We had a great meal at The Doughroom. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service all came together for an excellent evening without breaking the bank. We shared a few appetizers and a couple of pizzas — the olives and garlic knots were especially good. The pizzas are on the smaller side, perfect for sharing. We finished with the Salted Caramel Budino, which was outstanding.
I came in last weekend and again today to grab a drink and some food, but I just wanted to take the time to say Chris and Alicia were both great. I sat at the bar both times and ordered the wings and two jungle birds and was very happy with both my order and the service. Both Chris and Alicia will treat you like a regular and make sure you’re taken care of. I will definitely be coming back for happy hour 🍻 *last photo is the shortbread dessert, bundino I think?
Recently moved to the area and I pass by this place on my commute. Finally took my partner here and super glad we did! Clean, modern décor; good use of the space they have - with even an outside patio for seating. No complaints w/ the food, everything was genuinely delicious. We had the Spicy Pig - really good pizza dough and considering the establishment name, that's the bare minimum lol. The Brussel Sprouts with a layer of goat cheese on the bottom was heaven! Mozzarella sticks were standard tasting (but superb texture) but we're not trying to reinvent the wheel or anything w/ a classic favorite. We were here last Sunday just before happy hour ended (also a plus they have weekend Happy Hour timeframes!) and whoever was tending the bar drinks then - please share our compliments for very well-executed, delectable cocktails. We've had Sazeracs from NOLA and I am a Negroni enthusiast - so the Strawberry Negroni and Sazerac cocktails were definitely a highlight. The cocktail quality alone would have us coming back for more. Christian S. was our server and he was very courteous and professional the entire time. Overall, really great experience and we'll definitely be back for round 2 of scrumptious eats and sips.
Honestly, The Doughroom never misses. The wings are absolutely unreal—perfectly crispy, super flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. I could eat a whole plate on my own (and maybe did). The pizza? Easily some of the best around. The crust is that perfect mix of chewy and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and loaded with flavor. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. Great vibes, chill staff, good drinks—it’s just one of those spots you keep coming back to. If you’re into wings and pizza, do yourself a favor and go.
This is a lovely LA pizza spot! The dough room really does focus on fresh dough. You can see them cooking it right in the kitchen and the quality is outstanding. We started with the garlic knots and they are well worth it. Nice buttery with herbs and Parmesan cheese, we also got the meatballs which were outstanding and the pizza was delicious and I’m pretty particular about my pizza. It was a thinner crust and the flavors complimented each other nicely. I wish I would have gotten their version of the margarita pizza because it looked fantastic but the cheese pizza with pineapple was very good too, highly recommend and will be back.
The BEST brunch I ever had. tasty and clean. not sure why I did not go there for brunch before. I could eat this brunch every day. I hope their quality does not change.
Servers were great, the happy hour is a really good deal and you get a lot of food! We came in the minute happy hour was ending, yet they still allowed us to order from the menu. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza, but the dough was delicious. Highly recommend trying the garlic knots and fried cauliflower! We reheated the rest of the pizza and garlic knots in the oven and it was even more 😋
This spot is a hidden gem near Culver City. Came here for date night with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved everything we ordered. Good flavors all around. The burrata was cold and creamy with delicious pesto on top and tender prosciutto on the bottom. The pappardelle was hearty and cheesy. We really appreciate that the pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was firm and the slices had very minimal flop. You can tell that they use quality ingredients at this spot. We’re excited to try the wings next time because they are apparently a hit there!
Delicious Italian food. Nice outdoor seating. Plenty of room at picnic-like tables. Very yummy food. Small portions for the price.
This pizza was the best I’ve had in LA so far. I loved the ginger beer and the mozzarella sticks (which were tasty and still light). We had the spicy bear and Van Damme pizzas which tasted different in a very good way. 10/10 recommend visiting if you’re looking for some good vibes and even better pizza!
Wow, Charlie, our waiter is a one of a kind old soul kinda guy. Not only did he drop serious knowledge but he was one heck of a waiter, super friendly, courteous, and attentive. Let me just say the ambiance in this place makes you feel like you're at a brewery and the food is A+, the dough was on point, every entree was cooked perfectly, and the taste was superb. My hats off to the cooks and chefs of this restaurant, which you can enjoy to watch at the display window, so that's amazing. The drinks for happy hour are labeled and categorized by its boldness so you will surely find something of your liking. The quality of the food is super tasty and really good, the burger is crisp and Angus beef cooked to perfection. It was defined a night to remember, there's good places but then there's great places and this is at the top of the list.

Casually walked into this place over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, service and food at The Doughroom. I will definitely come back for the meatballs and try more pizzas and pastas. I also like that they have unlimited mimosas & craft beer. Great for small and larger groups! Parking is a bit harder to find so plan accordingly.
Great pizza! The meatballs are great too, and so is the bruschetta! Their parking situation is not great so, just be prepared for that. But the food makes it worth it! I don’t know why I didn’t take a pic of it but, the spicy bear is definitely my favorite, although the Margherita is also good. The only thing I’ve had here that wasn’t good was the chocolate cake - tasted store bought and old.
Kelli G killed it. Service Top Tier. Came in for Happy Hour with just 20 minutes to spare, but KG managed the order flow in “waves” and we were riding good times good eats at the Doughroom. Here is a top down list. Chicken Sando $14 good soft bun, nicely crisped up chicken, pickle slaw sauce. Yum Wings, well done. Done well! Good sweet/ hot Sauce and fresh Ranch extra points. Cauliflower Frita, expertly fried with excellent sauce. Special HH pizza with Butter Chicken was (surprisingly) top notch. I’m a (pizza snob) hats off. Fries dropped fresh n Hot well seasoned. Mozz stix hot n melty, marinara (ok) Smash Burger. no complaints. Ceasar , not the best. Olives, tonight a hard pass. You cant win them all, but a winning record fo sho tonight. HH beers a couple bucks off with a good selection discounted & deep list full priced with respected craft names The room is Stylish. Brick bones with nice lighting and an open feel. We had an EXCELLENT experience and food tonight.
One of my favorite neighborhood spots. Great pizzas with creative toppings, delightful cocktails, and a fried chicken sandwich that’s worth bringing friends to try. Be sure to come for the late night happy hour after 9pm for a night cap
It was great last minute find. I was in LA for business and I was craving brick oven pizza. The restaurant had a good vibe. I sat at the bar but there were plenty of seats. Staff was friendly and the pizza was on point. Everyone greeted me in and out. I would return if I found myself in the area again.
Dined at the Doughroom a few times and did my birthday dinner here, and each time I had nothing short of a wonderful experience. The food is excellent — they seriously know their stuff. The spiedini is a must. It’s so juicy and tender. Pairs wonderfully with the arugula. My favorite app to get hands down. Every pasta I’ve tried here was delicious. I’m not one to order spaghetti pomodoro normally because how good it can be? It’s just spaghetti with red sauce! I was wrong. It was flavorful and fragrant with just a perfect amount of kick to it. The servers are friendly and attentive. One of them is a bit preachy though that on a couple occasions my friends were uncomfortable by the interaction. Honestly a great gem in the neighborhood :) Would come again and again!

This place is really fun to come to for a date night. They have some really good drinks too. However, the high price is a bit much for the portions you are being given.
Great place with good food. Pizza 🍕 , salad 🥗 and pasta 😋 were great options for us. There is limited spaces for tables inside and outside, same as parking spaces, especially when a baseball team shows up for a dinner. Enjoy your visit and have fun.
Very fun place to have a big party dinner with friends. Even though it was a little cold outside they had plenty of nice heaters. Service was friendly and prompt, food came out on time and very warm. The roasted brussel sprouts were a little too burnt. The fungi pizza was very tasty and not too thick, a little crispy. The beet salad was refreshing. The pasta was al dente and sauce not too salty, a bit oily though. I was satisfied with everything.

Good outdoor vibe, hot and spicy pizza is good, some of the salads are ok, priced appropriately Went for happy hour too. Brussel sprouts were good, mozzarella sticks were ok, the fried chicken sandwich was flavorless and dry and the asparagus lemon burrata pizza was not my vibe (good crust, but the flavors were offputting for me) I would stick to their pizzas

Let me start by saying the food was absolutely delicious. That’s why it’s a shame that the service was truly some of the worst I’ve yet to experience in LA. We were seated, our server came over and greeted us, took our drink and dinner order, and then the server brought our drinks to us. This was the last time we saw the server until the end of our dining experience. Our plates were empty and had been sitting there for some time, our 1 round of cocktails were empty, and our water glasses and water carafe were empty. Our server did not check on us from the moment our first drinks were dropped off in the beginning til the end of the service when we asked for the check. I understand being in the weeds - I’ve been in service industry a very long time. It happens. An acknowledgement of the poor service would have been appreciated. No need to send out anything on the house. Just a simple, I apologize for the poor service tonight would have sufficed. I don’t know how the server couldn’t be aware of the poor service that was given. The fact that it was glazed over was upsetting. We actually wanted to order more drinks and another pizza, which could have brought her check + tip higher, but we never had the opportunity. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this experience. Acknowledgment goes a long way.
Today on 12/07/2025 at 7:46 PM, I went to The Doughroom to pick up a DoorDash order and I experienced clear discrimination. As soon as the employee realized from my accent that I’m an immigrant, his attitude completely changed. According to DoorDash procedure, I must take the confirmation photo after receiving the order. But he talked to me like I was some kind of thief and said: ‘No, you will take the photo while it’s still in my hand. I’ll give it to you after.’ His tone, his facial expression, the way he looked at me — everything was saying: “You’re not trustworthy. You people steal.” This wasn’t just disrespect — it was racism toward me because I’m an immigrant. I’m here working hard like everyone else. I’m not a thief, I’m not beneath anyone. I deserve basic respect. I’m sharing this because if we stay silent, this behavior becomes normal. Racism is unacceptable anywhere.

I want to start by saying the food here is great. I’ve really enjoyed many of their pizzas and have been a fan for a while. However, the service has been disappointing the last two times I’ve come to pick up a takeout order. Most recently, on the night of 9/20/25, the experience was especially poor. When I arrived during my estimated pickup time, I asked the food runner about my order, as directed by the hostess at the front. She completely ignored me, continuing with what she was doing, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. A few moments later, she handed me the order without saying a word, and her demeanor came off as rude and dismissive. I asked if I could get some chili flakes and Parmesan to go—she only grabbed chili flakes and tossed them onto the pizza box without a word. A simple “have a good night” would have gone a long way, but I didn’t receive any basic courtesy. Because of this repeated lack of service, I won’t be returning.
