Wait time was great. Onion rings were horrible old and cold when asked to send onion rings pictured on menu said all look like that.

Don't use online orders or Door Dash. They will mess it up.

I’m not the one to leave many bad reviews, but this Sonic just angered me!!! I had went to Sonic just for 2 things, ice cream and mozzarella sticks. It’s took over 20 minutes, the girl had an attitude and it was just an overall headache of an experience.

Tried to get a Sonic blast and was told the machines were being cleaned. Had to look up and make sure I wasn't at McDonalds! Cleaning the machines at 7:50 pm?

Service is extremely slow they manipulate their times by having someone check the order out and they don’t bring it for 10+ minutes.. The outside of the store is nasty I can only imagine how disgusting it is inside.

Horrible experience! Ordered a mini blast and strawberry sundae at 8:37pm just to leave empty handed at 9:21pm. After paging for the third time, we were yelled at over the intercom that our order was coming out now. Rude, pink haired, face full of piercings, young girl named ADDIE finally brought out our order which was partially MELTED. I told her to take it back and please bring our refund. She walks away yelling "its only ice cream" over and over as I'm telling her "bring our refund" over and over. They then send another girl and guy with dreads to tell me that my refund would not be credited right away. No receipt or anything was brought out. I had to request the receipt and the manager. A young girl name Micah comes out and I ask her is this the way she's been taught to lead her team and she tells me, "they don't listen to me!" What kind of establishment is this? I counted 7 vehicles that were parked on the employee side and you mean to tell me I couldn’t get two cups of ice cream out at a reasonable time? No apology, no let me correct your order and make this over, no nothing! I only got "they don't listen to me!" This has been by far the worst Sonic experience ever! Please train these young adults on customer service and positive experiences.

Ordered a 15 with tots 4 times in one visit and still got fries!!! And I tipped for the service good way to start a Saturday morning! If like repeating yourself 4 times and still get your wrong Sonic is the best place to go!!!

Updated 8/23/2021: just avoid this Sonic. Two other cars and it take 20+ min to get food at 9 am. The food will not look anything like what you ask for and they will skimp on ingredients. See picture attached of "Premium Burrito ULTIMATE Meat & Cheese" where there were only two tots and barely any meat. This place really depends on the staff working. Sometimes it's great and other times you'll have to get them to fix issues. Never a problem with rush hour just who is paying attention to what goes in your bag.

Two separate experiences. 1st experience I placed an online order, got there and was told they didn't have what I ordered so I asked to cancel it. Waited over 7 minutes because they couldn't figure out how to refund an order that was paid through the app. 2nd experience... Ordered through the app, waited 5 minutes, then five more, then 5 more until I eventually rang for a manager because cars that came after me were leaving before me. She explained the kitchen was slow, that doesn't explain how orders that came AFTER me were received BEFORE me. Finally got my food and the burger was cold. Unimpressed with this location Sonic
