The food was great and we were having a good ol time until I got up to refill my daughter's arcade card, not even 5 minutes away from the table and my pizza and wings were thrown away which I wasn't done with yet. I'd understand the need to clear the table asap if it would have been busy and people were waiting around to be seated but that wasn't the case. The girl with the red hair was friendly and nice, the other gal, not so much.

Usually have not had a problem, but today was bad. Pizza was cold, no delivery option was available so we had to drive to pick it up. Pizza was overall just not very good. Ordered two, and they just didn't taste good at all. Forgot the hot honey on one pizza. The guy behind the counter had black painted fingernails, which were chipped, so hopefully it didn't end up in our food. Overall bad experience. Because of this we will definitely seek out other places. Round Table is super expensive, and I feel like I got robbed. In my opinion, both pizzas were worth $20 instead of the $45 we were charged. And the black painted fingernails with chips on a guy, seriously!!?? Overall bad experience.

Went in on a Sunday night, seemed like no one wanted to work. All the tables were dirty and there was only one table of people when we got there. The girl at the register didn't pay attention to anything I said and we waited along time for our order, when I finally asked how much longer one girl told me that she thought it was to go, so now our food is cold. How did they think it was to go when she gave us plastic cups, a salad plate and a number for our table? SMH

I ordered pizza today and am very disappointed. I don’t order often because of the price, only occasionally as a special treat. The quality has plummeted. What happened to the thick dough slices I remember? The pizza was thin and salty. It did not taste like a premium pizza for the price. Mind you, I have eaten from Roundtable here in Madera since the 90s. I will not be ordering again….

Truly disappointing experience. It's definitely not worth $30 for a pizza made completely wrong! Arrived at specified completion time only to wait an additional 10 minutes in store. No explanation of new charge even though order was paid in full via website prior to arrival. This is not right on so many levels. Please do better.

Such a terrible experience! I called to order in for to-go and found myself on hold for 5 minutes before I could even place the order. I arrived at the expected ready time and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Staff were rude, short with customers, and preferred to hide in the kitchen even when they had customers asking for help at the register. Tables were left dirty and unclean with cleaning supplies out in the open. And wait times were unforgivable. One family waited over an hour for their orders of wings! My order didn’t come out until over 30 minutes after I was promised it would be ready. Turns out it had been sitting in the warmer most of the time losing freshness and going stale. All they offered me was a few breadsticks on my next visit. I’m normally a huge fan of Round Table pizza but this location is far from worthy of carrying the Round Table name and logo!

poor customer service during my visit. I was given the incorrect items, and when I came back to request the correct size, the staff in the back appeared to find the situation amusing. There was no apology for the inconvenience, just a clear disregard for the customer experience. Very disappointing.

Came in, used my rewards. Got the rudest stares by the people working there when the restaurant was NOT busy whatsoever! It's as if they were annoyed that I used my rightly earned rewards! The people working here are genuinely really rude. They kept whispering to each other and then side eyeing me and my girlfriend. Pizza was typical, needed to be seasoned and gets soggy really quick. I highly recommend ANY OTHER Round Table Location.

I was told 25 to 30 minutes over the phone, took one hour and 5 minutes to get one pizza. Get expected to be lied to both online and on the phone. A more realistic waist time could of saved a lot of hangry attitudes. Courteous clerks but on the weekends expect longer than told waits.

Took my mom to get a salad to go at 8pm they don’t close for an hour and other people were in there and the girl at the register said she couldn’t sell her a salad. The salad bar was still full and nothing was put away. A guy was even making a salad for himself but she still refused her. Which is very weird and odd behavior. Went to Mountain Mike’s instead.
