My "go to" for a day of service to myself. The staff is nice and professional, even gave me a suggestion on the new types of subs, Italian herb. My sub was heated and melted, the way I liked it, and I added the garlic dressing, it was great. It's quiet and comfortable, in the dining area, their was hand sanitizer, when needed. I didn't want to leave, but a "girl on the go" like me, that's my quick power boost, and back to business
Subway on Frank always makes my sandwiches sooooo good and the ladies are always so welcoming and nice …. 10/10
My sandwiches are always prepared quickly and accurately to what I have ordered online! Always tastes fresh, never stale, and always has things in stock. The employees are very friendly and work quickly. The inside is clean and well maintained. Definitely a great location!
I deleted my first review so I could leave this one. Leave the Booth outside because people are actually using them. Also, the ladies that are there in the morning, such a wonderful wonderful staff!! I have nothing to complain about this is the best subway that I have ever been to hands-down!!

Good food. The prices are getting crazy on their sandwiches. If you order, use the subway app and use the coupon codes. I was able to get 2 premium footlong sandwiches for 11 dollars after tax.

My wife enjoys their broccoli and cheese soup, and i like the loaded baked potato soup. The varied sandwich menu gives me lots of options. Staff has always been friendly and courteous.
The staff has been so overworked today and the store has been so busy that they have not even had time to make any bread they were almost completely out. They had weed and jalapeno and that was it. They were almost out of everything and the store was still lined up to the door. I definitely needed more help but the food was great.
I enjoy Subway but I did not like this particular location. I am very nice to others in the fast food industry, as I work in fast food and know how a customers attitude can affect my mood. I walked in and almost immediately the young girl had a attitude. I brushed it off, as she took my order I asked if the spread was avocado or guacamole, she told me avocado. When I got home to eat it, it was very spicy and it was guac, making my meal unpleasant.

Sandwiches were good but service was not. The lady didn't listen to what we order and when we paid our bill she was told that drinks and cookies was to be paid separately. But after i paid for the sandwiches, she left the register and waited on another person and made them their sandwich. She wouldn't do the second order of drinks and cookies as she was inform at the beginning of my service at yhe register.
Customer service was terrible. Wasn’t anywhere near closing time and wasn’t half way stocked. The wrap I had was poorly made. I’m not completely sure the hair I found in the tortilla was from me. It was completely blonde which isn’t my hair color or anyone’s in my house. The one on timberland was by far better. I’ll just take the extra few minutes next time to drive over there instead.
I did a mobile order for the Subway off 1st street and Timberland, right beside McDonald's. I asked for certain things to be done to the sandwiches in the comment part before completing the order. Arrive to pick up sandwiches, noticed the line was extremely long inside, but thankfully I could skip all that and go straight to the pick up counter. Immediately, I seen they didn't do something I asked, which was wrap each of the sandwiches individually, because they were going to different places. Had to ask them to fix that, which they did. Left, got home, opened up sandwiches, to find they did not make them the way I ordered them. I do not understand why they even bother taking an order if they're just going to make it the way THEY want too!

I ask for sauce on the side and don’t get it, but y’all didn’t even put it on the sandwich when I listed it.

I thought I was just going to be charged a little extra for the meat. Anyway, she goes to ring it up, and it is $14.60. I got some smashed avocado which was $2.50. Normally when I get avocado, it is only an extra dollar. I asked her why it was so much and she said that she had to make it into a bowl instead of a salad. She then started to argue with me while I was holding my screaming toddler and said that she could ring it up the way I wanted her to but that it would be more. I had to keep repeating myself that she could just ring it up the original way that she wanted to. Horrible customer service. I will not be back.
I placed the order by phone for 3 pm and specific details of sandwiches and bottled drinks. I arrived at 2:59 pm to pick up order and staff were outside smoking and we had to wait at the window for them to wait on us. Sandwiches were shriveled looking like a microwave was used to defrost it ( not toasted like requested) and so soggy I could barely unwrap them let alone eat them. No, I told them NOT to add oil and vinegar to either sandwich. Instead of 20 oz bottles drinks we paid for we got fountain drinks that had no ice left. When I mentioned that the drink order was wrong, I was ignored. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had there.
I used the app for the 1st time thinking it would make the process hassle free since the subway near me has a drive thru. Each condiment, vegetable, and customization is spelled out in the order on the app and yet they still managed to get it wrong. They left off several veggies that I had requested and skimped on lettuce of which I asked for extra. This is the worst experience I've ever had with this location. When I went through the drive thru, I didn't even receive a receipt so I couldn't take part in the email survey, where I would have left this lengthy review. I honestly think they didn't give me a receipt for that very reason...they knew the sandwich was made improperly and didn't care.
