All the crew that worked 04/04/22 Very pleasant store extremely clean food was looking very well taking care of neat presentable the first Subway I have been to that I didn’t have to second guess if I wanted to eat there or not.

I went today at 8:55am and I didn't get the girls name that helped me but she was super quick on making my egg sandwich but the cherry on top was that she wrapped my sandwich in foil paper and NO ONE ever does that, so by the time I got to work it was still warm and delicious!

The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were friendly and had great customer service. Although I was annoyed because the customer in front of ordered alot of sandwiches I wasn't that upset due to the good customer service. Good job team. I hope your boss recognizes the hard work you all do. I went in 11/18/2020 at about 6pm

Horrible service and they didn't add the condiments that I asked for while dealing with the other sandwich options. The server number was 155, and she did an excellent job but her coworker wasn't that great. They need to work on their accuracy especially since I was the only one in the store at the time. left a pic of receipt as well.

The people here that work here are very nice but they barely have anything ready. Its either the bread thats not done or the cookies which gets me. And what i really dont like is that the sanwhich they made before they dont change their gloves so the old sandwich remnent are usually on my sandwich.

Erving or Irving or whatever this guy's name is, was so rude. My husband, nine year old son and I walked in to pickup our online order. My son said "Hi" this Irving guy didn't answer. My husband said "oh my son said hi" assuming he just didn't hear him. This guy's response was "uhu?" With an attitude. Like saying "and what?" All he had to do was say "oh hi" and go on about his day but no customer service skills whatsoever. Won't be spending my money here again. He needs to find a job where he needs no social skills. He definitely shouldn't be working in the food industry

I’ve been to this location a few times and their ingredients never look fresh (lettuce/spinach/cucumbers always look old). I should’ve known better and stopped going there, right? Well, I didn’t…and recently ended up with food poisoning after eating one of their tuna sandwiches. Safe to say I will never return to this location. I wish the employees did a better job of maintaining cleanliness and practicing safe food handling procedures.

It says it closes at 9pm but they close the doors way before. I came in at 840pm and it was closed already.

I was not welcomed as I walked in like in other Subways. The wrap was really messy. I got 3 tomatoes on it and 1 scoop of guacamole right in the middle and wasn’t spread. On top of that all wraps should be double meat and it wasn’t If I could give a zero I would. Managers and owners need to train their employees on proper customer service. I used to come here a lot but I won’t be anymore. I rather travel an extra 3 min to another subway or competition.

This Subway is the worst I ever been. To begin with the cleanliness. I walk around trying to get a clean table and finally I had to get my son baby wipes to clean a table because I already had my sandwiches in hand. Second I do not have nothing against homeless people and if I could I will buy food for them but if they are at your store make sure you have something for them to clean their hand because this Subway doesn't even have a bathroom service for the clients and they were getting water from the soda machine with the hand extremely dirty and employees didn't care about that. Third after I pay for my food I had to go back several times to finally get my order because the employees who took the order didn't press any attention to detail and I had to stand up 3 times to get my sons order (btw I had surgery on my left leg 2 days ago).

Where to start. This Subway didn't have anything available. There was no soup. No spinach. Only one type of cookie flavor. Beside that the place was dirty. It needed clean up. I was disappointed. I been here before and it wasn't like it was today.

Had a cheesesteak and found two peices of wood while I was chewing. I'm assuming this happened when they cut the meat? This needs to be addressed as it can cause major health concerns. One of the wood chips was about an inch long and if swallowed possibly would have caused internal damage. This location is usually good and staff is nice but this is not acceptable. Please have this checked.
