We ordered 2 special order pizzas and the pizzas were made perfectly. The delivery guy, Aaron, was courteous and our delivery was made quickly.
Very good hot pizza we are from Plainview and it is way better than are domino's made just like we ordered it ..
Friendly and professional staff! Rolled in about 8 minutes before closing, fully expecting a “we’re done for the night” vibe—but nope. The crew was still friendly, professional, and had my order out quick without any attitude. Pizza was hot, service was chill. Appreciate the solid experience even at the end of a long shift. Respect. 🍕
This location always gets my order right and I really appreciate that all of the workers need a raise I ordered 3 pizzas and a chicken Alfredo dish and all of them came out perfect 👍 they get every little thing correct I have been ordering from this location for probably 2 or 3 years now and I will continue do to so love the workers and love the food 👍
Well I was not a big fan of pizza before but Dominos has changed me a lot since I started eating it. I literally love their pizza. I’ve tried quite a few types of pizza from them and they never disappointed me. Buffalo Chicken, vegetable pizza both tastes delicious. They are probably the best quick service restaurant in US. Their home delivery service is also appreciable. I also tried their chicken wings which are also fantastic.
The pizza is usually delicious and their timing is very accurate. Reason I rated low is because if they ever got an order correct it would snow in July. I previously ordered a 24-piece and got home to only find 21 pieces. The slices are usually cut very unevenly and compared to Papa John's just a block away they are kind of skimpy on toppings for the price. Same pizza at Papa John's is 3 to 5 dollars less and has plenty of toppings, enough to discern what kind of pizza you're eating. I do love Domino's Pizza and I hope the store can figure it out because I've ordered 3 different times and every time there's an issue.
The $9.99 pizza special is good but they really cut back on ALL the toppings. Pro tip order online ONLY !!! It took me 20 minutes to get my order in trying to use the person at the front counter. It was unbelievable !!!
The quality of food was poor. It seems they have changed some things. I did not enjoy it at all. I prefer Lil Ceasars any day.
It’s really frustrating when you pay for an item and don’t get it. Then I call asking for that item to be delivered and ‘we don’t do that’ ……. Not sure I’ll ever order Dominoes again.
Ordered two pizzas and a dessert. They cooked the dessert and one pizza and forgot to put the other Pizza in the oven. So my food's out there for 20 minutes while they finally finished the other pizza. I mean, how do you forget to put a pizza in the oven when you work in a pizza restaurant??? 😁
There was roaches and flies all over and the workers had bad attitudes when it came to doing their jobs
When trying to place an order over the phone woman kept speaking over me, once I was done ordering one pizza and moved on to the second one she asked me again about the first pizza. I just went & ordered in person total was almost $70 & they wouldn’t take a $100 bill.
Once again they forgot how to make pizza! Both pizzas greasy, burnt and overcooked to the point the cheese was orange colored! They need to send corporate again like they did before to correct this or sell the franchise to someone who cares😡
Just checking my credit card statement. 54.00 for 2 medium pizzas delivered maybe 1 mile.. 🤣🤣 Day after Thanksgiving,check your credit cards people when ordering from anywhere I guess 👍
Not only does this location not understand the difference between "well done" and burned, but they left the pizza on the floor in front of our door, saying that nobody came to the door when we were obviously home. By the time we realized it had been delivered, there were ants on the pizza. The manager, rather than apologize, wanted to argue with us whether/not the doorbell was rung. If this is protocol, to leave food on the floor, then no, thank you.
UPDATE: I was given the tip back. The woman was very very kind and we had a couple laughs. She was amazing! Her de escalation skills are top notch. I just really wanted a full full full refund on the whole thing, I think an employee or anyone feeling entitled enough to do that is CRAZY. I understood her point and I know she understood mine as well. Other than that $5 ain’t enough for me to stress about. It’s the principle! I wish I remembered her name, she really needs a raise or something . Delivery driver TIPPED themselves, says it on my receipt too! I even tipped cash, the worst thing you can do is steal money from someone, it’s not about the $5 it’s about the AUDACITY this person has to steal money. By the way this is so illegal. Hope this gets fixed, called the company and they sounded nervous, told em to call back in an hour. I better get a full refund at this point. I’m SHAKING with anger.
For 2 weeks now, I see commercial after commercial about the new Stuffed Crust Pizza from Dominoes. Only $10.99 the ad says!! I decided to try it even though I gave up on Dominoe's years ago. I called to order only to be told it as $19.00. When I asked why it was not $10.99 like all of the commercials the manager quickly told me "Call corporate"............ What a rip off, but then again, its Dominoes, the company that normalized charging customers for parm cheese. I guess it will be at least another 10 years before I call dominoes again. Dishonest company and franchise.
Not sure what is going on with this location, but the last couple of months I've ordered they have messed up my order/forgotten stuff/burnt/undercooked the pizzas... you name it. Watched your driver deliver another order across town before coming to us despite us being way closer so our pizza was cold. Prioritize closer customers so that they get fresher food and not something thats been driving around for 20 minutes... Always forgetting my extras/dipping sauces too. If you're going to charge for them, you could at least actually give them to me... One time I called this location when they forgot half my order to ask for the rest of it and was told they would send someone out but they never showed up. Tried to report all of these issues to y'all but the website just gave me an error. So that's a little extra insulting. Furthermore Dominos has been shrinking their menu and disguising it as 'new' products, like the 'brooklyn style' pizzas and the specialty chicken has changed for the worse as well. Less topping offerings too. Prices going up for lower quality. All and all we are pretty much done being Domino's customers in this household.
I've never paid so much for pizza in my life. It was good, it would have been nice for employees to offer discounts. I know the cost of making pizza it not that expensive. It will be a very long time before I come back & I will be letting ppl know by word of mouth of highway robbery. When I asked about the amount, the employee looked at me like I was crazy & shugged off. Poor customer service by any means.
We ordered delivery. One of the sandwiches was a Philly Cheese Steak which consisted of toasted bread with a little bit of cheese and I must have saw a few scraps of meat and two small slices of green pepper. When I called the store I was told there was nothing they could do because they go by weight.
My child placed a delivery order, used the tracker, and the order said complete. The order was not delivered, so I called the store to get details on what happened to the order. The team member said the delivery driver called, which was false. Advised driver will call to get instructions on how to get into the property,never happened. My child called and got the manager on the phone asking about order, she proceeded with the utmost rudest attitude, and when I heard her , I took over the phone conversation, and proceeded to reciprocate to her the nastiest attitude back...frst of all! And whether who was on the other line you are servicing the public, you are the manager act like one! She threatened to ban us from ever ordering from there, and I tried calling back to get their names and they kept hanging up on the call..I called from a different number and heard the manger tell her employee just hang up on them! Point of it all... people do not do their jobs at full potential, DOMINO'S PIZZA do better at training your team members and mangers,and emphasize your customer service skills!
