If you want inexpensive tacos, burritos & tostada meals, go to Del Taco. It's a small place but good specially when you're on a tight budget. They have dollar menus. They have an all-gender restroom.

One of the best things about this del taco was that it was open 24hra and once the bars closed in the vicinity it would become an after party in there. Dude said they didn't have onions for my taco. I said can you replace it with something else? He said I can replace it with pico. I said does it cost extra? He said I'll give you a discount. The food is decent but ordering in the drive thru is unnecessarily difficult. Every single time the same employee makes you repeat your order 3 times, they did it to both the people in front of me and behind me. Maybe if they didn’t have an AirPod in one ear and a headset in the other they could hear clearly. Even if it was a mobile order she goes, “what’s the name” “what’s the name” “what was it again” as if she needed to buy time to do something else. Overall an annoying experience.

Restaurant is dirty. Tables not washed and floor not swept. The food is as you expect, but service is slow. The restrooms are dirty, but at least they're available. This restaurant is right on Sunset, so restrooms are hard to come by. The drink station is reasonably clean. The restaurant looks recently refurbished and the food prep are looks clean. I've been going to Del Taco for 34 years and I had the worst food and service I've ever had at this location. I hope management reaches out to me as their phone number is not even connected. - We're vegetarian and they put meat in our food. - We didn't get forks when 3 of our items required forks AND no napkins for our messy meal. - We ordered a large drink and they gave us the wrong soda. - The drive-thru rep was generally unprofessional, rushing us when there were no other customers behind us until just after we completed ordering. - We were not given a receipt, but we paid $36.60 at exactly 1:42 AM PST @ 4376 Sunset Blvd. - What makes this worse is that we were celebrating my partner's birthday and had a great night, but the night ended in messy crap food and service. We are too far to go back to this location, and I will absolutely dispute the credit card charges if nothing is done to correct this.

Stood at the counter for 2 minutes while an employee just stood there not acknowledging me at all. I guess she wanted me to use the kiosk instead of actually doing her job and taking my order. Just left the store location. The kitchen workers wanna talk mess in Spanish thinking I won’t under but I did. All because I didn’t want the secret sauce in my taco you think it’s okay to poke fun and make fun of the customers coming in to even give you work to do in the first place? Not okay. Just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean the workers have to be rude.

I just paid $6 for a Del Beef burrito. It was basically a tortilla with one TINY scoop of meet. NOTHING else. I’m completely shocked. Go support your local taco shops, this place does not care. Never coming to this location again.

I ordered using Uber eats, the manager must be telling the employees to put less ground beef on the tacos, I ordered the del beef tacos which are supposed to have a lot more ground beef than the regular tacos. This place are going to lose customers if they keep ripping off people. They don't put napkins and also didn't put a straw for my drink. I'm never ordering from this location ever again. But looking at the tacos I think they sent me the regular tacos not the del beef tacos.

I ordered the snack tacos with extra cheese.And again they did not put extra cheese. I ordered two drinks and when I asked for a carrier they said we don't have any. Del taco is getting money and not providing quality service. If you like good food and good service do not go there. I went back to DEL.Tand the manager was very happy to provide me with snack tacos with extra cheese. The picture below depletes.What a snack taco should look like with extra cheese.

Entire experience was bad. I don't know if anyone should be eating this. There goes more money down the drain. Money must grow on trees for these people. Shame I used to love Del Taco.
