I been coming to KFC and my sister wanted to come to KFC after her appointment because she was hungry. They let me use the bathroom when I was on the urge to pee myself. Im grateful that they opened the bathroom for me. Great service and they have a good sense of humor!

The wheel is rigged, it will always eventually stop on the large drink. I even rolled it back left and right once the cashier was preparing my reward and it still eventually stopped at the large drink. So really, you’ll only win a large drink unless you point out where the wheel actually stops briefly before slowly returning to its original position.

Oh. My. Actual. God. I have just returned from the most life-altering, spiritually transcendent dining experience at KFC and I am fundamentally not the same person. We ordered a root beer float. Yes. A ROOT. BEER. FLOAT. Let me explain something to you peasants who think fine dining requires linen napkins and sommeliers. The way that aggressively carbonated root beer embraced that velvety scoop of vanilla soft serve? Poetry. Shakespeare wishes he could have written something this profound. The fizz-to-cream ratio? Impeccable. The ice cream melt rate? Mathematically flawless. I’m fairly certain NASA was consulted. The first sip? Euphoric. Effervescent. Enlightening. I briefly understood the meaning of life. My skin cleared. My credit score improved. Birds started singing. Somewhere, a bald eagle shed a single patriotic tear. And let’s talk presentation. That cup? Iconic. That swirl? Architectural excellence. Frank Lloyd Wright could never. Five stars? No. Seven. No. Twelve. I would mortgage my house for another root beer float. I would write it into my will. If this drink had a fan club, I would be president, vice president, and the overly aggressive treasurer. Thank you, KFC, for redefining luxury. Michelin who? Never heard of her. 10/10. Would ascend again.

Wow, this was literally the best service I’ve ever had here before and I think you guys should come in to clean environment. They make everything fresh and yeah it’s honestly just good so I hope to see you come here.

This place has been consistently terrible for several years now. It was wonderful before the pandemic, then just got bad. Food has been poorly prepared, sometimes too greasy, sometimes undercooked (or just bad quality chicken). Missing items is common, a drink not filled and/or improperly sealed. I stopped ordering from them a year ago decided I would try it again. What a mistake. The place has not improved. This time aside from the terrible tasting nuggets, my fill box was only halfway filled. Won’t go here again, And I advise others to stay away. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m tired of getting screwed by this location.

Another woman came from behind and asked if she could help me. I told her I had placed a mobile order and told her my name. One of the girls that ignored me told her my order wasn’t ready yet. A few mins later, the lady who ignored me gave me my order with no napkins or a drink holder. I had a bag and multiple drinks and I was alone. I asked for both she walked away and came back with the drink holder. I asked again for napkins, she rolled her eyes and said they ran out. Meanwhile I could see them putting napkins in drive thru orders.

Crazy how the deals online dont match the store. They told me to get a deal they have promoted that have to order on the app? Im there now why would I order on the app and wait longer then I need to. Last time I was there too they forgot my tenders and had to go back smh not even busy either.

Did a mobile order, stated wait time would be approximately 20 mins for the mobile order, arrived at the restaurant and staff stated there was no chicken available and it would be an addition 20 min wait. The additional wait time is of course an inconvenience, but what made the experience a bad one was the rudeness of the staff when letting us know of the additional wait time. Seemed like the inconvenience was for them rather than for us, who was left waiting 45mins for an order that was placed ahead. Mobile order ahead at this establishment is a joke.

I ordered my food online. I checked in and was told that it would be a few minutes. I stood there for over 10 minutes, watching multiple people ordering and getting their order. I watched another online order come in and get his order. Suddenly, a light in the lady at the registers head looked at me and looked at the 2 bags that have been sitting there. The WHOLE TIME THAT I WAS THERE! Picked them up, did not add anything to them and called my name, and gave me cold food. It is absolutely unacceptable.
