Just wanted to say I’m glad Whataburger is in Lytle. The guy that took my order outside was pleasant and my order was taken and completed in a respectful and timely manner.
It was great, they were nice but I don't know if my daughter left her lip oil there so if you see like a rhode dupe that is a dark pink please tell me if do so.
Drive thru really is efficient!! Excellent food service Whataburger is just good!! 😊
We really like coming here to eat, especially when Aaron works. He’s so friendly and kind. He makes sure that our food is made to our order. A lot of your staff is not friendly, they don’t smile. Aaron goes above and beyond his job. He is definitely an asset to your company.
Love this spot. It's our one stop shop when we travel from Houston to Southwest Texas. I'd rather stop here than the other place with a rodent mascot, lol.

Dad had the #3 he loved it, grandma had #12 she usually eats half, she ate the whole thing! Husband had the jalapeño and cheese he enjoyed it. Y'all have the most sour female cashiers working there. I've been served by three different ones and its all the same. It's like they want to tell you to go through the drive-thru because it's inconvenient for them that you order inside.
Ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Would have been good if it was warm and the chicken tender but it was cold, dry hard chicken and I felt like it had been sitting someplace for a while before I got it. A $10 sandwich should be better quality.
Food is good. Friendly people. They need to contact chick fil a to see how to run a drive thru. Never had a drive thru as slow as this one. I've had to wait several minutes when there was only a car or two ahead.
Wow, slow service. I stood in line for well more than 5 mins with no one at the cash register. Several patrons in front of me were all upset they had waited for more than 20 mins for their food. The young girl at drive through was completely rude! Wouldn’t let me talk and kept asking anything else in a rude tone I won’t be back. Manger didn’t seem bothered and said idk I just got here. Cashier name on receipt was Bethzy L Busy or not . No customer service at all!
Ordered my food and waited. When it came it was cold, but didn't complain. I ate there and left, I got home and got so sick. Won't be going back
told lobby was closed for some reason. waited 10 min at the speaker. finally had to honk to get the order taken but 30 min wait with only 4 cars in line is insane and theyre lobby is closed.
Order took a long time and cashier was touching the hashbrowns with her gloves, which touched everything else including front door and register, then when approached the manager about the situation and told her I wanted new hashbrowns she made the cashier give me new ones and when she brought my order she had an attitude.
The tea wasn’t brewed properly, the fries were very soggy and tasted like old oil, but that’s not the worst of it. My wife was in the restroom and witnessed one of the managers/leadership/someone with a different colored shirt (older lady with a blue shirt with stripes) than the regular orange shirts tear up the restroom and proceeded to quickly wash her hands for less than 2 seconds only using water and went back to preparing food. If that’s not disgusting, then I don’t know what is.
I come to this Whataburger quite often and never have issues, but I went today and the staff looked pretty new or at least I didn’t recognize anyone. I ordered a chicken sandwich and not sure why the cook thought it was a good idea to cover the burger in sauce, soggy and gross, thanks. No ketchup in the bag either to top it off.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have to. Every single time I go through the drive thru, it’s a 15-20 wait. I would understand if the line was long, or if I had a big order, but that’s never been the case. The past two times, after waiting 15+ minutes, I go inside to cancel my order and miraculously they will get it ready. The manager does apologize about it and signs the receipt for a free replacement meal. I don’t want a free meal, I just want my order in a timely manner.
This place always makes food wrong or missing something today was my drinks had to tell them how to read a receipt then my gravy’s were missing had to tell them that too. Tea was old and had a bad taste. Then get home and missing my Buffalo and ranch not in the bag. Paid 75 dollars for dinner and it was not worth 10 bucks. Girl in the drive through kept rolling her eyes like it’s my fault they can read the order right.
A year later, still the filthiest Whataburger I've ever been in. Had to wipe a table to sit down. 0815 slow, no one ever feels the need to clean the lobby here. Have to ask for napkins, top napkin looked like someone blew their nose in it... employee looked right at it and still handed it to me. Still one star.
