My friend and I go to this Computer Club all the time. Great prices and good administrators. We like the atmosphere here

Clean and comfortable space, sadly not a full keyboard but I'll live. Membership required.

My Toyota was picked up from Los Angeles. The driver showed up on time and even called when he was 30 minutes out. Great service!

Can play new games without the need of buying a gaming PC. Chairs are nice and comfy and the bathroom is kept clean (a must for places like this). Usually never full, always easy to find a computer. The equipment is really nice. Can bring drinks and food to snack on if you're clean. (They also sell drinks and food and have a microwave). Can also use Xbox controllers that they provide at no cost . There are free games but if you wanted to play Palworld for example, you would just need to buy the game. You can also, download games off your own steam account. The staff is always friendly. There's tons of food options around too. Never had any problems here as a woman either. 10/10, great place!

Nice place kept clean with clean restrooms, snacks are priced very well, the equipment is good the atmosphere is good. They offer hourly rates 5 hour rates and all day rates, you must purchase a membership but it comes with 3 hours of time, I purchased the membership and added the 5 hour package I didn't use my whole 8 hours there so my time will be saved to my account and ready to use next time I go in. I'm pretty sure the employees name was Juson, he hustles does his rounds and cleans after every guest, give him a raise! I recommend this spot if you are looking to game on some great equipment and in a good environment.

Air-conditioned, spacious, comfortable chairs, nice computers, friendly staff, and very reasonable rates after the one-time $20 membership fee. I needed to kill some time, and this spot killed it. Would that my much smaller home town had a comparable business, there would be more PC gaming in my world.

I always have fun coming here to play with friends, it’s always a blast. Staff are friendly and easy to start a conversation with and everyone is respectful. I used to come here with my late step father before he died in Afganistán brings back memories

Cyber City is a great place to come and relax after a long day. I love coming here and playing games with my friends, especially because I currently do not have a pc at home. The computers are clean, and have all games fully updated. It's open till late and the staff are always helpful and attentive. Parking can be difficult, but a spot usually opens up.

Good spot. Good prices. Great setup. My only complaints are that it got a little uncomfortably hot. They need to have the AC on more. I also wish they had some diet/lower calorie snacks/drinks for sale.

This place is great is has almost everything you need, although there was one person that was helping he was very very helpful with me and my party members; the only thing I found hard was the pricing which I couldn’t find anywhere on the website but I hope these photos of the prices will help to anyone going there :) P.s you can’t take photos I took them with the managers approval.

If you're a military dude that owns a system(pc/console), you can't use there ethernet or wifi. Plus the place is super hot. If you're going to be a GAMING CAFE tend to everyone's needs even the military guys.

The place has gone downhill. Used to be awesome and full of good vibes, now it seems very strict and uninviting. If you go with a friend that's not much of a gamer, they'll still force them to buy a membership or they have to wait outside. The place was empty save for a couple other people, and the employee was still very forceful about it. As far as the games, previously you could play just about anything and if it required a user account, they would log you into the Cyber City account and you could play anything. Now, if you don't have the game yourself, and login through your own Steam or EA, you're out of luck. The employee flat out refused even when I told him how things were done previously. He said he knew all the logins but wouldn't do anything like that for us. So essentially, they have more than halved the available games and massively downgraded their services rendered. Add the price increases and broken headsets, and this place is a shell of its former self.

Edit: To their credit, they offered me a refund on my hours package. To my surprise, they followed up with a permanent ban for my original review. This is consistent with other reviews that stated the same thing happening with those customers. Surprises me that, rather than trying to win back a customer, they alienate them completely.

I took my kids here last night for the first time (the Wilshire location). They were so excited but unfortunately could not play any games. We spent 75 dollars and 45 minutes trying to get games to work. The staff with the long hair sitting at the counter was completely useless. We eventually gave up and left with my 9 year old crying. Not one game would play for longer than 5 minutes....waste of money and time 😩

One of the mice I was using broke mid competitive game and I was banned for 8 hours. They know the mouse is broken too , and just leave it there for the next customer to get surprised by.

Today, my account was banned simply for leaving an honest review. I was then told my account could be unbanned only if I deleted the review and replaced it with a positive one. This is extremely concerning, as it feels like I’m being punished for telling the truth and pressured to post something misleading. I value fairness and transparency, i hope some of you dont support a business like this
