Came to this place for the first time. Highly recommended. When you walk in you’re walking through a gas station store and then in the back is where all the magic happens. The food is very tasty. You get a big burrito for under 15 bucks. I got a steak burrito with cheese and sour cream. Also that green sauce goes crazy. The girl in front was really cute and kind. The vibe in this place was very positive. I’m definitely coming back.

If you have not tried the food here yet you are missing out! The carne asada was fresh and not super salty. The portions are HUGE and you definitely won’t go hungry. My husband said they also have the best breakfast burrito he has ever had. We will definitely be back.

Love this place! Best taco truck in town! Every time I go I never have a complaint. The menu is vast and there’s plenty to choose from. Also the staff is nice and courteous. The brownies and lemonade are the bomb if you need something sweet at the end of your meal. The fries are some of my favorite to get from Taco Man. No one does it better in town tbh.

Let me tell you . It’s hard to find good people but to also get good service …. I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars but that’s all this site will permit, the food was hot and fresh , the service was super friendly and family oriented , I was greeted with a smile and was told about the special of the day , the horchata was delicious, and the birria was juicy . 10/10 would recommend, my favorite spot to get the best Mexican food in madera !

This taco spot is hands down one of the best I’ve tried! The food was incredibly fresh, with each taco bursting with flavor and texture. They offer a great variety of meats and toppings, all packed into soft, freshly made tortillas that held up perfectly. The service was quick, and the staff seemed genuinely passionate about their food. The atmosphere was lively, making it a fun place to enjoy a meal. And their salsa selection? The catering side to the business is not fully disclosed. The advertisement showed that there would be a taco truck at the event that we hired them for serving tacos with beans and rice. An amount for the number of guests expected to show was discussed and was also told that whatever is left over from the allotted amount was to be packaged and left for the customer, perfect. On the day of, about 2 hours from the time it started 2 employees showed up in a dodge caravan with a small trailer hooked to the back-not a taco truck as advertised. We had a variety of 3 different meats from the vendor and later learned that there was a three taco limit per plate which was also not disclosed and couldn’t understand when we paid for it all anyway. They were there for 2.5hrs and when they were packing up and leaving I had noticed only 2 trays and few small bags were left on a table-after they had already been paid. I asked why that was all that they were leaving because it was a small amount for such a big crowd we had paid for. Although the amount of people expected did not show, we were not worried about any refund as there were some guests at the event after their time limit was up, we just expected all of leftovers we paid for would be there. I had explained that to them and still, they said that’s all that was left over for us. Since they had already been paid there was nothing we could do at that moment, I figured we can talk to the owner at a later date to make things right. By the next afternoon the owner had already been attempting to contact us knowing I something was wrong. Not only did he “offer” to cook the left overs for us (THE NEXT DAY) but also told us we had to go PICK IT UP (the location was 20 minutes away) We said no because the defeated the whole catering aspect of what we had already paid for. He then offered to drop it off but at this point we just didn’t trust the owner or the workers. We declined his offers and just asked for the the reimbursement for the difference in people that showed up, he said he WILL not refund. Also, if you bought anything from Taco Man with asada, chicken or al pastor during evening hours of May 19th or the first few hours of the 20th - you paid full price for meat that was already paid at full price+ the previous day. P.s. if you still by chance decide to go ahead and hire them for your event, just a warning: in the beginning when he tells you that if you pay with cash you avoid paying taxes- pay with debit/credit anyway. Since we went the other route, nothing can be disputed.
