Fantastic gluten free Burger. They have gluten-free buns and bread. And we also had a fabulous eggs, bacon, + potatoes with sourdough (gluten). Peets coffee was available nearby at BGrill.

Food was delicious. We ordered old school Burger, BLT and grilled cheese. All 3 were phenomenal. Not a ton of seating. Employees were friendly and helpful. Food came out quickly.

I’m sorry but this had to have been one of the most boring breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. The potatoes were not crispy let alone cooked properly. My eggs had burn marks as did the sausage. The only subpar thing was the sourdough, and even that didn’t leave an impact. If you’re looking to get breakfast, don’t come here - that’s for sure.

I paid $20+ tip for what might be the worst “breakfast sandwich” I’ve ever received. It wasn’t even a sandwich just a soggy egg, half-melted cheese, and three sad sausage links tossed in a box. It looked sloppy, careless, and honestly unappetizing. The wait was way longer than expected and when I checked in (because I had a flight to catch) I was met with attitude instead of any help. For the price and the location, this was a huge disappointment. Avoid BLD.
Disgusting cold burger with grey meat. Couldnt eve defrost the pre cooked patties properly. Terminal doesnt have mcdonalds or Chick-fil-A so stuck with their disgusting food

Why does airport food have to be so bad. I got a breakfast sandwich for like $20 and I can’t even finish it because it’s not good. Disappointing for a weary hungry traveler with an appreciation for food
Ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was horrible. Chicken was so hard and tasteless. They just put 2 chicken tenders on a bun with cole slaw in it that’s all.Fries were salty.
Turkey club did not have all the advertised ingredients. No bacon and no avocado
The service is absolutely bad. I didn’t get utensil in the box, so I went and ask for a fork. The lady at the counter told me I don’t need to fork to eat burger, even though I usually like to eat burger with a fork.
cream cheese Danish tasted like someone put nail polish on it. idk if it was because they microwaved the food with the plastic on it still but I shouldn't have purchased it
Pretty bad food along with bad prices. $20 for an egg English muffin which was burnt and had three little measley “turkey” links. It said I had a choice of bacon or turkey for my sandwich but didn’t get to choose. It was pretty horrible. AVOID
The $20 (!!!) "club sandwich" where two barley toasted slices of white bread from a plastic bag with cold cut chicken slices and some remoulade sauce. Couldn't finish and felt slightly nauseous for days after eating this. Will never buy something to eat there again.
By far the worst egg sandwich I’ve ever had. The eggs were extremely overcooked leading to a rubbery texture, they were not seasoned with salt and pepper, and the bread was toasted for all of ten seconds. I would’ve expected so much better with how much they were charging for this atrocity.
I visited here on Nov 3rd 11 am. What is wrong with the front desk staff (it was an African American lady during my visit, had to be specific in case any management sees this)?? She pointed at every single customer with her finger and had us show her our receipts. No announcing receipt number, or asking anyone to show our receipts politely. So terribly rude. Why do you think you could just be pointing at customers and treating us like that? I ordered the grain bowl, after 10 min and being pointed at, she rudely said we don’t have the grain bowl and then yelled “no grain” as if I don’t understand English. Fine, if you don’t have something please update your order machine. How is this place still open with this type of staff here? I wasn’t the only one, she messed up a few orders and was unapologetic at all! So disgusting she needs to get fired Food is very overpriced. Not recommended at all!
I have Celiac disease and was very excited to see BLD offered gluten-free options during my layover at LAX. I told the woman working the front counter that I had Celiac disease. She let me know cross-contamination could occur, and I told her I understood (unless my food is dropped in flour or malt, I tend to be okay with cross-contamination). I then asked her about the fries: if they had a coating and if they were also gluten-free. The woman assured me the fries were gluten-free, and so I ordered them. Since she had seemed aware of the risks of cross-contamination, I assumed she would be knowledgeable about the fries. The french fries at BLD *DO* contain gluten, and I became very ill, very quickly. To be fair, I noticed the fries had a coating when I opened my container and said to my partner: "I wonder what they use for the coating since they're gluten-free." I should've found the coating suspicious, but I trusted the information I was given because I specifically asked about the fry coating and possibility of fry gluten. Feeling like your stomach is being stabbed and then becoming very ill when you have a 3 hour flight ahead of you is a horrible experience. And it was an experience that could've been completely avoided had I not been given wrong information about allergens that trigger my medical condition. If you are Celiac, maybe see if there is somewhere else to eat. If not and it's your only option, do NOT eat the fries.
Worker was extremely rude for no reason. I usually don’t do reviews, but she was straight up mean to people. Also, no coffee after 9am. They don’t give you the money back for the coffee, they make you exchange it for another drink.
I got a salad that cost over $20 which took what seemed an eternity. The salad was without any dressing which was just gross.
Ordered a turkey burger, asked if it came with sauce. Cashier said no. I told them I have an egg allergy, so it can’t touch mayo. Waited 20 minutes. They called my order and I confirmed with her again, “it has no mayo, right?” She said. Yep no mayo. I get to the gate and open it to find it slathered with mayo and at this point didn’t have any time to buy any other food.
I thought I was seeing AI slop on X at first, but turns out it was real slop
Egg muffin sando took 20 min to make. Potatoes were like warm, almost room temperature. Staff have zero energy.

We walked into eat breakfast at 9:45 and were told they stopped serving breakfast. The menu and posted signs said breakfast til 10am. Very disappointed.

Terrible and overpriced. I ordered eggs over easy, and they came out overcooked until the yolks were green and dry.
