This use to be a really weird spot. I guess they got security and now it's calmed down. Standard Jack in the box experience.
It's a fast food restaurant. I love a good breakfast sandwich and Jack in the Box has plenty to choose from. They do have two different sizes of coffee to choose from plus a lot of cream and sugar for you. Only problem is, is there can be drug addicts out in the parking lot and sometimes inside the restaurant. They probably won't bother you however their appearance is questionable. Good Luck everybody!!

Came here at 1am and made it rain dolla billz on the drive thru lady. She made it rain deliciousness as embodied by this burger
It was an Awesome day ! The damn food was not only fast, but quick to digest for the amount of time I'd had to stop and catch a quick bite , oh and the area was inviting, It's definitely come along way, the sales reps, and concierge at the doors to every bussiness along the walk of the out door shopping mall, was just stupendous, valet is always friendly and courteous ! And the absence of annoying traffic and long waiting periods at traffic lights , just made it that much easier, the awesome views and landscape scenery I'll certainly never forget, the area is always bustling with shoppers and the spending of their time amongst some of the most beautiful people and tourists, the world has to offer ! Just a really hometown feel and atmosphere, the scenic lake and tennis courts , along with lawn bowling at your leisurely request the ducks are in their natural habitat as is their glowing reflections off of the waters of holding.
Breakfast are kinda expensive for the size and portion. Thank goodness they accept EBT. Every then I still feel like that EBT could have gone to better use. But hungry is hungry
The crew members here are very nice. You have to buy something to use the bathroom. The food is good and they accept the EBT.
Food was good just like any other jack. Just had a little issue with the "large" coffee they gave me. Thats a medium cup. So just a heads up, they skimp you on the drink sizes.
Wow, things have gone downhill for this location. Food is not bad, but the front of the restaurant is blocked by homeless people who harass you. Many street people who haven't ordered anything are hanging out inside and begging money, threatening and cursing people, myself included, scarry.
I order Door dash A few minutes ago I ask for a breakfast and for drink replace the coffee for an Ice Coffee Mocha They charge my ice Coffee and they send me a regular coffee I have been trying call the store but no one answering It’s not the first time I don’t recommend this place
Well I usually have a mediocre experience here, but tonight it was just super rude like I the paying customer, was making an Inconvenient request for a utensil to eat my food with. The manager of all people was leading the way on how to treat the customers like they are bothering them. It took over 15 mins to receive a fork, and the manager was just blatantly ignoring me like I was invisible. Luckily the drive thru attendant saved the day and I was able to flag him down and ask just one time for a fork which he quickly reached below the counter and handed it to me. That manager needs to quit her job if she's going to make customers feel like that. Make the guy at the drive thru a manager. She's a monster. 5 stars for the kid at drive thru 0 stars for manager at the dine in register.
I love this location people are friendly The atmosphere is nice. I just ordered two tacos monster tacos which came full of grease and really cold I ordered some small curly fries and they tasted raw I don't think I'll be ordering from them for a while besides what my daughter ordered it came out to $10 and something cents
After waiting for more than 5 mins in the drive thru, I gave up and left. How is this place still open?

The worst jack in the box on earth. They ruined my one treat boba vanilla shake, overpriced and the boba was hard as a rock I was in tears.
The girl in the drive-through is rude and not helpful. She didn't want to take our order and was making faces at me and my family. Also, the chicken nuggets that we ordered were black and seemed like they were sitting in dirty oil that had been unchanged in a long time.
Went in and ordered a 8 pc nuggets and small curly fey the curlt fries cracked my teeth and Ms Maribel is a horrible manager with horrible customer service, when it did happen they told me to come back but i havnt really had time, now they gave me a hard time to get my money back . do not go here there are better locations in the valley .
The ULTIMATE BACON CHEESE BURGER - Thought I’d give the terrible location another chance after the last time both the food was disgusting & staff with incredibly bias: this time the staff or cashier was friendly though may of been the same guy, the manger was there working the drive-thru. Dropping the rating to one star since this time around I managed to take pictures before throwing the food out. Got the “Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger” (around $7.79) which was the ultimate disaster; not only missing pretty much everything except one broken up piece of bacon but was such a travesty in comparison to the menu picture that felt it justice to show everyone what I received.
I grew up in this neighborhood everything was great before all the food vending out side and now all the homeless inside this Jack. The Mc Donald's on Whilshier and Union doesn't allow this to happen. I asked the manager on March 3rd 2023 at 3:30 pm weather they could do something about the ones sleeping on the booths taking up the space from the guests that were actually consuming and they said there is nothing they could do. If it were a regular person they could say they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but they can't do it to them? Doing drugs right infront of the customers and kids. Using the trash room as a personal restroom and the inside restroom as a personal shower. BRING BACK THE NICE AND CLEAN JACK THAT IT WAS BACK THEN!! Please don't close it down just make the right people accountable and take care of the place.. it's been there for solo long!!
DONT COME HERE. Look at my "buttery jack" it was not buttery, it was not juicy. I'm calling the BBB for false advertisement. The thing looked like it was sitting there for the last 3 hours. Customer service was just as dry as my burger. Place had transients just hanging out. I normally don't have a problem with the last one if they're eating and ordering... But they were just hanging out... Like it was a day care of some sort. This place is unkept, by far the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to, and now possibly the last one I'll ever go to.
