Great location! The hostel has two elevators, a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a fridge with a clear labeling system to store your food. There’s also a washing machine and dryer available for a small fee. We stayed here mainly to visit a friend, so we didn’t join the hostel activities, but there’s plenty to do. A bar, boardgames, a rooftop terrace where you can hang out and meet other travelers, … Our 6-bed dorm was well designed, offering a decent amount of privacy even with multiple people. However, since you have to walk past other bunks to reach the bathroom, adding a curtain to each bed would be a nice touch. The beds were clean, though it looked like the area beside the mattresses hadn’t been vacuumed recently. As always in hostels, your experience depends on your roommates ours included two girls who came in around 3 a.m. and weren’t exactly quiet. Maybe a reminder about being respectful at night would help (though that should be common sense). You have to pay extra for towels in shared rooms and you need a lock for the lockers. Bringing your own towel and lock can save you a bit of money. They don’t communicated this, so that’s a minor… The staff were friendly and available 24/7. Overall, if you’re looking for a lively hostel with lots of activities and a social atmosphere, Bastardo Hostel is a great choice. If you prefer peace and quiet, you might want to book a private room instead.

Very good, except for two problems. The first is that there was a bit of dirt on the side of my mattress, so it could be cleaner. The second is that the design of the rooms is quite annoying, as the sinks are in the same room as the beds with no wall or door separating them. When one person uses a sink, everyone who is trying to sleep can hear them

Good place. Feels like camping in a city lol. Great location, the place is clean. The rooms are tiny. Best for traveling with friends.

A group of 6 may find a room together for themselves. Otherwise you are sleeping with strangers in the same room. We were 6 and stayed in the same room. Noisy. No place for chairs. It has a restaurant and a machine for buying sodas and water. It is close to every turistic site.

Qiaoyu Ma

Excellent location, good facility, has A/C at the right temperature. The bed is super comfortable. The bed is perfectly fixed, doesn't move nor make any noise, so no worry for people climbing up and down. No shared bathroom outside the room is a minus, 6 people for one toilet could be a problem in the morning. The bathroom I stay in has no hangers, and also has drainage problems. Really nice common space at the lobby.

The location of this hostel is great but we had to problems: We stayed in a private room for 4 nights and no one came to clean our room on any days despite being informed that our rooms will be cleaned every alternate day. And the AC in our room wasn’t working well on all days so we had to open the window and sleep. We informed the staff at the hostel about this and all they said was sorry. So not really happy with this but the location was great overall and the hostel has a good feel to it but overall the staff is not that helpful here.

Horrendous and scary place to be in , they have bedbugs, roaches and nasty stuff I was hardly able to take a shower because room smelled like it's a garbage can full of expired tuna inside. I won't ever come there and strongly don't recommend even if it's free !!!

The window in the room couldn't be opened and it was so stuffy that it made me feel sick and I thought I was going to faint On the booking page there was an information, that you can store your bag in the cabinet, but to lock it you have to buy a lock at the reception.
