Avis sur Raising Cane's Lubbock
I love Cane's! I visited on a very busy day, but the service was still great even though there were tons of other drive-through customers! The food was fresh too!
Always one of my favorite chicken places
Love eating at Raising Canes. The food is very good quality. I like that I can go to Raising Canes during my lunch break and not have to wait a long time for my food to be done and I still have time on my break to eat my food peacefully and not have to eat my food in a hurry. Overall the food here is amazing and the staff is always very helpful.
I would have given a 4 star rating here if what had happened was due to Raising Cane's, but when I came here on a school trip, I ended up losing half of my meal due to some of my classmates telling me that we couldn't bring food back when we in fact were able to, so I threw away my delicious strips and cane sauce. Other than that, everything was perfect as always :D
I like coming here. Good chicken fast and friendly service. Makes a huge difference then when you get someone who you can tell absolutely does not want to be at their job. Keep up the good work!
Awesome! First time eating here. The sauce that came with the big box combo was amazing! With the fries it tasted like gravy and with the fingers it tasted like some kind of barbecue sauce
Very talented, kind and efficient people work here. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to place an order here. Even when they have a drive through line around the building! The best thing is their consistency of great service 👏
Quite simply best tenders I've ever had. Fries a great and the tea is legendary. But the cane's sauce...oh it is made with everything good in the world. Read the other reviews, it is definitely like crack!
Amazingly tender and lightly battered chicken ! Love their dipping sauce and the thick sliced toast, Oh and the crinkle fries are always hot when eaten right away !!! Great Lemonade. .. not too sweet, just right !!!
Good fried chicken fast food joint, known for their homemade dipping sauce. I've only ever gotten strips here but have been happy with every order.
Love canes chicken strips and there dipping sauce. The fries were hot and the bread delicious. The slaw was a little off, can't tell you why though! Lemonade was ok.
I picked up food for others it 2as fast
Fresh and hot every time. Chicken is a little bland so you have to use the sauce. I prefer the honey mustard over the cane sauce.
the best resturaunt thats open late
Delicious food. Always great service. Very friendly. This facility is usually pretty crowded since it's right across the street from Texas Tech. Great in the summer though.
Amazing establishment overall, immaculate service, phenomenal vibes! Andrew was very welcoming and did an outstanding job helping each and every customer with every small need, he made sure every table was kept clean right as the customers left. Will definitely be eating here more often! 🤗🤗
We were there for dr apt from nm at 8 am our time and we wanted raising cane's at that time... and we were so happy it was open at 9 am tx time ... it was great service and food
If you're looking for fresh and delicious Chicken Fingers look no where else because Cane's quality is exceptional. Never had a bad experience!! Friendly staff, clean place, tasty lemonade and of course sweet tea!! Go there and you'll be there all year!
The quality of food at this Cane's is equal to any other Cane's. However the service at this one is above and beyond. Drive thu lines can circle around the building and you still receive your food within 10min. The employees maintain an upbeat attitude wether you visit at 12pm or 12am. Very good service!
Great food. I don't eat out very often and Raising Cane's is a regular place for me. The flavor is consistent as is the tenderness of the chicken. I'm not very crazy about the coleslaw but everything else is very good.
Employees are such sports and have great enthusiasm. They maintain (usually) superb service even when packed. Expect a long line Saturday nights after 12am. Chicken is always on point and fries are cooked to perfection. Best Canes in Lubbock.
The best ever. My favorite fast food period! The sauce is mind blowing, the chicken is perfect (tender&juicy) the perfect crispiness..not too much just right..the texas toast ..just right! Coleslaw is not too dry or not too much dressing..its perfectly made. I'm always in heaven when I eat Raisin Canes! On everything I love!
Cane's is almost always really good, I am afraid of it getting more expensive but for now I feel it is worth the trip to eat out
Came in at 1:20 am, placed my order. 2 minutes later it was ready and steaming hot. Absolute beauty, staff amazing at this time of night, had a little crumby chicken and they swapped it. Legends, keep it up !!!
Always great food and service.
I was driving through Texas and stopped here it's been awhile since I had raising Cane's I only wish they had one in New Mexico service was amazing the restaurant was clean
LOVE their chicken! It is tender and juicy and comes fresh and hot. The breading is not too crispy. You can swap sides out which is nice for picky eaters. Even when there is a line they usually get people served quickly. Only thing I would change is the price, they are a little on the high side but comparable to other chicken places.
Absolutely amazing! Everyone at Raising Canes seem to be happy to be there. 99.999999% of the time that I go, everything is perfect. There has only been one time that I had the mildest issue, but everything was resolved. Raising Canes is my favorite chicken place. I think im addicted to their sauce. If you have never been to Raising Canes, you need to go ASAP!!
Simply put: it's good! Never had a bad meal at Raising Canes. This was our first visit to this store, but still no issues (except for the iced tea I dropped, then they insisted they would clean it up). Definitely go back when we are in the area! The 3 finger combo is almost too much! Oh, plenty of parking if you dine in.
This location in downtown Lubbock was a very friendly restaurant with great service and exceptional food despite how busy they were. Ordered the sandwich combo and 3 chicken tenders with Cane's sauce, would return to this location.
This is just one of those places that never fail you. Unlike other fast food restaurants, that consistently mess up orders, this place is accurate and consistent. Some of the best fried chicken that you can get as well, always served hot. I recommend trying it with the Louisiana hot sauce, you’ll have to ask for that on the side though or it won’t be included. The sweet tea here is really good too. They’re open late as well so it’s great for a midnight snack.
We use the drive thru! Always quick and correct orders every time!!!!! Added bonus: delicious coleslaw!!!!!
If you’re craving chicken strips check out Raising Canes! Great atmosphere, food is great and the waiting time is short.
Everyone who worked there was super friendly. My food was ready before I even got to finish filling my drink!
I received spectacular service at this location from Robert Bond who went out of his way to make sure we had a satisfactory experience. Amazing food, clean restaurant and amazing service by Robert. We visited from Alpine, TX and sure wish we had service and food like this.
Clean, friendly, and good food as always!
What's better than eating the best chicken next to the best university. Wreck em Tech
10/10 experience saw someone getting rear ended in the the drive a show with a view
Took my boys after a long hike along Dunbar lake. Everyone was joyful and pleasant. Food came out fresh and hot immediately after ordering. Establishment was clean. Had a good time and the food was awesome
Lubbock Texas on Slide road Employee at your drive thru name Grace was wonderful great personality great service
Been on the road traveling with our camper and needed to get something a little different and found this Cane's. Because there is no dine in right now and our travel trailer didn't fit through the drive through, my son walked up to the window and to our surprise the workers there took care of him and took his order. Thank you for making my son's day. When coming through town again, we'll be back.
I love Canes! I was working during our snow days as I work at the hospital! I called one to check if they were open and 2 if I could order the tailgate meal through the drive thru as I was unable to place an order online. The lady I spoke to on the phone then fixed the website so I could place an order online! She did not have to do that as she had explained it was turned off due to the uncertainty of closing due to weather! I really appreciated it! The food was great as always!
Just want to thank the sweet employee who helped me today. I was on day two of dashing and she helped me so much!
Great food during my stay in lubbbock. Thank you
Love this place! Great food and friendly service!
Little pricey but great food some of the best chicken in town.
I mostly go for the caniac combo. Excellent fried chicken, the crispiness and flavor are all there. Usually have mine with bbq sauce hadn’t tried the cane sauce and its alright. Servers are friendly, food isnt long if the place is not full.
We got there placed our order, got our drinks and had just gotten to our booth when they called Maximus. Order of 4 ready, great service, great atmosphere, food exceptional. Must Go by there to eat, you will not be disappointed. Great job everyone 👏🏻.
They always have fresh food and you really don't have to wait long.
When we walked in we were greeted by the cashier Good vibes and when he asked what we wanted to order we told him that it was mine and my mother's birthday today he was casual about it until after we placed our order he went to the back and told his manager and they all surprised us with a gift bag all of them wishing us a happy birthday it really made our day and I highly recommend it and we would love to go back again!!! 💕 Thank you all Soo much!!!
I stopped in to get carryout breakfast for 13 people. It was probably a little unexpected. I ordered the breakfast chicken sandwich meals with orange juice. The meals included included mini hashbrowns. 😋 These sandwiches were a great size and were made with the same chicken recipe they use for their nuggets and strips. They were great. I never thought about chicken for breakfast, but I am sure glad this was recommended to me.
Visited this weekend in the drive thru. The line moved quickly despite being about 8 cars deep. I made the mistake of driving past the first window as my hometown location does everything at the second window, so make sure to stop. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I don’t live the styrofoam togo containers as the condensation builds up and the tenders and fries can get a bit watery, but the sooner you eat them, the fresher they are. I order an extra canes sauce because the one that comes with it is pretty small. Everyone was nice and the food was tasty, so overall just as expected!
The food is always fresh it doesn't matter which location you go to here in Lubbock. I've been to them all. The sauce is awesome. If your not a fan they can offer you a different sauce upon request. The sweet tea is always just the right amount of sweetness. The freshly squeezed lemonade is always fresh is so good.

The food was excellent and prepared in a timely manner. There menu is limited to only chicken tenders and a choice of Cane's sauce or honey mustard. That's all there is to it. Fries and a drink if you want to make it a combo. If that's what you're looking for, Cane's is great. If you want a variety, look somewhere else.
I always come to this location and the food is ALWAYS delicious and I get superb service! Only reason why I put 4 stars was because my fries were really cold today. Still delicious chicken, toast & sweet tea! I'll be back! I promise!
Conveniently close to campus. The fried chicken fingers are very tasty, one of the best in town, it's a little bit pricey but the quality is very good. So I guess it's worth it. The restaurant is clean with nice design and the staff is friendly.
I worked the line for 2 years. Church's Chicken was my game. Gave it my all everyday I worked there. I eventually left, found a foothold in another career and I left fast food. Fried chicken is a staple for southern America, they're things that pair with it perfectly. Fries, Cole slaw, sweet tea, savory sauces, etc. One of the biggest pairings out there is some form of bread or biscuit. I made sure everyday I worked at church's that I gave a honey butter biscuit... it was my duty, my passion, my job. After leaving fast food I went vegetarian for about 2 years. Just recently I've converted back to eating chicken and fish... and today I got cane's for the first time in those 2 years. I ordered a 4 piece with a sweet tea, extra sauce. It was amazing, delicious food. The service was good, the line moved fast. This would have been a perfect experience, but some one.... someone forgot my bread... anyone who's ate cane's before knows that that bread is heavenly. I was looking forward to that bread.... forgetting the bread from cane's should be a crime, a sin against humanity. Should I go back and complain about a slice of bread? No, its not what I do. I don't wanna make those workers just give me a slice of bread, thats kinda extra... so here I am, spilling my heart out on Google reviews like some kind of middle aged person.... overall good experience doe, would recommend.
I loved the chicken because it wasn't ALL breading and it was TENDER!! The ONLY reason you didn't get 5 stars was the fact you're missing something on your menu!!! If all you serve is fried chicken and potatoes, especially in the southern U.S.,you MUST have CREAM GRAVY!! Those who have NEVER had it must try it!! That's even something you can walk around and eat! PLEASE add cream gravy to the menu. I would also request you make it from scratch and I would give you a secret to great gravy but I don't share it with everyone but I would definitely share it with y'all just to go with my chicken and fries!! LOL. I'm from out of state so the next time I come to Lubbock it would be fantastic if y'all had GRAVY!!! Hopefully others will upvote this and y'all will see how many people love gravy!! And sorry I DIDN'T LIKE YOUR SAUCE, I had to find some ranch, it was too hot that day to make gravy. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON THE CHICKEN THOUGH!!!! I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!!
Can’t say the chicken was anything special or the sauce TBH. Very friendly staff, decent fries, lots of ketchup and Louisiana hot sauce. Sesame seeds on the garlic bread were a surprise and unnecessary (we have an allergy).
I really enjoy their chicken tenders and crinkle cut fries. So far all of mine have been excellent. Their sweet tea is to die for, strong and sweet. What keeps them from five stars is that I don't like their sauce and that is the only sauce they have. Be aware also, that if someone cannot have fried food, the only thing on the menu that isn't fried is the coleslaw. If you are looking for good, inexpensive chicken strips, this is the place to go. If you want barbecue sauce on the strips, bring your own.
Chicken is excellent.kid sodas are baby size though, kinda skimpy on the fries
This location is good. The food is good. The customer service is also good. Not any complaints. I did go at 11:00am so there wasn’t a huge rush and not many of any students.
Could use a slight touch up on the cooking. And then the tea could be switched off. Great people, great service, great food.
I finally went into Raising Cane's for the first time. I went in knowing pretty much nothing other than it's popular and it's chicken. I was surprised at how the menu is basically "chicken strips, do you want them in a basket or on bread?" I ordered them in a basket. The chicken itself is of good quality and nicely fried, but it has almost no flavor. The sauce it came with on the side is forgettable, the fries are verging on bad, and there is a piece of Texas toast, which is nice. But overall everything is brown, and super carb loaded, and just bland. The price seemed high for what I got. I don't get the attraction to this place at all. Did I do it wrong? Do I need to give Raising Cane's another chance?
I normally really like this location of Cane's and can expect the same taste and quality from them som that I why I rate them highly on this post. Their portion sizes do vary from being "way too smal…

It is clean on the inside and in the bathrooms The food is usually good for a fast-food chicken place, the only problem I really run into is when I get it to go. I seem to usually get smaller chicken pieces, and the kind of fries most people dislike (the over-cooked, dry, and crunchy) when compared to dining in, which ends up making you feel ripped off for what you pay.
They make really good chicken strips. I am personally not a big fan of their sauce. The do have a honey mustard sauce available upon request. We will be returning there again and again. They do tend to get quite busy at lumch, so get there early and enjoy some good food.
Ordered 3 piece combo, chicken was soggy, fries were a little too salty (for my taste) lemonade and sweet tea combo was great
It's overpriced, but they're selling you the comfort of the atmosphere. If you want a good bang for your buck look elsewhere. If you are willing to sacrifice price for good customer service and comfort this is the place. AC is always at full blast, despite scorching hot temperatures outside. Customer service is top notch. And most find the place is quite congenial.
Chicken was Great, Sauce was Amazing As Usual. It was clean including bathrooms. The wait was forever Even though I seen 5 other people get their orders before me after I ordered, when the cashier checked on me and asked what was my order, they haven't even started it and this was 25 minutes after I ordered INSIDE
Someone was having a bad day. Paid with cash and was shortchanged $10. Had to wait while they counted the drawer. Noticed people who came in after us were getting their food and we hadn't yet. Went to the counter and they just didn't make our order. Waited again and got our food. No sorry or 'any comp' from the manager (she was involved with both). They weren't that busy either. Food was good! Next time I will count my change as soon as I get it!
Usually service is above average however depending on the location of Raising Cane’s i would highly recommend staying away from the one closest to texas tech HIGHLY!
Me and my bf went into canes tonight and it was busy as usual. When it was time to pay I gave the guy the bills and told him I had the penny and he ignored me and my bf spoke up because he didn't want 99 cents of change and he was ignored as well . We were offered ketchup and not given any . The food was great and fresh but being ignored isn't always wonderful
Normally I ate chicken from here because are nice, but today I bought 6 and 3, but all of them tasted burn, really bad, I did not liked, I had to put all of them in the garbage
Went to raisin Cain yesterday. The chicken is actually very subpar compared to other chicken spots. I ordered the sandwich which is obviously not conventional. But I did order extra tenders to en…
Told cashier twice I didn't want coleslaw and to replace it with Cane's sauce. Cashier said that was possible. It went out with the coleslaw and no extra sauce. Manager would not let me exchange it for the Cane's sauce, and wanted me to pay extra for it. Terrible service for average food.
I am not among the main populous when it comes to my opinion of Raising Cane's. Their service is friendly, and the chicken is decent. I do not find their chicken's flavor to be amazing, and it is overpriced. I also love a restaurant with variety, but that's all they have, chicken tenders. If they had other options, I would consider going again.
The kids at the window mixed up orders and got our drinks wrong even though we confirmed it multiple times.
Food was fresh, however the experience of ordering wasn’t exactly the friendliest. The girl taking my order through a tablet seemed bothered and irritable by my presence. Next time I’ll skip this location.
bland ass chicken. no seasoning whatsoever. yall need to learn how to make chicken taste edible. awful.
Literally waited in line for 1 hour and then when we got to the speaker they wouldn't say anything. We waited for another 15 minutes thinking they're just busy and that they'll say something soon…
Went there tonight around 9 and ordered 3 caniacs and 1 box meal. Total of $50 spent. Ordered via the drive thru and had to pull forward and wait for order which didn't bother me as I assumed that …
I understand this is a college town but that doesn’t mean you need to hire children. Some of the employees here not all are just rude and nasty for no reason. A handful of the employees are great the rest or not. I went in today for a fundraiser and the group that was fundraising was being treated so rude by employees. Don’t allow groups to have fundraisers if you’re going to be mean. An employee was more concerned about trying his brand new shoes in the dining room than he was helping anyone during the lunch rush. Funny enough he was one of the rudest ones.
Was the worse chicken I have even eaten in my life. The fries are still partially raw, there Texas toast is just as bad. The mix of catchup, mayonnaise, werstiour sauce and spices taste worse than my 12 sons sauces he makes. Biggest disappointment and waste of money since I moved here to Texas.
Cane's is probably the worst fried chicken restaurant you can go, barely beating convenience store food. Come here only if you can't make it to any other nearby restaurants
I got the caniac combo, and i was excited to devour that 6 chicken combo. I start eating my chicken and as I got to my third chicken, it literally tasted and smelt like cigarette smoke, like straight cigarette and 3 of them were like that with a strong odor. I couldn’t eat the rest bc the taste and smell was too overpowering. I wish I could finish my meal, very disappointing, my business is best elsewhere when getting food late.
My friend and I came through the drive through here Saturday night and the staff was very unprofessional and rude to us. There was no line in the drive through so we pulled right up to the speaker and after a couple minutes of waiting for someone to take our order or even say a single word we asked (through the speaker) if they were open and we were met with an exceedingly impolite employee saying "excuse me" with a very disrespectful attitude. We apologized for us talking into the speaker before they had had a chance to take our order and continued to place our order whilst receiving attitude the entire time. Once we pulled up to the window we over heard employees speaking of us in an ill manor and laughing to the rest of the employees on shift and when we brought up the fact that we heard them talking about us to a manger her and the rest of the staff doubled down and were extremely rude to us. Their food and atmosphere is entirely too moderate for them to be treating their customers in this manor.
Unfortunately it was bad experience, I hope nobody will go through it The cashier punched something that is not what I meant to order. I made a mistake by not specifying what I really wanted ,but I could be asked before payment. I had to pay more than the original price because the order was like item by item. However the whole point is that even they knew there was a mistake happened they didn’t expedited my second order till the food got cold. What u need to do in this restaurant is to be very specific, otherwise u will pay more and u will wait regardless u have part of the order with u or not
I went through the drive thru late at night. After about a minute or so i was saying “hello; are you open?” into the speaker. a few seconds later a woman over the speaker is extremely rude to me. once i get to the window i can hear them speaking poorly of me. i then call asking for a manager, and the woman then proceeds to be extremely disrespectful to me over the phone. will not be returning. awful customer service.
I'd give no stars if I could. They got my order completely wrong gave no cane's sauce the frys were cold and they were rude as all get out. I get dealing with the regular drunk tech students is hard but I'm not a student nor was I drunk or belligerent. Will not return.
Ordered through doordash around 1:45am and they didnt give me anything I ordered. THEY NEVER DO. DO NOT ORDERED FRON THEM ON DOORDASH FOR LATE NIGHT MUNCHIES
gave me wrong order and I call store and know one answer
Never have I been to a place where after placing an order then getting my order which was giving wrong went back to get my order corrected by cashier or manager whom blatantly calls me a liar cause she gave me my order wrong asked her to come out to check what she had given us but refused because she knew how to count do better we've come all the way from san antonio and I'm sure will be coming back for years but not here
Well. Sat at the speaker for 7-10 minutes, got flagged to pull up to the window, once we pulled up to the window. They said we had to go back around into the long drive through line, or into the restaurant. The girl in the window also was not the sweetest in the situation. “We can’t take your order at the window”.
This is the most prejudices, lazy, rude, unprofessional location in this city. As a citizen of the community, a business owner who serves the public I am very disappointed with the condescending attitude of the staff. If a customer request food cooked well and pays for anything extra they should receive just what is purchased. I would love to talk to the owner of this location to discuss front the house conduct, attitude, body language, and respect for all no matter their skin color , origin, or request. I would also love to see a copy of the company handbook to include policy and procedures. Utterly disgusted. After sending my food back respectfully for it not being well done and paying for extra fries…. This is what I was given. I assume it was there way of saying “I’ll fix you”. This is such a disrespect. After about a year of going here and having issues I finally decided to post here. $12 for this? Wow
Practically throw your food at you they’re in such a hurry most of the time. Wouldn’t even take the time to give us a treat for my sweet pup when we asked. Update: it’s now a month later, and the past 3 times I’ve gone and got a chicken box I’ve received soggy strips of this size. And yes, all the strips in the box were this size. And they STILL wouldn’t give my dog a treat.
