about needing to come into work. Her first reaction to viewing the list of upcoming orders on the kiosk was a huge sigh while looking up at the ceiling and pulling out her phone to take a picture of the big order that came in (probably to post on their socials). I would encourage management to review employee expectations and reinforce training to better prepare employees to take on orders.

The boba tea tastes fine, but AC is pretty weak. The service depends on the mood of guys in the store. For example, today I ordered less ice, but I got more than 50% cup's ice...

It used to be the best fun place for boba in the area. The service dropped to a whole new level that I stopped going altogether. Rude unethical staff even adulterate the drinks and serve flavorless water, if they don't like who you are. What a shame!

Ordered online at 1:19 for a 1:35 pick up. In store at 1:32. Got my drink at 1:49. 6 people walked in placed their orders on the screen and all got their drinks before mine was even started. Multiple times my cup was picked up and put down. Seriously reconsidering the gift cards I bought from Costco...no customer service skills.

This store needs some serious health inspection checks. This is not the first time, but they are completely understaffed or run by some kids that we often get spoilt milk in our drinks. This happened last friday 2/13 around 5.30pm. The store is very crowded and is a great location for serving delicious bobas. But they are not serious about consistent quality.

I’ve been coming to this location since they first opened. However over the past few months there has been a noticeable decline in drink quality and service. I’ve gone many times this month hoping the drinks will be better but each time the drinks have been unpredictable with sweetness, taste and quality lacking. Service has been terrible with staff ignoring customers or being rude. Like other commenters have suggested we will most likely stop coming to this location and seek out other boba shops in the area. Truly disappointed as they had pretty good drinks in the past. I don’t know why they keep hiring staff who clearly don’t want to work there.

I was very excited for some boba before I came to realize that the store closed 3 hours early because there was "not enough staff." I saw 3 workers, who eventually went to the back, I'm assuming to relax for the rest of their shift. It would be nice for the manager to check who was scheduled the night of September 9 and hold these employees accountable. This is unacceptable from a customer perspective and, I imagine, even more unacceptable from a business perspective. Employees who disregard customers and operating hours because of their low work ethic reflect poorly on your brand.
