The server: Addel was amazing and attentive. His energy was great! He also made sure he helped me get what I wanted for breakfast because I am picky and pregnant. :) Food was great too!
Food was quite delectable especially for an airport restaurant. Donna was a very attentive and so very sweet. A bit pricey, almost $40 a person for 1 entree and 1 coffee drink each but still a great choice.
Last week, my man and I went to Bgrille. It was a bit busy, but our server made sure she took care of us. We had a burger (me) and skirt steak (my husband), and before I could ask for condiments, our server, Charlie, had already brought them. Would we go back? Yes, especially if we're headed to a flight. We got our food in good time.
Donna was superb in her attention to detail, suggestions, and overall generosity. I felt safe with Donna at the helm, and that’s saying something for me, I’m deploying so I was super anxious. With Donna around I felt safe and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. Donna if you’re reading this, thank you! You’re awesome and I genuinely mean it.
Haven’t been able to eat a full plate of food in weeks, but the breakfast I just had cured that! Great portions, my server Maria was so helpful and kind that you can tell she genuinely loves taking care of people. Really glad I decided to dine here today after passing it by may times in my travels. Thank you so much.
After my flight home was delayed and a stressful morning of subsequent rescheduling, I had the luck of ending up with Maria Alvarez as my server. Maria and the kitchen staff at B Grill really saved my day! Not only did maria have great energy but she had an exceptionally ability for providing attentive, respectful service. She helped me modify my order so it was able to eat exactly what I was hoping for. The food came quickly and was delicious.
It was a nice place to stop by and have a bite to eat before my flight. My server Thalia was extremely kind and helpful. She was patient going over the menuas I tried to find the best option for my food sensitivities. Overall the service was quick, friendly, and pleasurable. Thank you.
Dining environment was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent quality. Donna our server was very attentive, genuine, and friendly. She did a fantastic job. Manager came by and checked up on us during our meal and created an excellent dining experience. Thank you for starting off our morning on such a positive note. Once again, Donna is a superstar.
Nice spacious place. Clean well lit and chill music. My server Yuliana was amazing. Friendly, efficient and kept checking on me but not in an annoying way. Staff was laughing with each other in the kitchen (not in an unprofessional way) and they really seem to enjoy their jobs. Didn’t expect this at an airport eatery. Thanks for a nice dinner experience!
I was incredibly impressed from the moment I walked in. I’m preparing for a trip to Antarctica and am currently on a strict diet, so I needed something very specific—even though breakfast service had already ended and they were only serving lunch. Adam went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure I could still get eggs, accommodating my dietary needs without hesitation. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Maria, my server, was equally outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Both Adham and Maria showed exceptional service and genuine care, making my experience unforgettable. Because of them, this restaurant has earned my highest recommendation. They turned what could have been a stressful moment into a wonderful one. Thank you, Adam and Maria—absolutely amazing!
I had a meal here last week after walking the whole of LAX (11k steps total) I waited at the podium for a short time and was asked by a staff member behind the bar to seat myself where I wanted. (That was pretty cool) I took a seat near the window and got to enjoy the OUTSTANDING VIEW of an aircraft literally pulling in to the jetway right below me. The staff member (I wanna say her name was Yuliana, she had close cropped hair and very artistic tattoos on her arm) took my drink order and was friendly but not plastic or overbearing. The bloody Mary I ordered was on target! I also ordered the Caesar salad and had no complaints. As I enjoyed my order I heard staff right behind me laughing and cheering from the kitchen area. This was REALLY ENERGIZING and made my experience even better to feel the energy from the staff on duty. I was unsure on what I wanted to have for the main event so the very artistically endowed staff helped me choose the steak entree and also asked if I wanted another bloody Mary (of course) The steak hit the spot and I felt happily obese after all that food. The Artistically endowed staff member bought my check and threw me a GENUINE SMILE as she continued on in her work day. My overall experience was SINCERELY POSITIVE. I hope when people read this review they understand that if you eat at an airport you will PAY. THATS REALITY. There is nothing worse than a customer who wants to be treated like royalty while spending 25 cents and playing victim or acting the sob story 👎 You want QUALITY? PAY UP. You want economy? Pack your own snacks. Welcome to REAL LIFE. I will be back in LA for a short trip in December. You can COUNT ON ME to stop by B Grill in T7 once again. REAL TALK. very respectfully, scott
I'm truly sorry for all the people who didn't have a good experience here, but this was definitely not my case. Service was fast and cordial, food was pretty good for an airport burger joint. Actually it's a good burger joint period. My cheeseburger came fast, hot and properly cooked to order, with a side of fresh, crunchy fries. Some people may say it's overpriced, but I think it's the "airport tax". No different than other similar places at LAX. I hope more people can have as good an experience as I had coming here. It's 5 out of 5 -- great!
The sunset was behind the broading plane lane. My first time saw how baggages been delivered on broad the airplane. Waiters are looks mexican or Arabic. They were polite and quick enough for brought me my order meals, and also the bill. IF THE TUURKEY WRAP WITHOUT ADDED BEACON I RATE 5 STARS.
B Grill serves pretty good burger if you have a domestic layover at LAX Terminal 7. Ordered their BOA burger, Camembert cheese with crispy onions, plus some pickles, pretty good combination I would say. With the red-pillar lights hanging on the roof, B Grill is somehow a bar itself, like the vibe quite much.
First of all, it is an adequate bar/restaurant. The food (3rd photo) looked very appealing when it was delivered. The server (1st photo) was great. HOWEVER...the actual quality of the food was less than adequate. Food was lukewarm at best and dry. The greeter (2nd photo) at the door went around repositioning and cleaning tables as I and the customer behind me stood there waiting. This person never produced a smile or a warm welcome to anyone. I hope it was just a tired day for them. The 2 stars were because of the greeter. The server gets 5 stars! Overall, for the price, it was not worth it.
Visited on a Tuesday evening. This was one of two spots near gate 70-76 with good seating and somewhat decent food offering. Food is pricey, but remember this is airport restaurant. Staff: Waitress was nice and super friendly. She sat us in a quiet corner and merged two tables to accommodate our group. Facility: No outlet to charge your phone, they however offered to charge it by the waitress stand and keep an eye on it for us. We declined but that was a nice offer. The ambience was great, probably the best in that section of terminal 7. Food: My burger was ok, it’s one step above fast food but worth $26 in real world. I got chicken tenders which was really tender and nice but again it’s not worth $19 in real world.
Heads up, orders over 75 dollars automatically include 20% tip on the bill. If you’re not paying attention you’ll tip again. Don’t tip on orders over 75! Food is gross, staff standoffish. Great atmosphere (good on ya). I got a few responses from the company and GM after this review, please see below. Latest response is right below, older and initial response below that. I responded that while I really appreciate the follow up and that this shows leadership I still disagree with the auto tip for orders 75.00 and up. Seems too low. ***Edit*** Got a response from The General Manager ,please see below: "Hello, my name is Adam Boutelle and I am the General Manager for B Grill. Thank you for taking some of your time to share the details of your experience with us. The time you chose to spend with us is valuable and we appreciate it. I would like to apologize for the experience you had at B Grill. You are correct that there is a way to handle things and it sounds like we missed the mark with your visit in regards to service and your meal. We would like to invite you back or make it up to you somehow, on us. Do you frequent LAX often? If not, would you like a refund? We appreciate you choosing us and would love an opportunity to change your mind. Thank you, Adam." ***Edit*** responded to company response from below. Waiting to see what they say. Here is my response to them in full... "per your response to my Google review I have detailed my reasons for the two stars from a standpoint of specificity, so here it goes. My review is based off what I would consider a standard and par experience at any bar, Let alone a steakhouse. I went straight to the bar and had to sit in front of an unbussed section with half eaten food and crumbs for much longer than I thought appropriate. The bartender had a very laid back vibe to her to the point of indifference. I could tell she was having or had had a long day. I watched her response to other patrons as similar. they would ask questions like, " Can I get some hot water for my water bottle, now that may have been against policy but bartender who was having a bad or long day may have responded by saying (with a smile), "I'm sorry I can't do that directly but I could absolutely pour it in a cup for you if you'd like, I'm sorry I can't do more". It took forever for her to take my drink order and twice as long to get my food order. You may have been understaffed at that time so I can't speak to that but I did notice that there were only four people at the bar at that time and most of the dining tables were empty, so at least the lack of hustle wasn't due to that. The food is substandard but that may be an airport bar problem and altogether an unreasonable expectation to have quality food at a place like yours. I had the turkey wrap, which tasted like a heated up wrap from 7-11. That whole automatic tip for orders over 75 dollars?? considering the price point of the drinks, people are going to hit that pretty easily. That is predatory and the majority of the reason for the two stars. My main purpose in posting the review was to give people a heads up on that last point."
My sever Jerri was handling 14 tables by herself all patrons in a rush and with no manners. I’ve traveled the world, been in hospitality for most of my life. Get more servers to handle 32 customers. She’s a champ. You should be an ashamed of yourselves as managers. With these prices . Wow
Would not recommend at all. The breakfast burrito was $30 and pretty small, the potato wedges are not a side but instead are just a few potatoes inside the burrito. It also took 40 minutes flagging down 4 different servers just to get the check, and I barely was able to leave in time to board my flight.
Wanted to have some basic omelette and toast breakfast. It was $25 for ‘healthy breakfast’ - bit on the expensive side. I gave it a try anyway thinking that for $25 they should have decent portion size, right? Or atleast the food must taste good? It did not include anything else just an omelette and a side salad. So I was asked if I would like to have toast, cheese, avocado. I said yes to them all. The food arrived 15-20 mins after placing the order. The omelette was small and tasteless, there was one slice of bread, quarter avocado, and a pathetic excuse of an ‘salad’. There was no quality or quantity. The bill came out to be $41. Crazy… Feeling so disappointed. The food was not fulfilling, didn’t taste good, service wasn’t great, plus I got charged so much. Also did I mention that by default they have bottled water, and want you just take a sip of it so that they can charge you. Just baits everywhere. So greedy……… No wonder this place has such low ratings across every single rating sites. Should have checked before entering.
PLEASE READ 🚨 This is by far was the worst breakfast dining experience I’ve had. I understand it’s an airport restauraunt, so the bar is already low, but this was an extremely dissapointing experience. The breakfast food was unappetizing and frankly, misleading! For example, the “Avocado Toast”did not have actual avocado on it. In its place was store bought guacamole and pico de gallo. The scrambled eggs I added were very overcooked and tasteless. The omelette in the “Healthy Breakfast” was also extremely bland, and overall neither dish was worth the 20+ USD. What really pissed us off were the sneaky additional expenses. Although our waitress was nice, she failed to inform us that an additional scrambled eggs would be 5 USD, and that substituting whole for oat milk in two lattes would be 3 USD. The pricing is not the issue. It is the fact that our waitress CONTINUED to ask us if we wanted to include add-ons without informing us of the charges. Not to mention the automatic 20% tip applied. This left us having to pay over 100 USD in total for 2 breakfast dishes and 3 lattes. Outrageous. This restauraunt felt like a huge scam, and I hope anyone fortunate/smart enough to check reviews first sees this before choosing to come here.
Terrible!! Never have I been treated so poorly. You need to Fire these two amateurs. I asked for a seat facing the tv so I could watch the NBA final. I was told no by the young guy. There was 7 empty two tops. I found the manager Evelyn and she handled it like a professional and told him to give me a table. After I sat the older guy, with a mustache waited on me. You could tell that the two boys had spoken because he was rude. He brought me an appetizer and never came back for the next 15 minutes. He didn’t ask if I wanted to order a main dish or refill my drink. I am not sure why they think it is OK to discriminate. Because he never came to check on me I had to get up and go cash out myself with Evelyn. I shared my experience with her and explain that this is very unprofessional behavior and it’s disgusting. There is zero excuse to treat anyone the way these two boys treated me. You need to hire more people like Evelyn. She is amazing. I have the photos and video that shows my server walking right past me for the fourth time and not saying a word.
