Good tasting sandwiche made to my preference. Fresh tasting.
The all subways in medellin this have the best atenttion, they give you more cheese, and they have another ingredients to put in your sandwich that in another subways of medelling there isn't, I really like to eat there, and the place is bigger than another subways, and is very confortable, I really like to eat subway there!

The cashier was rude and yelled at me in front of everyone in the store for asking for the bathroom keys, which clearly state you should ask the cashier for them. Terrible customer service.

Poor customer service, they don't take orders properly and the staff doesn't seem very well trained.
It took two hours for an order and Rappi canceled it. I placed another one at 10 pm and it didn't arrive until 1 am. It's disrespectful. Never order from here.
The service is terrible, they're rude, and they take orders reluctantly. It's also a hassle to use the restroom. It's truly sad that Subway employs such rude people. This has happened to me twice, and I'm never going back. This place is now off-limits for me.
What a shame a good product is in the hands of bad workers with no desire to serve and providing a bad customer experience of the worst kind.
Terrible service, and after 10 pm they tell you they don't have the sandwich of the day, even though Subway everywhere in the world always has that promotion as long as the store is open. Besides, they don't give you a receipt; they just throw it away. I had to ask for my receipt after they had already thrown it away, and they didn't bring another one, they just pulled it out of the trash. Very bad service.
Manager, I advise you to be more careful when hiring your employees. The service was terrible. They prepared my food very reluctantly, throwing away all the vegetables and sauces, and were rude. You should do something about this person; she shouldn't be working there providing such poor service. I was served by a woman with black hair, glasses, and not very tall, on the Wednesday shift at 3 pm.
The girl who was serving on Friday, November 24th at 1pm, doesn't know the order of the turns... she made me wait in line for more than 7 minutes and then when she saw me, she didn't care and went to serve the Rappi delivery man who didn't even wait in line and who arrived long after me... what inattention, no wonder instead of opening, they close points.
Horrible! If you ever had subway before don’t go here it’s not even close.. bread is stale .. employees are absolutely rude. They don’t even have all the vegetables and sauces to put on your sandwich.. and if you get delivery it’s even worse! I got a frozen cold subway that the meat and bread and even the cheese was frozen.. horrible place
I experienced credit card fraud that I'm 95% sure happened at this location. I based this on my usage and that the fraudulent purchases happened within an hour of my Subway visit. I hope someone looks into this.

What can you do wrong with a sandwich : chicken still ice cold, no tuna available, drinks got mixed up ...
