This location doesn't accept coupons! I should've checked the reviews first! Can't believe we just paid $42 for 3 footlongs! Never again! We should've went to the one we always go to, on Madera Ave. They have no problem accepting the coupons there.

This subway was very clean, I appreciated the cleanliness, I personally had the tuna unlike some the tuna was chilled as it should be. Staff was attentive, all I can say is how disappointed I was yesterday, when I attempted to use coupons for subway as I did less than 2 weeks ago & was denied the right to use their coupons. I was confused. Subway coupons, expiration date 8/20/22. And they refused them . Personally I won't ever trade there again. That man that was working was rude, with the way our economy is, & he could have cared2 less about me wanting to save a few dollars. He needed to go back to his country & be greedy. He is definitely not American.

Disappointment after disappointment with this particular location, first time I ordered online at this location the lady said the order didnt pop up and that she couldn't make my order even though I showed her the app my name my order and everything with proof I paid yet she wouldn't accept anything bc it didn't "pop up" but guess what after waiting for 40 minutes trying to find a way to get my money back she finds my receipt 🤦🏽‍♂️ 40 MINUTES LATER OF WAITING!!! And just today they said my order was ready for pickup so I went and this dude came out of nowhere to check if it was the correct sandwich didn't let me say anything just opened my bag and sandwich and it turns out they gave me the wrong one so now I have to wait additional time to get my correct sandwich which I've already been waiting for, for 30 minutes place is nice and clean just the staff is incredibly unprofessional. Only reason I came back was due to the location being convenient since I reside nearby, never again.

The food is good, And the place is clean but the lady that was working today was rude and being impatient with my order. I think customer service is important.

I went to this place thinking I can use my coupons the lady saw I had it and proceeded to do my order in a very rude manner literly weighing the chicken and every veggie she would put she would do it in a straight line very cheap way on top of that she she charges me full price and proceeded to tell me they don't accept coupons my coupon dosen't expire until 10/1/23 but she won't accept it because her boss won't accept them I feel like this place is has the worst customer service defenitly will not be going back their they are very greedy and provide the cheapest looking sandwiches do not go here look for another location I went ahead and contacted corporate to put a complaint on them if you had the same experience you should contact them aswell .

Stupid customer service. There restroom stink. It took a while for them to make a sub. Slow and steady. The worst experience I ever have at subway. The restroom locks doesn’t work. Someone try to open it when I was doing my business. So embarrassing. I wish if there was negative stars. They deserve to shut down.

The three women behind the counter seemed inexperienced as if we were their first customers ever. I ordered a foot long rotisserie chicken sandwich, and the first woman gave me one scoop of meat and then weighed the scoop in a little paper tray before putting it on my sandwich. Then the second woman hesitantly put my sandwich in the oven when I asked for my sandwich to be heated. When my sandwich was done I asked for avocado. And she began to put olives on my sandwich. I clarified Avocado, not olives. Twice. Finally, she picked off all of the olives and added avocado. At this point the first girl invaded the workspace of the second girl (second girl is making my sandwich) and the first girl is making a chopped salad for the person in line behind me. The customer behind me and I are constantly repeating our orders for clarity, worried that the two different women will cross our orders. When I finally got the veggies I wanted on my sandwich, down to the sauce station. For some reason the sauces didn't work. She kept squeezing the bottle and nothing would come out, even though it was full. I overheard when I was eating my sandwich that the customer after me had uncooked bacon in her sandwich. The breads were cooling on racks in front of a fire exit. They had no teas available to drink. Stuff like that. Tl:Dr Small portions, sucky service and difficult to communicate with employees.
