Food came out quickly and correctly, even with some modifications to our order. The person at the counter was patient and helped with using EBT to pay. There is also a self service ordering kiosk which is convenient. The dining room is large and clean.
They are fast and I have never had any issues with my order here

Hello this is Sarah and Cesar Zaragoza Me and my wife come to this Taco Bell off Avenue 12 in Madera by Easy Trip pretty often, and one young lady really stood out to us — Noelia. She was kind, helpful, and genuinely respectful. It’s rare to see that kind of attitude these days, and it really made our visit better. We just wanted to recognize her for her great service and kindness.
This location is consistent with service and food quality. Its taco bell so I mean its not gourmet meal but it definitely does the job

Only one suggestion to make it any better while placing your order, for us older generation peeps who aren't that savvy with the computer screen to place our orders, you might want to have a FINISH & PAY for us to tap on AT ANY TIME (when we're done with choosing our items) instead of the way you have it. I was trying to end the order to pay and it just digested something else to order. Lol to me, simple is better.
Nice little spot right off highway 99. Easy to get to. The food? It's Taco Bell. If you like Taco Bell, you'll be happy
Worse customer service! I stood there and they didn’t even greet me,that’s one then they see me standing and tell me to use the kiosk? The kiosk had a sign (out of chalupas) I isn’t know I thought it was out of service so thing they could’ve explained! These workers should just go home
Prices went up food got smaller in the boxes $7 boxes used to be $5 and I know not like those new weird tacos they be making.
Stopped by to grab some breakfast, this has been the second time that I have driven through the drive through with the automated message asking if I wanted to order through the app. I ordered my food but I got no response from anyone. I then drove up to the window and saw a worker inside but was ignored. I tried driving to the front, I saw the "OPEN" sign on and drove through the drive through one more time and again I heard the automated message and no response from anyone again. Since Taco Bell doesn't want my money I went inside and ordered from Subway instead. Thanks for ignoring me Taco Bell 🔔.
Seriously, if 0 stars was an option, that's what I would give this location (Ave. 12). We have gone to this location multiple times. Obviously, it's not a bad day for them when it happens repeatedly. I'm sick of wasting money when they can't be considerate enough to make the food as if someone is going to eat it and are expecting for there to actually be food inside the products ordered. Stop throwing everything in the bag. Tacos shouldn't be buried under heavy items. This isn't a busy location, yet they can never get your order right or treat it right. We ordered extra chicken in the burrito and didn't get it, there should have been rice and sour cream in the crunchy gordita crunch because we added it and again didn't get it, tacos should not be that severely broken, a crunch wrap supreme shouldn't be so thin. It's not that hard, especially when there are no other customers. Geez...I wonder why this location is never busy? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Unless of course you enjoy being disappointed, having to fix what they messed up/broke to the best of your abilities, and enjoy still being hungry after spending too much money on wrongly made/broken items. It would be nice for my other half to get off of work and be able to treat us, but with this location, it's never a treat.
Bad customer service... I went in with my kids, straight to check the menu. Nobody was at the registers but I saw workers from the kitchen/drive thru area saw me there waiting. Nobody came. So because my kids wanted Taco Bell I went ahead and started ordering through the screens they have there Like 5 minutes later a man came in and right away someone from the back came to get his order. I don't know how they choose who to serve but I will definitely won't be coming back here. To me customer service is as important as the quality of the food of a restaurant, even the "fast food" ones. Next time will be Subway, which is located right inside the E-Z store or I saw another Taco Bell like 2 miles towards N 99, hopefully that one's better.
To bad I can’t rate it a negative star. Went to order some burritos and I told them without a certain item in them and they did not mark which burrito was special. And they parked us where there were no other car behind us. Extremely lazy employee was seen vaping outside the window before giving us our food.
No don't do it to your body! You can eat better, do better for yourself
They do not put attention to the customers at the front register even though they can see you standing there to place an order they are specting you to use the self order kiosk and when they finally come to you most of the time they won't take the order at the register they for some reason take u to the kiosk to place the order for you , ( what😮😲) i do not visit this location often but the few times I have is dejavú all over again 🤪
I could not understand how to order my usual order, myself, at the order for yourself, kiosk. I went to the counter, and they (the staff) looked at me, talked on the mic, and went and hid behind the kitchen. I waited thinking they called someone ... they didn't. My wife said, "Let's go through the drive-through. We went through the drive-through ... I ordered, and they corrected me asking if I wanted something else , I said no, and they said, "Do you want another item and I said yes .... I couldn't take it any more. I let them order for me because they couldn't be bothered to make a grilled chicken burrito. Exhausting.... if you hate your job, get another one ... life is short. Don't waste your time or mine. Oh, and my burrito was cold.
Went inside to order a quick bite to eat for my husband and I. There was not one person at the checkout counter. I ordered on the kiosk and went to pick up the food once it was done we left and I tried a fry…it was cold and stale! My husband did was also cold, stale and soggy. When we turned around the girl “Sasha/Nancy” not sure which one told me “ you were gone for awhile that’s why they are cold”. I replied “I made it out of the parking lot and came right back in”. She then grabbed the food around the corner and I hear her and her coworker “Sasha/Nancy” “she said her food is cold but I timed her and she was gone for a while” the other girl “how is that our problem”?!! I said “if you are going to have an attitude you can just give me a refund and I will go elsewhere”. I hear “OH GIRL” I said “yes just give me a refund”. Neither girl came to give me the refund they made “Carlos” whom was super apologetic and embarrassed at their behavior. If I could give -10 as a star I most certainly would. You don’t talk to customers that way.
